Horrible experience no communication bad customer service. Excuse after excuse April called me and told me my vehicle was ready I get to the shop it’s not ready and the insurance company closed the claim. My rental vehicle had to be returned because tiger hunt refused to cover rental over there mistake. Now I’m being ignored when I go to shop looking for updates on when my vehicle will be ready. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This is a great place to get your car repaired. I went there in 2019 when I got in an accident because they were close to my apt. Best experience Ive had at a time when money was tight. Then I needed some different work done in 2021 and even drove back to that area after I moved to have them work on it. Quality, fair pricing and very professional service and care. Highly recommend!

I was not ready for this. Communication was difficult. Timing was off, Expectations were not meet in an expeditious timely manner and I am not the one you come to and beg for a review. You get what you ask for. Now the body work was excellent. I hate they got rid of him. I was told less than 2weeks. It was nearly a month and a half.Just do your researchOverall from 1- 10. After being in hit and run accident I brought my 2020 Jeep gladiator here for repairs. After consulting regarding the work that needed to be completed with the manager, I decided to bring my car here for repairs. Initially I was told that my car would be returned 5 days, unfortunately it took much longer than that.Ms. April did a great job of communicating with the insurance company therefore making it hands off me once I dropped my vehicle off. She was very kind and did a lot of the legwork I would’ve needed to do on my behalf.Though I grew frustrated for not receiving my car back in the estimated timeframe, Tim, an associated at Tiger Hunt, stayed in constant communication with me and reported updates as they came in. Tim really made things happen and I grew confident that the work would be completed as he said it would be.After several weeks, I received my vehicles back and I was pleased with the work. Though their is room for improvement in setting customer’s expectations I’m pleased with the quality of the work. If you’re looking for a good affordable body work I would recommend these guys, but make sure you have another means of transportation and do not need your vehicle for some time because they have a lot of demand.

I would not bother with this company again. They did a bad paint job on my replacement bumper, and left orange peel on the surface. I’ve called multiple times trying to get it done correctly - like the manager expressed to me they would do. Now every time I call they have an excuse for me and tell me it will be at least a month before they can get me in, and can not give me a specific time to get it done. This has been going on for the past 2 months. If the paint job was done correctly the first time none of this would be an issue.

I went to Tiger Hunt Collision for a auto claim. I was side swiped and Geico was taking care of it because of my full coverage insurance. The deductible was $500.00, this was were the standard customer care ended.The damage was primarily to the drivers and passengers door and back quarter panel. The cars glass was intact.First, when I was exploring auto shops in the area April said she would reduce the deductible but this never happened. This is the third claim Ive dealt with in my life and Ive never heard of a shop giving me money.Prior to giving them my business April informed me the work would take 3 days although the insurance quote was for 6 days.Looking back, these were RED FLAGS. I should have gone somewhere else.My saga with this place lasted 6 weeks --- kid you not. Aug. 9th - Sept. 20I understand that COVID is an unusual situation but over these weeks it was nearly impossible to get information or updates from April or anyone at the shop.Geico could only help to certain extent, by confirming the location of my car, progress of work, ordering of parts, and confirming the shop had all the claim money and approvals to move forward.April called me back once in 6 weeks, otherwise I was calling for updates every 2-3 days. I was also having my claims agent call them regularly but they would get a voicemail typically.I kept getting different stories from April the whole time. The first week was that my car was in heading to paint but the paint shop had delays until the following week.On the second week April said that they were having trouble finding parts for my car --- a MAZDA 3 --- its a popular car its not a rarity.Why are you telling me you need to re-order parts when you just said my car was going to paint the first week? Paint is the last thing that occurs.On Monday of the third week, it was that there was more damage than they were expecting once they got a closer look.April was slow to submit forms to Geico so the claim would be updated, checked out and approved for more $. At this point the damage went from $2500 to $4000, and the time went from 6 days to an additional 10 days. The new count started on the Monday of the third week. So now it should be a total of 4 weeks of repairs.PSS. (My car is a 2013, 110,000 miles worth like $7,200 so really I dont know why it wasnt declared totalled at this point. I purchased the car used in Jan. of the same year. Then paid another $300 to have it tinted.)Then after a week of calls and no updates she said that my car parts kept coming in damage and they need to reorder them.At this point a manager name David was al answering the phone, he seemed like he was trying to figure out what was happening but not much he could speak to as far as the delays.When the car was finished, the body of the car and back rim looked good.However my tint on the drivers side was scratched on the inside and for some reason ---the tint on the back door was GONE. I have no idea as to why they took out the original tinted window as it wasnt broken and could have gone back into a new door.I had the tint done by TINT World in ATL, they use their own brand of tint, this collision shop couldnt be bothered to repair the tint they messed up on two windows. Another $200 out of my pocket gone.To make matters worse I literally couldnt leave there after all this cause the battery was dead so the car wouldnt start. I had to wait another hour for them to replace the battery and charge it. During this interaction the actual mechanic at the shop named Angel hit on me --- while telling me how he was from Puerto Rico and had a son with the same name.The shop from Hell.

