They say their replacement parts are under warranty, but they actually won’t cover future issues to their parts.I had a screen that they replaced for me, and when it stopped working because of a faulty part, they literally sent a video to the store manager of my laptop and decided that it was damaged (which we knew but not because of anything that we did to it, it just stopped working after 3 months).They would not replace it without me having to spend an additional $650. Just be careful and know that you’re parts are not actually covered under a real warranty and you should just go to Apple where they guarantee their work and replacement parts. I’m so disappointed and I just caution anyone against using their service —specifically for expensive repairs. Just go to Apple.* Also, it’s worth noting that we were long time customers and had spent so much money over time on device repairs. It wasn’t until we had a faulty part/repair that we understood that there isn’t any real guarantee or coverage for the customer. Essentially they put the ownership of me when there isn’t anything that I did to the laptop. The screen had been flickering since we brought it home before it finally went completely out. We worked with them because we trusted that there was a warranty. Just know that the supplier determines if they are going to replace it and they do that solely based on a video and picture sent from the store.

Met with Dave, gave me options to fix my iPhone XR with parts which was going to cost me $220 before tax, he calls me less than 30 minutes after to say it’s my choice to go ahead with the part replacement or he could fix it which will cost $50. Oh yes fix it bro for $50. He did a great job, phone works fine, he was very professional and timely.

Returning customers. Brought in a computer for a basic fix. When the clerk opened the computer, the screen cracked. We know it was not broken when we brought it in... but of course the only evidence is a picture of the kid showing us the cracked screen NOT audio of our reaction.... very convenient. Not only that, but they gave us the wrong power cord and denied it, but said “it’ll work for the computer”. Nothing but crooks

This was my second experience at IRepairIt and it was once again great. This last visit I was in desperately in need of a replacement. We brought a cellphone in to have the screen repaired. We left it there for about 2 hours. When we came to pick it up, Shahzad said it needed a new antena. He said it would be 20 minutes. About an hour later we got the phone in apparent working condition. However, the calls kept dropping and it was worse than ever before. When I called him 2 days later, he said he didnt have the right antenna for the phone so he put something else in and it was probably not compatible with my Samsung phone. Why didnt he volunteer that information in the first place? We never had a choice. Not a decent business practice. He basically broke the phone. He said he would get the right part the next day and would have someone call me to bring it in and fix it. They never called and when I called Shahzad, he said they forgot to call me. I had to wait another day and finally 4 days later I got the phone fixed. What should have taken 2 hours took 5 days to get it done right. The least they should have done is a partial refund or something for the inconvenience, for using the wrong part without telling the customer, for not delivering on their promise and for wasting our time. I would not recommend irepairit in Smyrna. I will never go back there again.

Sal had great customer service. Came in with a new Samsung device (Galaxy A51) and he helped me transfer all the information over from my old one to the near. Jill was courteous and called me back promptly after I submitted request for appointment online. Went in and they fixed it quickly and went through all the steps they go through to check the function of the phone before and after the screen fix.

The replacement screen is lifting and one of the screws is not completely fit in. When I asked about the screen is not aligned properly, the repair guy said I just had the cheaper screen oled($149) replaced so it will be thicker.Update. The store manager reached out to address the problems. I was able to get my issues resolved. Thank you for follow -up and happy with the repair.

Interaction with the front desk agent was unsatisfactory, but the store owner contacted me to explain where the misunderstanding occurred. I appreciate the diligence of the owner with resolving the issue. Although my computer was not repaired, I decided to visit a second location and had a better experience.

They are quick, friendly, and very professional. Have gone to them in two occasions: 1) They fixed a broken iphone screen. Did a great job. 2) When my ipad stopped working, they ran a free diagnostics test. They thought it might be the motherboard that stopped working, but still tried out a few other options like testing out a new battery on it first, which they had to special order. All of this was free of charge. It ultimately was a bad motherboard, which they dont fix, but I really appreciated them doing such thorough job to find out what the problem was. Would definitely recommend.

Austin saved us from having to by a new phone by cleaning out the charging port and checking the battery health and explaining that simple problems like that can be fixed and don’t call for a replacement. Austin helped us look through our past purchases and help us figure which screen protector was best for each particular device. My charging port needed to be replaced. The service was great, and the port is working fine. However, after the process, my mic sounded totally muffled while talking on speakers. Testing with voice memo, the mic is still functional, but extremely muffled. I went in to have them fix the issue, and it seemed to be fine after opening it up and adjusting it. A month or so later, the problem came back, so now Im forced to use headphones in order to talk. Just beware that this may happen to you.

So I had my phone serviced yesterday here. Was reading the reviews on here and the praises that other people have left is absolutely true! I was looking at spending more money for a worst case scenario and ended up spending less than what I thought. They only sold me the services I needed and walked me through the process! All key values that will make me come back the next time I have a Apple related repair. Van and his team were able to get my charging port back in working order within 20 minutes of me arriving. They didnt break the bank either. $25 for a thorough cleaning of the port. I tried myself, but it didnt work. They easily could have said, You need a NEW charging port. Thats $90. but they didnt. They assessed the situation, as is, and charged me for the appropriate solution to the problem. Thanks, guys!High recommendation.

I normally dont write reviews, but my Google Pixel first generation died on Friday night. Since Im visiting from out of town, this was a major bummer. Love the staff here they are very knowledgeable and down to earth. I had previously dropped my sons iPad to another store, i was told a new battery was needed and after i left there for a few days i had to called in check on the status. I was told it was actually the Charging port that was bad and they didn’t specialize in that. He then told me the iPad wasn’t worth fixing because i would need to still buy a new battery and have port fixed. I was bummed But Decided to try another company. I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon i received a call that it was ready for pick up. I took my sons iPhone there at 6 p.m. to fix a severely cracked screen. They check to make sure everything else was functioning correctly and quoted us a price. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. We returned in 40 minutes and the phone looked like new. Not only did they fix the screen, they cleaned the phone and tested it. It was a little pricey but the service and end product was undeniably satisfying. My son was very happy with the end result. So was I. I would recommend them.

I walked into the Spring Road location with a busted battery port on my Galaxy S4 and they were incredibly helpful, quick and professional! It only took about 20 minutes, and they made sure I tested and was happy with the finished product before paying and leaving their store. Very impressed with their friendliness and customer service!
