Just went today. he replaced my iphone battery and my screen in 45 minutes for a great price! He took it apart in front of me and showed me the damage. the screen has been prying open on one side for months because the battery was expanding and damaging the back of the screen (i didn’t know this). i tried to force the screen down last night and it broke.

In less than the 20 minutes quoted, my iPhone 6s battery was replaced and a piece of my charger stuck in my phone Charging port was dislodged. Amazing! Great price too!!

I’ve come to the Smyrna location twice and both times was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and the results of my visit. Last year I had to get the screen replaced on my iPhone 8plus. I got a new phone that same day because Apple could not tell the screen had been replaced. I cracked the screen on the new phone about two weeks ago on my kitchen floor while self-quarantining. I called yesterday to make an appt. to hopefully have a quicker service time. Because I made an appt it only took 20 minutes so I would definitely recommend making an appt if possible, but either way they will get the job done for you!

Took my iPhone 7 Plus to them to get screen fixed. Had the phone for about a week and a half and the touchscreen started having serious issues--unable to text, make phone calls, send emails, do web searches, randomly picking screen icons, etc. Called and Amir was actually pretty rude. I told him that whatever hardware he used caused the issues because my screen didnt behave like this before. He recommended a soft reset, but that doesnt fix bad hardware.Also, this cash-only policy is pretty suspect--no receipts given and no documentation explaining their policies. Proceed with caution. Would not recommend.

Nice enough people, but my phone is working worse now. They replaced my iPhone 7 screen and every day the phone will go crazy--opening and closing apps, etc. it did not do this when the screen was cracked. No warranty, so I got screwed this time but will pay more elsewhere to get this fixed. Also, they offer free tempered glass in exchange for google reviews so I wouldnt fully trust all the five stars.

The BEST and most AFFORDABLE place to get ur phone fixed

Couple days after I got my phone repaired it started acting crazy and pressing random things, making it nearly unusable...that has never happened to me beforehand. When I took it back the guy up front consulted with his boss and I was told that I would need to pay again for them to fix it. If you leave good reviews they give you a screen protector for free, maybe thats where the good reviews come from. I wouldnt say its worth the cheaper price to have an amateur repair your phone here.

I went to get my tablet repaired the guy said he can fix it but he will have to put in a new screen also because it’s going to crack when he opens it up. It was there about a week.No charge for new screen just repair of tablet board. I picked it up on a Friday on that Sunday 2 Days later I was using it when I push the home button my screen cracked wow never had a problem with my screen in 4 yrs. I called back he said I have to pay for new screen. WOW I’d Rather take my chances somewhere else

My Iphone 6 plus screen and display were completely shattered with pieces of glass missing even from the white part around the edges. I almost spent a thousand on a new phone, and I’m so glad I didn’t. Multi Wireless had my phone looking brand new in 30 minutes for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. I could not believe it. Perfect job. Low price. So happy.Also got my water damaged iPhone XS Max repaired. I dropped it in the pool. It fell to the bottom and became unresponsive. The display and the camera were not working. Amir was able to have everything back to normal in an hour for a price cheaper than my deductible. So relieved Amir could save my life once again. Recently had a charging port replaced, that was fine. However, the data antenna was damaged and now the phone only works on wi-fi. Cash only, no receipts, no warranty.

I had a great experience here!I had a Samsung Note 3 phone that had its screen completely shattered. Both the glass and the LCD.Mr. Park was able to fix it for me for an amazing price, much lower than other shops in the area.All this was also done in an hour, while I waited in his shop. He has wifi in his shop so I just browsed the internet while I waited.If you need your phone fixed, I highly recommend this shop!
