My son was thrilled after finding the game he was looking for at a discounted price. We greeted properly upon arrival and the people were great. Id definitely revisit.

I may no longer use gamestop unless it it for hardware (I like shopping in person for hardware). The lady I have met here a couple times behind the counter has been helpful and polite. If you need a nice gamestop this one deserves the buisness.

Bought a used game thinking it would at least be in working condition but when It was finished downloading and I tried to play it said insert disc. I took it out to look at the back and it was scratched all up. I would think I’d at least be buying a working game for $30. Definitely ripped off.

Gamestop isnt as good as they used to be. They no longer have a used section separated from new games. For game cases, they print both the new and used prices for each game on the case to increase efficiency. I understand that this is more efficient for the company, but it leaves customers in a bad spot. When you take a game case to check out with a used label on it, they likely will not have it used and encourage you to buy it new. When I asked how a customer is supposed to know what is used and in stock, they told me that you have to come ask them for every single game. This is a big waste of time for customers. I had to ask them to print a list of all used games they had so that I could sift through what they actually have available.

Had a great conversation with Willie and he helped me get what I was looking for.

Every time my fiance and I need anything from preorders to help finding a game, we get great customer service here. Willie is awesome and welcoming and his staff are just as great. Def recommend this location for its friendly and prompt service.

She helped me with trading in my games and told me to come back at a later date when the new sale ad starts to get a better deal for trading in my gaming system. Ive shopped here for years and have never been disappointed with service or prices. Willie is THE BEST manager/gamer/conversationalist whom youll ever meet. He knows his products because he has used everything they are selling. He gives honest answers about everything, and he goes out of his way to make it easy on your pocket. No lie.....I just purchased an XBOX Elite controller for a whopping $41.11. This is a $150 marvel of a controller. I saved by trading items that I no longer use (suggested by Willie). Dalton works here, and is great to consult as well. He made my transaction smooth and painless. He informed me of everything that I could and could not trade. Very pleasant guy to have added to the staff. Thumbs up GameStop! Do not hesitate to stop by and do business here. You will not regret it. Thanks Willie and Dalton! You guys made my day for sure.

By far some of the best customer service I have ever received. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help with any questions that you have. I want to personally thank Valerie and Willie for all their help. Good people and I highly recommend this location.

Updated from one to four stars. Staff has changed and some of the prior issues seem to be better. I cant complain about how Ive been treated the past months of shopping there.I was determined to never use this place again but have had encouraging interactions there as of late.Still not a fan of some of the antics with this company but I wont hold this one store accountable for those.All in all, nice job earning back my business and would recommend others to take peek in the store also.

Will is one of the best managers Ive ever met. He knows his game but more importantly he knows his customers I always have a great experience every time I go in this store. The store itself is clean well laid out with lots of items to choose from.

Its a good game stop but only when the head manager is there hes always helpful but every other time I go in I get attitude for simple things Ill plan on buying a lot of things I just to see a list to see wat I want like I say the manger always dose and I thank u man

Knowledgeable and helpful manager and staff. Affordable games, our kids love browsing and picking out something with a birthday or Christmas gift card. Weve never had any issue with any pre-owned games, everything has worked perfectly. The staff is tremendously helpful in picking out age appropriate games kids will enjoy.

Always a great time coming into this Gamestop. All of the employees are great. Today Sarah and the Bearded Wonder helped me out, and are always friendly and cool to chat with. GameStop has went way down hill. The selection seems so miniscule compared to what it used to be. It was like a hot topic took over. It was really sloppy and sorry to see. It sucks man GameStop used to be dope.

My son has been buying from here since they opened, he knows the manager on a first name basis and says hes very friendly and knowledgeable. Hes bought everything from Xbox to Nintendo. He used to shop at gamecrazy next to Hollywood video back when they existed but when GameStop finally opened he switched.. friendly staff and very polite 😁🤩🤗

Youre always greeted when you enter but they are not pushy with trying to make a sale. When you do go to make a purchase they offer a cheaper priced version of what you are buying to save you money. Good people running s a good store.

Not very knowledgeable staff, they told me no Xbox one controllers work with PCs and that I would need a dongle. Of course the newer ones have Bluetooth and work natively with PC. They should know this stuff.
