Everytime I go to this place to fix one thing another thing comes back messed up but never have I said a thing but this time I’m just furious about what the guy that picks up the phone told me how you going to tell me it’s my fault when I know my piece was working before he fixed the problem I needed fixing and told me he wasn’t gonna do it for free. Money isn’t an issue for me it’s my time and convenience since I can’t leave my business unattended so don’t tell me your not gonna do it for free I would rather go to Apple and spend more there than what you were going to charge me which I did go to Apple to get that issue fixed and they told me it wasn’t my fault it was your fault when you fixed my LCD screen. So y’all lost me as a customer and my whole family and my clients who I recommended you all too.

While my phone now works fine I had some issues.1. My phone was black before the full screen, case, charge port speaker back plate replacement. Apon picking it up i was informed they only had purple frames, my phone is now purple, and Im one of those people who dont use a phone case, altho I will now so I dont have a purple phone.2. Apon inspection in the parking lot I found that the speaker had not been replaced. So I went back in and sure enough it was on the ticked it just didnt get done.3. They decided to put the new speaker in without asking if I had time to wait and did so in about 5 min flat, but in the process scraped up the phone frame and left the volume buttons not working right. There is adhesive squished out of the phone in several places now which makes me question the waterproof seal, and the camera

Where do I even begin ? In March I brought my MacBook in to get the LCD replaced. When I picked the computer up there was a new screen put on my computer that didn’t match the color of my MacBook. In addition the screen had 1 red and 1 blue line running down the screen so I went back to get it replaced again. This time when I picked up my computer the touch bar wasn’t working so I brought I back AGAIN. They called the next day to pick it up and had not fixed anything. So I let them know and left my laptop to be looked at for the 4th time. Now 2 months later I picked up my computer after they told me that the Touch Bar had water damage and they cannot fix it. The Touch Bar was working before I brought it to them but they wheel saying that they didn’t mess it up. In addition my computer will not stay on now and there are error messages anytime I turn it on. Use me as an example and do not bring any of your electronics to this place.

Took it in to get my iphone microphone fixed, worked for about 2 days & stopped working. Took it for a second time..same thing. Third time my camera stopped working, didn’t have a phone for a week i left it there, they let me borrow one when i gave it back to them. they lost my SIM card..factory wiped it without my consent...all in the end had to buy a new phone because ended up completely damaging it it won’t even turn on now.they did give me a refund but only saw the “manager” once...don’t recommend to get your phone fixed here..not sure about anything else. Thanks to the two kind girls at the front though.

Like some of the other reviews I have read, the customer service and quality of works is extremely bad. I brought in my daughters laptop on Sunday and was told to pick it up Tuesday. I waited til Wed to get it and waited 15 mins for the to tell me it wasnt ready. All the while denying they even started working on it. They repeated what I told them was wrong had not tried to fix it until I showed up. I told them you could have told me rather that waiting for me to come up there. They asked for another day and I asked to call by the close of business the next day.The next day I did not receive a call and assumed it was fixed and ready for pick up. I arrived 30 mins before closing and it took awhile for them to find it. Finally a young lady brought it out and said it turns on, We downloaded a virus protection but not the mouse pad doesnt work. We dont know if it came in like that but we need more time. No communication at all, the young boy I was talking to is rude & looked away and paid no attention as I was addressing him with the poor service I was receiving. I asked to speak with someone and pointed out the old guy at the counter who happen to be the manager but no professionalism to step up and say so. He refused to come talk to me and said right here is fine. Talk to me from there. While I was telling them you could have communicated with we rather than inconveniencing me again by coming up here to learn they were not ready. This idiot SOB cuts me off and says Are you done, like I am a child. I grab my laptop and leave.I had to return because they did not give me my power cord. The same idiot doubts to see if I gave them a cord and says now you are gonna listen to me. I worked on it 3 hrs and you dont appreciate someone wrkin on it, and I was gonna tell you we are not charging you. Of course your not idiot, you had it 5 days and only spent 3 hrs working on it with no communication to me about more time or more issues. Money is not the issue. I expected to pay. It shows you are only in it for the money and forget the service. To be truthful idiot, the only reason it was free because you gave it back broken with another issues. You did no favors and I hope you feel the impact of your poor service, respect and lack of communication in your sales and throughout your business. I will not be returning and will spread my experience with any and everyone I know.Response: Oh, course you were disrespectful. Thats up to me to diside if I was disrespected. You must speak to a lot of your customers the same way if it took nothing for you to speak to me like a child. But thats ok, I matched your tone and service. Of course you have a line outside, duh only 2 are aloud at a time. In time they will learn about you and a few of your employees. The young ladies were kind and tried to be professional. However, you and a few of you fellas; lets just say you can learn a thing or two from them Me. Cocky. Next time while reading a lot of you negative reviews, (which seems to be a lot on here.), take some time and actually learn and improve your customer service rather than deny your actions. Not doubt you KNOW how to do phone and computer repair, however this is about your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Understand? DO NOT GO HERE!!! The prices are nice but the quality they use is super cheap! I took my iPhone X here to get the screen fixed and 5 days later half my screen went black and started glitching. I took it back so they can fix it and they blamed me and said I probably sat on it (I don’t even put my phone in my back pocket) and claimed I probably broke it from the inside. They said they’ll charge me less to fix it I said okay... when it was “fixed” for the second time I had it in a case like always and with a screen protector and days later my phone gently dropped IN CARPET and the whole screen came off. SMH never again! I had to get a new phone.