There is not enough help here! Great attitudes from the workers when they have time for service! They dont have time to give updates, estimates, etc. Never expect a call back! Nothing against the employees here. They just need more help! Woman in the back was answering 3 phones, doing part orders, while having a packed office. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I rather youtube my repairs and do the job with my 6 year old son.

This is the best place to take your car to for work. Danny is the best and made my car look better than it did before the accident! I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Danny! He is so nice and really genuine. He wont lie to ya and he wont tell ya what you wanna hear

LIE LIE LIE This place is a joke if want your car jacked up by some CROOKS then go to Tiger hunt collision, They told me my car needed more parts then it really needed so I took it to another shop they said what they said was damaged was not even touched CROOKS CROOKS from the GUY that greets you to the lady in the office maybe they didnt know what they where looking at an that is more disturbing

First things first, the body work that was done on my car looks amazing, hence the 3 stars! The customer service on the other hand was a nightmare. Ive never had someone repeatedly lie to me both over the phone and in person before in my life. Especially not a representative from a company that I was paying hundreds of dollars.April was the absolute worst part about this entire encounter and the reason why I would never recommend anybody take their vehicle here. I dropped my car off on Monday, June 22nd. I was told by April that my car would be done in 3 days. I didnt hear anything so I called them on Thursday, June 25th. Thats when all of the lies started. I was told by April that my car wasnt done, but they could finish that day if I wanted them to rush. Otherwise she said it would be done on Friday, June 26th. Nobody called me on Friday, so again I called them. I was put on hold, traded off between employees, and at the end of at all was told that my car would not be finished on Friday. I only got this answer after I called several times that day after being told someone would call me back.On Friday, I was told the car would be finished on Saturday and that I would receive a call when it was done. AGAIN, no one called me on Saturday, June 27th, so I called them. AGAIN I was put on hold, told I would get a call back, and the overall runaround. When I finally got April on the phone, I asked her to just please give me a definite end date, if that was going to be Monday June 29th or Wednesday, July 1st fine, I just needed to know when my car would actually be done. She swore it would be done Saturday and that they wouldnt leave the shop until my car was ready. April called me at 5:15pm on Saturday and left me a message saying that my car was done, but that I shouldnt pick it up because it was freshly painted and would get wet in the rain.Monday morning, June 29th I arrive to pick my car up, IT WASNT DONE! It wasnt done even though she left me a message on Saturday saying it was, it wasnt done even though she said they wouldnt leave on Saturday until it was done. Then when I ask her, so if its not ready right now at 10:45am on Monday, it couldnt have possibly been done on Saturday, April continued to lie and say that it was definitely done on Saturday and refused to back down from the obvious lie.To add insult to injury, she said she would give me a 10% discount on a bill that was $634, but in fact only gave me $20 off. I guess she thought I was too dumb to know what 10% would be. Also, she said they would wash my car, they rinsed it off with water and dried it. There was no actual car wash, my boyfriend watched them as they did it and I will post pics. Lastly, they left polish residue all over my car and completely ruined my drive side floor mat.Again, the body work itself was great. But I would never in a million years recommend this shop to anyone and I definitely would go back to be lied to. So if you do decide to patronize this business, double whatever time they quote you for the work to be done.

Highly recommend, took my truck in on Monday to repair a scrap and scratches on body over wheel base and done like new on Tuesday. Very reasonable cost and excellent customer service. Danny was true to his word, would go back there again for sure. And thank Danny for his service, an Army vet!

The worst experience ever in my entire life. They could not fix my car after I dropped off my car several times within 4 months and worse than that, they broke windshield while trying to repair my car. They promised to replace windshield but did not even reply my emails and return my calls. It was a total disaster and nightmare. I lost my months, car, money.

****** WARNING******Do not bring your car here. They are not experienced... they have random people working on your car. When I received my car back it was not working properly and still had damaged parts... I brought my car back, while I waited (several hours) several others were coming back due to issues with their car. The receptionist is a joke... Temera is rude and has a very bad attitude. I wish I would have NEVER left my car with them!!! Please DO NOT leave your car with them!
