My husband and I drove in and parked. An older man came out and asked what we were looking for. We said we were just looking. I told him the price range we were looking at. He said no cars on the lot are that cheap. He wasnt kidding, I checked online and they are overpriced. He seemed disinterested after we discussed the price point didnt even offer to look around or help so we left. We would have certainly gone out of our budget if the vehicle was great and the sales experience was great.. Definitely not buying from there if I do end up needing another vehicle.

They were well priced online, but be aware the lot price will most likely be more. Just show them the online price and they will honor that. Overall they were very kind and addressed any mechanical issues we found on the vehicle and pointed out. It was a good buying experience. As always, do your research before buying a car!

I took my car here after firestone found something wrong with it and I wanted a second opinion. They took a look at it and diagnosed a different problem and got it fixed up and on my way in very little time. They were very courteous, honest and quick with the service. I will be going back here again for any other needs!

Chips on windshield I didnt see until I got home. I know... I should have checked it thoroughly, but Chris should have at least mentioned it. Now, I have to replace windshield. Additionally, as I drove the vehicle home, it was vibrating at about 70-75 mph. It had new tires but it was not balanced. Took it to a shop and had tires balanced which cost me $60. Shop stated that 3 tires were slightly off and one was severely off.Mike was awesome, though.

I had some work done on my Chevy Silverado. The employees are awesome and extremely knowledgeable. The labor rates are the best i found near me! Top notch!!!

So I found a truck and it was well priced with lower miles.Chris was the sales guy that came out and greeted us and was not pushy at all.After deciding that this was the truck for us, and met every single requirement on our list we bought it and got it home. They were amazing to deal with on the purchase. My opinion of smaller dealerships was quite low still, but they greeted my wife and I with smiles, and answered questions. True Southern hospitality.3 weeks later there was a major failure on the truck and needed a new engine. Chris was very concerned and had me contact Josh. They wanted to see the truck, and verified that indeed a new engine was needed.We did not buy a warranty, so really we were up a creek. The owner took it upon himself to work out an amazing deal with me.I originally was going to give 3/4 stars given the failure of the engine.However their very apparent concern, along side their professionalism, and their wanting to make sure their customers receive quality products. They are the ONLY dealership I will buy my cars from. My coworkers have been impressed with all that Tim Tomlin Auto Group has done, and started looking through the inventory.They are top notch, and I usually refer to smaller dealerships as dealerships. They will not swindle you, and they will work to ensure the customer gets quality.

We went with our bank and they didnt push or even mention dealer financing to us (which was a very pleasant surprise). Extremely helpful, friendly, and a breeze to do business with. I had found the exact car that I wanted online and it led me to this dealership. I didnt make it a secret that I was pretty sure this was going to be the car I purchased. Perhaps they had had the car for a little bit so they were trying to get it off the lot. Whatever it was, I just know that I was happy with the good deal and price I paid for the car. I was super pleased with the price negotiation aspect of it all. No hassles, no problems, no wasting time and going between higher ups etc like most other dealerships. It really was a pleasant surprise to see how smooth everything went in buying my car. They supplied a very generous offer for my pretty much broken down trade-in (Thanks).I had found 2 minor defects with the exterior of the car that they quickly took to their shop and fixed. They had no problem with me taking it to a nearby 3rd party mechanic (although they have their own mechanics and auto repair on site) to get it checked out in depth. When I brought the car back with what was found they took it right back to the shop to fix the alignment before I purchased it.Big shout out to Dave who made the whole thing such a great experience (A+ Dude!). I paid $135 to run diagnoses for coolant system. they only added coolant and said i have no leaks. i still smell coolant and car is still running hot and they added the wrong coolant. And they told me it was my catalytic converter I paid $400 and they say they replaced it but i’m still having the same problem I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years and they have gone down hill so much. Tomlin automotive has wasted my time and my money. They charged me $40 and said I need to go to a transmission place because thats my problem. The transmission place said it is not my transmission. I bring it back to Tomlins and they end up charging me $100 for a diagnostic test without my consent. If its not free then someone should say that in the beginning.

Brought my car in for an alignment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Waiting area very clean and comfortable. I will be back!

Dont waste your time. Either liars or stupid. My guess is the former. We were quoted a cash price on a car and did our research. It was a couple of hundred dollars over retail but we looked at it before they opened and were interested. When they opened, I called about it showing interest and they jacked up the price by almost 1,000 dollars claiming that they had retail in it. Carfax shows that they bought at auction in Florida. Really??? You paid retail for the car at auction. The guy says straight up Yes to put in his buy here pay here section. Really??? That makes sense and is believable, right? You decide. I have.

I drove almost 4 hours from Alabama to buy a used car from this dealership not only because it was a good deal, but because I had read their overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google and Facebook. Mike was a great guy to deal with, even before I arrived at the dealership. Before I drove up there he was very responsive to texts and phone calls, sent me lots of pictures from all of the angles that I had requested, and answered all of my questions. He was very reasonable and pleasant to do business with and not pushy at all. He let me take the car on an extensive test drive. He also handed me an invoice that the business used to internally account for the cost of their services that were performed at no charge on the car to get it ready for sale. It showed an extensive list, from oil change, to extensive inspection from top to bottom and in between (.i.e. belts, hoses, leaks, etc.), paint rework on minor scratches and chips in the paint, etc. This validated their excellent online reviews. 3 or 4 days after I had returned with the vehicle to Alabama he even texted me and told me that his interior detail guy had forgotten to put my second row carpet back into the car after washing it. He mailed it to me and I had it 2 days later. I would not expect this from any dealership in the world. Bottom line is that these are very ethical and pleasant people to do business with. They will actually inspect the vehicle and not sell you a lemon to make a quick buck. I will purchase my next car here.

I took my Toyota to a dealership in Murfreesboro due to a check engine light. they charged me $100 dollars for a diagnostic then quoted me $537 to change out a wheel sensor. I took my car to Tomlin and they quoted me $357 including the diagnostic fee. THEN, they actually knocked off $50 more because it didnt take as long as they thought.....!!! what? who does that? Apparently they do so they will get ALL of my business in the future. Great service and price, very nice people.

Waste of time, they told me they can do obd1 testing and that it was FREE on the phone, when i got there i was told they couldnt do that and that it would be another $90 to do any sort of diagnosis on the truck after i had already paid them $190 to put in a new starter and to do an oil change, they lie and waste your time, I do not reccomend using their service shop