I brought my phone there and they fixed the screen, but now my screen won’t work, it stops and glitches all the time. Every time I touch the screen it freezes. They say you get A 30 day protection plan but the screen starts glitching after the 30 day mark.

This place is a sham. The parts are beyond cheap. I can honsetly say i would have rather kept my cracked screen. Ever since handing my phone over to these guys ive had nothing but problems with my iphone. Touchscreen unresponsive, colors are off, force touch no longer works and the screen itself has a lag when switching between screens that was not present before. Dont go here. Please.

I Needed my screen replaced and called three different shops in the Smyrna area to get quotes, not only was MF cheaper than their competitors by over half, but they are much faster as well. This company steals good phone parts and replace them with broken parts. I recently stop by just to have my screen repaired and they took my original apple home button in the process and install one that doesnt work at all. Very dishonest company that rips customers off. I wouldnt recommend going.

Brought my girlfriend MacBook in there to get the screen repaired they repaired it then there was a line in the screen they told us bring it back they held it for a week then got it back the touch-bar didn’t work took it back they claimed they fixed it got it back have to give back again because wasn’t working then after 10 more days they say it has water damage and if they can’t fix in 2 days they just going to give it back what kind of BS is that!

Beware. They quote you a price over the phone and when you drop off your phone but change the price when you need pick it up. Today I called and told them I needed LCD Repair they told me $50. I dropped of the phone and again they told me $50. When I returned they charged my card for $60. I told them that was a mistake I was quoted $50 twice. They refused to adjust the price. I asked them to honor the price quoted. They refused. The owner put the old screen back on and refunded my money. However they made the screen worse so I could no longer see the display. I went back in and explained again what happen. He finally asked the staff person and she admitted she made a mistake and gave me the wrong price. He did not apologized and neither did the staff person who stood there the whole time in silence. He then took the phone and fixed it. They are awful and do not know how to treat customers. This would never happened if they gave me a receipt with the price when the phone was dropped off.

Took my daughter iPhone 6 here and they fixed it ans no problems so I decided to take my other two kids iPad minis to get the screens fixed. Never again. Both had issues, one the home button wouldn’t work and they tried to tell it didn’t work when I brought it in, which it did work, then the other one you had to turn the screen on by holding the power and home button when it was already on. They argued about it for about 20mins and finally agreed to fix it. They fixed the home button within two hrs. The other it took them 2 days saying they didn’t know what was wrong that they’ve tried new lcd and other stuff. Then they got it fixed and said “oh it was the lcd”. What? I said whatever and took it. Got home and the screen would glitch and now the others one the screen went black. I told them I wanted my money back for them and they said ok bring it back and we will put you old screens back on. Now how do you still have the broken screen where taken off 3 weeks again. The customer service is horrible and they are rude when they have to fix things even tho they say they have a 30day warranty. Guess I will just have to buy them new ones. This place should be shut down.

They definitely needs to be shut down... I took my phone for repair here 3 times. Once for my broken screen, the second time was”No Service” error, and. Third time was for no power... apparently they couldn’t fix it because they switched my battery. Not only did they do that, they also removed my mother board making it inoperable. When I opened my own device I saw many missing components. Now I know why the owner was laughing and speaking Spanish to his employees... what they do is resell stolen Apple products and doctor them up to break so you would have to pay for repair or a buy one from them... I never bought a phone there, only repair! DONT GO TO THESE CONARTIST THEIR STEALING PEOPLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY!

