Victoria was SO WONDERFUL to both my mom(age 91) and me. She spent 2 hrs. setting up our new phones, and was so patient and cheerful the whole time. She also offered us the best deals possible! She had our phones completely ready to go, including installing our screen protectors and cases.I would recommend her to EVERYONE!I never had this kind of service before.Thanks for taking care of us Victoria!!!💘

We had an amazing experience at TCC! Viktoria was extremely helping and very transparent. She explained everything in detail so that there were no surprises. We were there with our 4 children and she was very patient with them. I highly recommend going here over the actual verizon store!

Spent almost 12 hours on the phone with tech support between 3 days, I was sent another phone because I was told my I phone 8 was having issues but was under warranty. Received the new phone the same problem occurred. Walked into Verizon in Smyrna within 15 minutes Victoria fixed the problem she’s very knowledgeable and efficient. Victoria was awesome. My boyfriend s phone was broken so we went to middletown de store.They werent able to get into phone to see anythi g. So we set up to get a phone in Smyrna at TCC.When we got there Victoria had the phone ready and was able to get the old phone on so we could transfer all the pictures and contacts to the new phone. She was extremely helpful in explaining the phone to my boyfriend and showing us how we could save on our plan. She remained professional in the site of a colorful character who was demanding of her time and attention . All While serving another client . I sat in awe patiently waiting my turn . Then she included me in her cycle of setting up new lines, canceling lines with reps over the phone. Setting up new phones assisting with phone cases and smart watch connections .She was fun, outgoing lively and kept a great attitude the entire time . We All left Happy. My family and I worked with Victoria and she was just exceptional. She figured out that by switching our plan to one of the newer unlimited it’s not only cheaper than what we pay now but we got Hulu, Disney plus and ESPN! I was paying all together $50 for those subscriptions alone. She was a total life saver we bought 4 phones that day. I am thoroughly pleased with Sales Associate Victoria. I was ready to return my brand new Samsung Galaxy note 20 until Victoria assisted me. My phone had a real malfunction and no one knew until Victoria took her time to troubleshoot. After multiple times, a Verizon tech by phone and Victoria realized there was a problem with the phone itself (would not function properly after disconnected from WiFi). Another device was ordered for me and Victoria volunteered to assist me with the set up of the new phone, just to ensure there wasnt a problem with the recently ordered device. She was patient AGAIN and was STILL able to help other customers! Amazing Customer Service!!! I really hope Verizon is giving her decent pay and incentives because she is valuable and would be to another company if Verizon didnt appreciate her!! That happens too often!

I went into Verizon to add some tablets to my plan for my technicians. Victoria was so helpful. I opened my business account with the Dover location and they signed me up for a personal account without my knowlege. Which was costing me more money. She also told me how to save some money on my Business account by doing auto pay. I went back and forth with the Dover location for over a year trying to rectify their mistake with no luck. I was always told to just call customer service and sort it out. She took all of my documents and did all the leg work to fix my account. She also helped me get onto the correct App to manage my phones. If you own a business and have your phones through verizon, I would strongly suggest using this location. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We came back 8 months later to get new phones for our employees and upgraded our new phones for us and our daughter Victoria was the best service weve ever received getting our cellphone I wont go anywhere else

I had a horrible experience at this store thanks to an Incompetent worker. Victoria was unable to figure out how to connect my old phone to my account and told me I had a bad SIM card reader. I had phone calls to make so since I didn’t have a working phone I had to travel to my families to contact Verizon customer service. They also were unable to explain why the services weren’t working. So I then went to my sisters where I picked up an old phone she had and tried to activate it with the SIM card. No luck. I then traveled to the Dover De store where within five minutes my phone that I had brought to Victoria was working. I called the store to let Victoria know that her incompetence cost me 3 hours of my day and that my SIM card reader is just fine. Silence. Nothing. Not when I’m sorry. I hope you learn how to do your job or go somewhere you can be useful and not cause customers problems like I experienced.

Just switched to Verizon and got a new phone, the sales associate Jacob was very helpful and really knew his stuff. Was a super easy transition to a new carrier!

When you waste 10 minutes of your time getting assured by staff that they readily carry the adapter youre looking for only to discover that they actually dont carry it (after you wasted another 20 minutes going there) you get one star.

Salespeople mislead you. I was never informed of a $165 early termination fee for a tablet only about a $75 restocking fee. Also I purchased a writing stylus for Android and when the tip broke off I was told I had to deal directly with the manufacturer (located in China) which stopped communicating with me after several emails. Im still waiting for a refund. Check out Xfinity wireless, I pulled my three phones from Verizon after receiving crappy service from their call center reps. They just dont care, they only want your money.

Went to this store because we wanted to get on the family plan I myself and my son had other cell phone service with another carrier my husband had Verizon which he has been with well over 9 years he never had an issue he always dealt with the main Dover location well on this day he decided to go to this store because we were pushing for time it was my sons birthday and we had a reservation to meet other people to celebrate my sons birthday and another persons birthday up north so going to the Smyrna store was closer for us than to go to Dover and come back up I must say when we first arrived everything was good salesman were very pleasurable as the process started to get on my husbands plan upgraded there were issues with the computer the salesman kept telling us he apologized but it was a new system he kept having to get on the phone with customer service we spent well over 2 hours in this store to leave with no phones which made us late to our sons birthday celebration. We had to go back the very next day to finish up the process. Ok so we leave thinking everything was ok so I got the new S10 galaxy was super hype but it was short lived I find out someone had the same number as I did I would send out messages to my friends who had iPhones and they kept getting messages back from someone else told my husband about what was happening he went back to the Smyrna store they advised him they never heard of this ever happening said my phone was good so he left so I again sent a message to a iPhone user same thing happened He then decided to go to the Dover store they went in the back came out and said the Smyrna office hooked my phone up to an old tablet my husband used why this office couldnt see that in the beginning is beyond me. They advised us to go back to the Smyrna store where we upgraded to the family plan so he had to go back up there they said they couldfix it why couldnt it get fixed when he went back the first time, and then they wanted to charge him a restocking fee and it was their mess up. So of course he got angry and they said they would waive the fee we were so disgusted, and after all this they didnt even offer him no type of discount or nothing for all this mishap. I myself was thinking if this is how Verizon works I should just keep my current carrier. We ended up going back to the Dover office and they had us fixed up very quickly they even apologized for the other stores mishap. This experience for me as a new Verizon customer was very disappointing. I just hope this doesnt happen to any other customers that simply wanted to upgrade to the family plan
