Buyer definitely beware!!!! This so called business (Class Auto aka Mountaintop Motorcars) is as dishonest, crooked, and underhanded as they come. I bought a car here in June, paid for the car with a check from my credit union and brought in my trade-in. Shawn assured me it would be paid off in a timely manner. It is now the end of September and they have yet to pay off my trade-in. This has resulted in me taking the legal route to deal with this unethical business. I also actually spoke with Unethical Shawn a week ago and he said it would be paid off by the end of last week on 17 September. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL NOT PAID OFF!!! I have bought several vehicles over a 35 year span and have never had a business such as this shaft me as an honest consumer. They have cashed my check from my finance company and they also have my trade-in that they havent paid for yet and have the nerve to have it advertised on their Class Auto website for sale. I will definitely be posting a follow-up letting other consumers know how this plays out in court. In the meantime.....................save yourself from having to file a lawsuit and buy a car elsewhere.

Its easy to give a good rating when everything runs smooth. The true character of a person/Company comes out when there is an issue. I bought and paid for a car from Class Auto. I bought it as is when I found a major problem two days later. I was panicked until I talked to Shawn. who committed to making everything right. I was still worried because you never know about someone youve never done business with. In the end he made sure I was 100% satisfied. I could not be happier. This is an honest dealership who stands behind their cars and their commitments

Buyer BEWARE! Shawn is a 1st class crook. Plain and simple. Purchased a vehicle from Class Auto / Mountaintop. Translates to was stolen from and ripped off, There was no car and there is no refundHe is dishonest and skilled in evasiveness and stall tactics. Our credit company who finances our cars for the dealership somehow sold this Range Rover to another dealer without our knowledge or notifying us because we had it for longer than they prefer us to. We did not learn this until the transporter could not locate it to pick up. We have been fighting with them and trying to find who they sold it to so we can get it for you, but are being told by our attorney it will take months. So we are going to refund your payment as soon as we are able to get the funds into that account for you. It will be a couple of days, but can do your first wife refund tomorrow and our owner has already notified our bank of this. We have sold hundreds of Rovers since opening and never failed to get a car to a customer and are blown away that our credit company was able to sell this to another dealer without letting us know. Am very sorry about this, but we did not try to defraud you or screw you over. You will be refunded.Hasnt happened, no refund. Ive introduced him to the FBI, US Attorney, eBay Claims, CPA, BBB, a personal attorney, local police, and sheriff, so he may be occupied at the moment.I am amazed at the positive review, without a doubt thats con man Shawn himself or David Sanders is a complete idiot (perhaps only needed air in his tires)

Where do I even begin? Purchased a 2008 lr3. Gave Shawn Kelley a 17000 check for the car, a 1500 check for the warranty on September 17. Guess what?!?? No title and no warranty. Like the previous comments, Shawn told me it was in the mail, credit company holding title, he had applied for title and was sent to the wrong address, etc. We had to also hire an attorney. The attorney found out that A. The title was NEVER applied for and B. The check written by Shawn to the warranty company was returned to his account for ISF. So I guess we dont have a title and a warranty. So far, we are out around 23000 and no end in sight. If anyone else is having luck, please email me. HOW IS HE NOT IN PRISON??????

I have bought over 50 cars, and this transaction was the worst. They are incompetent and dishonest. They also do business as Mountaintop motorcars. This is probably because they screwed so many people under the class auto name. buyer beware!