Great place fixes phone quick

Had my phone repaired here and a couple hours later I took it out of my pocket (in a case) and the screen was already cracked again. When I looked closer I noticed that the screen was coming completely out of the phone at the bottom left. I spent 30 minutes in the phone talking to the manager/owner? and explained all of this to him. He told me that they dont have a warranty for damage and refused to admit that the screen was improperly installed. Tried to get me to pay again to fix what wasnt fixed properly the first time.Youre better off going to a UBreakIFix. They actually warranty their work and quoted me $50 dollars less for the same work.

This place used to have really good service. I dont whats changed in the last couple of months. I used to live in the area but moved about 45 minutes away. When the screen of my apple watch shattered I could of went to four different places near my home but I had been to this store before and I knew the quality of their work as well as their prices. I dropped off the phone at 12:50 pm on 06/13/20 and told the process would take 2-3 hours. I called the store at 2:30 and was told to call back in 20 minutes. I called 20 minutes later just to be told that they were having difficulty repairing my watch. He explained that they had tried 7 different screens and the watch would power on but it did not progress beyond that. The gentleman said that he had some other screens and that he could try them the remainder of Saturday and that they would call me the next day (sun. 06/14/20) to let me know. I waited and finally called at 2:30 pm on Sun. 06/14/20. I was told that they were not able to fix it yet but that there was a part he would get from another store and the he would definitely call me on Monday 06/15/20 no later than 3:00 pm. That call never came. I started calling the store at 4:00 pm and never got in touch with anyone. I finally got a hold of someone on Tues. 06/16/20. That person told me that it was ready and that in fact the cost was $30. I wasnt sure that was correct but I decided to drive the 45 minutes and get my watch since it was fixed. I figured they would give the correct amount when I got there. I got there and they could not find the watch. For 20 minutes they searched. They asked me repeatedly for my name, the type of item I dropped off and the date I dropped it off. They told me they found it just for me to tell them that the watch they showed me was not my watch. Finally a guy came from the back, asked me the same questions again and then said Oh the one we are having trouble fixing, its in the back. Then a lady tells me its in the back they are just putting it back together. WHAT!?! Its not fixed? No she says. Another 20 minutes later they give it back to me. No sorry. No explanation for what the problem is. They just handed it over to me. The guy who I assumed was working on it didnt explain the problem. NOTHING! Didnt apologize for the no calls. I am NEVER coming back here again. And they better fix these problems quickly. There were A LOT of unhappy customers there when I left.

Do not go cheap prices but not good Customer service they fix my phone I had it for 4 days it was a small scratch on the bottom the whole screen went out black with lines in it I went back to see if they can fix it he try to charge me $140 to get a new screen when the screen wasn’t the problem it was something inside he wouldn’t even check and see what the problem was then he try to say the whole screen was cracked up but it wasn’t I had a screen protector on it I was very disappointed and irritated because I already spent $300 for them to fix it I wouldn’t go to them they messed up the lcd

I took my iPhone 8 Plus that needed a simple LCD replacement. They said it was going to be ready in a few hours. Then I went to pick it up and the phone wasn’t working. They told me to leave it there and pick it up the next day. They kept me waiting for days. Just for me to get my phone back and it for it to not work at all anymore. It doesn’t even turn on. When I took it was still turning on.

They do a good job on all electronics. I have had 2 phones repaired and a laptop screen. I recommend for all repairs👌

Decent prices, awful service. I cannot believe I have been up here four times today trying to get my phone fixed. All I needed was the home button replaced in the back camera fixed upon receiving my “fixed phone the home button touch ID did not work in the back camera nor the front camera worked. I brought my phone back up to the store and explicitly told them not to fix my home button again but to fix my back camera and they replace the home button with the old one the broken one again. Awful service, will not be coming back. Will be getting my phone home button fixed somewhere else where they can follow instructions. Horrible service. Truly.

