The name of this place says it all - first class! We came in from out of town for a charity event and had unexpected car troubles. Even though they were super busy, they still got our car in and made sure to stick with it until the true issue was found. Their customer service is fabulous, the shop is top of the line and the waiting area is clean, comfy and welcoming!

Before work was started on my engine Matt called telling me his foreman dropped the ball and was supposed to have my vehicle on a rack on Friday but that didn’t happen until the following Tuesday (this had to be done in order for my warranty company to assess the vehicle before repairs) and this set the process back further. Matt was not truthful with me about when he began work on my engine. He originally told me it would take 2-3 days then said it would take a couple of days longer. Every time I called he would push the days back. Even with the work that needed to be done this job shouldn’t have taken longer than 3 days. My personal mechanic vouched for that as well as my personal research. it ended up taking over a week. I was also told i would owe 132 out of pocket from what my warranty company would not cover, but when I finally was able to get my car the bill was over 400 dollars with added miscellaneous shop expenses and taxes in which there was no itemized bill for. Matt seemed more concerned with making sure no one blamed him for how long things were taking than actually getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner.So far the engine seems to be installed and working well. As far as customer service I would not recommend.
My experience wasn’t so good at first but in the end I can say I am very satisfied! I want to give a HUGE shout out to DANNY he turned my 1 star to a 5 thank you so much for fixing my car and making her drive and look brand new .
{UPDATE} In response to my previous bad review post regarding customer service last week the general manager contacted me. He was very apologetic and understanding and even listened to how my experience was. He addressed all of my concerns and issues with my previous body shop claim experience. He was very professional and kind. He again apologized several times for my prior service experience. He took accountability and ownership of his staff members mishaps and made sure to assist me in any possible way to right my previous experience. He offered me the opportunity to meet with him and another employee at my convenience to further discuss my customer service experience. He assured me that the previous staff members I dealt with before were held accountable for their actions. I was able to meet with him at the body shop. He was more than generous with compensation. Again, my repairs were fixed very well with no issues at all. He offered to take care of some minor repairs free of charge to keep me as a returning customer. I am grateful for the follow-up regarding my issues; I can see how valuable customer service is for this company. I am highly impressed with how this situation was handled by the first-class sales and services team. Thank you!

I was traveling through the area, my car needed service ASAP. I walked in on a Saturday and they weren’t sure if they could squeeze me in. They were able to and charged reasonably. The staff was very nice and provided uodates, the woman at the front desk was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!

