I was interested in checking out their cars. However, I called a few times to ask about their inventory and each time they make you feel like they cant be bothered-just want to hang up ASAP. One time I called a guy named Rick picked up and our conversation went like this...Me: Do you guys have this model in the inventory?Rick: NopeMe: How come I saw online you listed a couple?Rick: Its in the shop and not ready yet.Me: So when will it be ready?Rick: I dont know. Maybe next week.Me: So you only have one?Rick: Yeah.Me: How come online there are a few that says newly listed?Rick: I dont know we dont update those.Not sure what to say. Its like they dont want to sell their cars. A telltale sign that even if you successfully bought a car from them, there will be issues that they wont be responsible for and you probably have to sue them to get anything done.
The best place to buy cars. I bought two cars, one for my wife and another for my son who just started school. The guys who are working there are very helpful, honest and supportive. They work with me to find the best finance deal, even they negotiated with the finance company and got me a very low interest rate.. I will give them A+++ and I do recommend them.
I looked at some cars with the old owners and it just didnt feel right. The new guys however are awesome! I love my Bmw and I highly recommend everyone go check them out. Thanks again Kevin and Scott!
Those guys know how to do business! I went in told them what I had down, what I would like my payments to be, Kevin and Scott made that happen... I am now the proud owner of a newer car and I couldnt be more happier on my choice of dealerships. Will recommend them to anyone I hear looking for a used vehicle.
I so love this place I got approved I was in and out. Scott the fiance manager promised me before I came out he would be able to assist me with my situation if not he promised me he would give me $100 cash. I am riding my NEW Camry. So if you have ever been turned down come see them. I dislike waiting I was there tops 1 hour.
Great company with some upper scale cars. Went to look at a Chrysler Pacifica and it wasnt there. Salesman said it was out for service. Looked around at other cars a suvs. Nothing In my price range. Probably will buy some were else. The cars are dirty. I dont think they do anything but wash them. The interiors are dirty and stained. Ashes in the ashtray dirt on the floors. Finance options are great. Good people will g to work with you and do what it takes to sell a car.
Stopped in to get an oil change nd was very pleased with the service. In and out in no time. Recommend checking this place out

I came here a few months ago to look at mini vans for my daughter and met 2 very friendly and professional young men named Kenny and Scotty. I told them I wasnt ready to buy but they still showed me respect and gave me a lot of information. I came back ready to buy a few weeks ago ($6000 cash in my pocket) and it was a completely different. Everybody was rude and nobody seemed to have no idea what they were doing. All the cars were filthy. Everything was disorganized and the people I talked to originally werent there anymore. I ended up buying a van for my daughter at Underpriced Cars (paid cash) and I am super happy that I did.

Man this place was great 1 year ago but now it has gone down the drain none of the guys are there that were there before very rude people now all of the cars suck now do not go there buyers be aware go somewhere else
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!I had such a horrible experience with this dealership that I had to come and writ a review and I rarely do this. Back in the fall of 2015, I purchased a used Nissan Altima from this dealership, seller name is RAYMOND. This car was a lemon because I invested over $3,000 IN THIS VEHICLE in a span of 6 months. Although it was under warranty through the dealership, they REFUSED to fix ANYTHING BECAUSE the car was a liability. The dealership purchased the vehicle from an auction but fully did not pay in full so the title was not in their possession, meaning that I rode around with a USED CAR licence plate for a whole year. Being that I was only 20 at the time and a college student, I had no time to go back and forth with such an unprofessional dealership. I recently took them TO COURT and won a large settlement for DAMAGES, REIMBURSEMENT, AND CRIMINAL OWNERSHIP of a vehicle that is not theirs. This company is a SCAM, PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase form them. They get over on women and do not own their vehicles !
Customer service is exceptional!!!!! However the cars are a different story. Went to look at a car. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic. The sales guy said no. I asked why and he told me becuase when you take a car to the mechanic they have had issues with the mechanics stealing parts off of it. Well are you saying you dont trust my judgement to take a car to a mechanic to have it checked? Because I dont trust your judgement to sell me a car without getting it checked and after further inspection I see why they dont want you to take them to a mechanic. Couple of the cars have dealer stickers from up north. All of their cars are northern cars. They dont want you to have them checked because they dont want you to know. Beware of this dealership. Why would you spend the amount of money for something you cant have checked.
Do you normally let potential customers drive vehicles that havent been inspected..With all the rust underneath and in the engine. What would you of done had it blown up...And about the 5k sir be honest with your customers...Ill give you 10k if you start providing carfax on all your vehicles like most dealerships do...Sir Im sure everyone will agree with me on the practices of this Business. You run a used car Dealership..If I or anyone else are going to spend thousands of Dollars on a vehicle. Yes Im going to drive the vehicle up the street around the corner on the highway and have my Mechanic look at it..Your vehicles state no warranty..And how dare allow customers to test drive vehicles that havent been inspected. ie engine brakes and etc.Thank God i didnt have my children with me and Thank God the vehicle didnt explode!!!Sir please provide Carfaxes on your vehicles. Its assures customers that your being fair and honest. Also allow the customer to test drive the car for more then 5 min. Especially if theyre giving you there hard earned money... BE HONEST ADR MOTORS...BUYERS BEWARE OF THEIR PRACTICES!!!! Ive contacted 3 other dealership that also sell used cars. They stated that they recommend their customers to drive the vehicle until they feel comfortable and also provide customers with carfax reports...

We have had expired tags, for almost a month now,went in to get tags 2months ago, were told they didnt have any tags.......they ran out......now my car is on the second dealer tag and expired and the office has no idea when thay can help me WHILE MY HUSBAND IS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH POLICE OVER HIS EXPIRED TAG..........REALLY?????????????my only complaint is the tag situation,otherwise they have been patient and worked with us immensely........but it does no good when you cant drive a car you have to pay for !!!!!!!!!!! 2 vehicles !!!!!!!!!!