Had I been from this state and wasn’t visiting that would have been ok but after explaining that there was nothing they can do and they end up calling the police because I was extremely disappointed- didn’t have the best choice of words but this experience was the worse and I would high recommend that you look elsewhere before going here . If I could give this place zero stars I would, I came here for cracked screen I used to go to the location in sandy springs but that location was closed down but they left a note that this is one of their other store, I thought this is perfect because I live 5 minutes away from here but this store compared to the other store is horrible while standing in line the person behind told he this is their 7th time fixing her phone after they broke it during a repair my Instincts told me to leave and go somewhere else but I thought I would give a chance but I was wrong once I got home to make a phone call I realize they broke the ear receiver so I could not hear the person on the other line unless I use my speaker or earphones, I came back the next day and they wanted to charge me for there mistake and they had a attitude so I asked for my phone back so I could get it fixed somewhere else then magically the service would be free, but both of the customer service rep was totally unprofessional and then my phone screen went blank with this experience I will never go back to this place ever again.

Very badly treated, I paid for the cell phone, at the same time it was defective, the seller asked me to go to the other stores, I went to the others to try to get a cell phone because I needed it. Same service, I spent hours going from store to store, when I arrived at Smyrnas store I asked to see the options and the owner already came to me with a device that was apparently good, but who worked on the device would know that it was with shadow on the screen . I lost another day to return the device and get my money back, the other attendant who received me at the Sandy Springs store left me outside the store all the time and treated me very unprofessional, and the detail is that at the time to buy it they received me at the store but when it was time to return the money, a disregard. Totally out of the American standard of being.

It’s amazing how fast this process was! I dropped my phone during the work day and by 5:00, I was able to get it back fixed. Only 30-45 minutes and a great price! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Rodrigo does quality work at a good price. I believe my experience to be a bit out of the norm as most of the time the parts needed for repair are in stock. My phone is not one this shop normally specializes in, and the repair was a bit more challenging. That said, I asked to expedite the process on Monday and was told Wednesday for a tentative pick up. I can only assume the manufacturer or shipping company messed up as the phone did not arrive until thursday late. To his credit, Rodrigo got the repair done Friday before the end of the day, and the work was discounted to compensate the time. Additionally, I was loaned a phone to use while mine was in the shop.My biggest problem and the reason for three stars (not five) was the phone communication from the associates. They were generally kind, but in the course of the week I was put on hold and forgotten, told I would be called back in five minutes and it never came, hung up on (I assume inadvertently), and told misinformation more than once. Not once was there an apology. Perhaps the business volume is simply too high for the staff. I really wanted to give grace, but patience was tested here far more than it should be. This is a simple step as well. If you say youll get back to a customer in five minutes, do it. That would have made this experience very different.

They have cheated me. When i went to port my mobile to Ultra, they said any package i select for 3 months, i would be getting additional 3 months as free. But the activation is done only for 3 months. When i called them for a week every day, they had never responded me back. When i call Ultra Customer care, they say you must speak to the agent. I have valid bill which clearly says 3 months free but yet no one is cared about resolving the issue. Please do not trust unless you actually get it from this store.

Ive used MF Phone repair over the past several months. My first experiences with the store werent so awesome. VERY professional staff there, but the repair didnt go so well with my iPhone 6s. I had problems with the touch screen, several times, and had to come back into the store about 3 or 4 times to have this resolved, however, it was resolved in the long run. On my next visit (after breaking it again), the repair turned out awesome. Their guarantee is strong and their staff is great. In my last visit I went in to purchase 2 of the glass protectors and realized theyd raised theirs prices on them. I wasnt happy, but Im happy with the service received. Best advice? Dont break your phone! But if you do? Take it here. I imagine Ill be back here again and again knowing me.Sometimes the store is FILLED with people. Let that show you how awesome they can be...and just be patient. I was very tempted to give 5 stars...but no business is perfect, really.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I took in my Apple Watch to have my screen put back on and was told they couldn’t fix it but I noticed the screen they gave me was not my screen. I gave them a perfect screen no scratches, cracks, or anything the screen they gave me had 3 huge cracks and the whole side was broken off. The owner and associate tried yelling at me trying to convince me that that was my screen i said no it wasn’t and I’m not leaving until you go get my screen. They told me the watch could not be fixed so it didn’t matter what the screen looked like. They kept trying to ask me to step outside so they could help others and kept trying to convince me that that was my screen when i threatened to call the police saying I have a picture of what my screen looked like in my phone the owner stops arguing with me and goes in the back and miraculously finds my screen in like 2 seconds once again DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!