This place was great when they first opened. Now not so much. Caused more damage than they fixed the last couple of times my truck was in. Including putting dents in my hood and destroying my plug wires by pulling on the wire instead of the boot. If there isn’t a code to read the just throw parts at it at your expense weather it fixes the problem or not. The staff will straight lie to your face and has become increasingly rude since the owner has become more low profile. Will not be back.
Super awesome place! Customer service is unbelievably good. This place is so awesome I wonder how they can stay open at this standard, with these prices, and not lose money. Will visit again.
I was referred to First Class to repair a broken tire stud from Discount Tire. The repair, estimated to take 45 minutes to an hour, took six hours. Driving the vehicle after the repair, a very pronounced vibration occurred at 35 MPH. The vehicle was returned to First Class, and after checking it out, determined it was a brake line that needed to be secured. This reduced, but not eliminated the vibration, so the vehicle was again returned. This time, the brakes were resurfaced, which also helped, not did not eliminate the vibration. A third return trip indicated that the hub needed to be replaced, with an estimate to cost provided. At this point, I took the vehicle to a repair shop that I have previously used (and trusted), who determined that the bearing had been damaged, which damaged the hub. I ended up with a $640 repair bill based on this damage.
Charged 1100 for a code they said would turn my engine light off and prevent my car from stalling. Engine light was back on the next day and car still stalling. Then when I took it back in they tell me it’s now showing a new code and would cost 400 more to repair! Total waste of time and money!
The service was great. The only complaint I have is that for some reason they missed addressing the indicator light for the VSA system. They did say that I could bring the car back any time to have a free diagnostic to see why the indicator light was on. I would recommend them though.
I absolutely do not recommend this shop. My truck was supposed to have engine work, body work, and paint job. They did the engine work with no problem but was a little pricey. But my body work and paint never was done. My truck sat on the lot for two months. We did receive a quote for the work and was told that it was going to be in the body shop by the end of the week two months ago. We stopped by today and the truck was still in the same spot. The Manger Terry had no idea what was going on. Now how does my truck sit on your lot for two months and you don’t ask questions to your staff about it. So long story cut short my truck was never fixed and I just drove it to another shop to get the work done. I’m highly disappointed in the service and received no apologies. Y’all have messed up my 20 year Anniversary gift to my husband. His truck get fixed was my gift to him. Thanks for nothing
Told them we needed our vehicle back by a certain time to leave for vacation and that if they couldnt accommodate we could could somewhere else no problem. They guaranteed it would be done in time. The problems started when I never received a call from Eric, the technician, that they received parts and would start repairs like he said he would after I asked to be informed. So when I called to check around 1pm, he told me the parts were in and repairs would be started immediately and he would call me when they finished. I reminded him AGAIN that the vehicle was needed that evening to leave for vacation and that the next morning was unacceptable (after he asked if they could get it to us the next day) as again, we were told from the beginning that repairs would be done in time for us to leave. After never receiving a call, as promised a 2nd time, my boyfriend went to the shop in person right before closing time only to find THEY NEVER EVEN BEGAN REPAIRS, and we were then told it wouldnt be finished until 11am the next day. The entire vacation had to be postponed an extra day because of them flat out lying to us. They did bring the vehicle to us because the ride we had lined up the day before couldnt work out for the next morning, however we then had to drive the technician back to the auto shop instead of them having another tech follow them and bring them back which was a further inconvenience and delay of the trip. Will absolutely never use this shop again.
I have always been VERY satisfied with the service and integrity of FIRST CLASS AUTO. We brought our 1995 Mazda pickup because it was idling very high. After they looked at it, initially they said the cost would be over $1000. We declined and said we would pick it up later in the day. Matt, however, and his mechanics persevered and were able to solve the problem with some soldering and the bill was a doable $252.00, not including our AAA discount which brought it down to $238, We were pleased and picked up a healthy antique car that same day!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!I had my 06 Acura TSX brought in a couple months ago for a electrical connection hat was causing my battery to drain.It took 2 weeks for them to find out what was wrong with my car. During those two weeks I was not updated with the status of my car. I constantly had to call the shop to find out what was going on with my car and why it was taking so long. My car ended up needing a new radio/climate control unit for my car. They had to order one and that took another 2/3 days. So it was almost a full 3 weeks that my car was in the shop and me constantly calling them to find out what was going on with my car. When I finally got the car back all my stuff that was my car near the radio was thrown on the floor on my passenger side and the display on my radio,climate control, and clock was not working. So I had to wait ANOTHER couple days. FINALLY, after 3 1/2 weeks my car is working properly. Just this past Monday the display on my radio and climate control went out AGAIN! It is July 5th so my car is still in the shop. NO ONE has called me about the status of my car. I constantly call at every other day to find out because if I don’t you will be left in the dark with what’s going on with your car. I am still currently waiting to hear from SOMEONE about what’s going on with my car. This has been by far the WORST customer service and repair work I have ever experienced. I really want to just take it somewhere else and not have to deal with this headache but I have already invested my money into it and have a warranty on the work they have done. So long story short DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF WORK DONE AT THIS PLACE!

So glad I was referred to First Class. Both experiences have been phenomenal and I will continue to come here for all repairs. Its really hard to find savy mechanics who are willing to work on Audis and both times i was not only comfortable trusting them to work on my Audi but I was more than pleased with their work. They dont force you into anything and they always make sure to thoroughly take the time to explain preventative maintenance so your car maintains optimum performance. I recently came in for service on my wheel bearing and thoroughly appreciated my services from beginning to end. First I had never been to a service center as well maintained as First Class. The pool table and free refreshments were an absolute added bonus to my wonderful services I experienced. Eric was my technician. He helped me so much. So knowledgeable, patient ad extremely kind. I couldnt have asked for a better technician. Because of the level of professionalism, cleanliness and kindness I received, I have already started recommending this place and Eric to my family, friends and coworkers. Great job First Class.

This place is clean & neat. The front desk clerk Ms. Mercedes is very nice & friendly. You can snack, drink coffee, water or sodas while you wait. If any I have any problem with my car, this will be the place to bring it to. I like to thank Mr. Diego & his mechanics for a job well done on my vehicle I attched a few pics that needed to be replaced. I have all new parts with a warranty.
First let me say, we now bring all our vehicles here if my hubby cannot fix it himself. Second- let’s be realistic, every vehicle is going to have issues/quirks and every repair may or may not have setbacks where extra things are found that need attention. That being said, First Class mgmt is just that, FIRST CLASS. If they tell you something, they stand by it. Quotes/repairs/cost, etc. If they correct something and something else is broken (that wasn’t already old/worn out) they take care of it. If their service technician tells you a price/repair - mgmt stands by it, even if it means they take a hit. As an individual and a woman, I have never felt like they were attempting to take advantage of me. If I have had ANY issues, their mgmt (Ron is my favorite, but both that I have met are exceptional) is quick to listen/understand and remedy the situation. They are not just an auto service repair establishment, I consider them a partner in keeping our vehicles in great shape no matter what the issue is.... I would recommend giving them your business because that whole company can stand on the backs of that management.. They are FANTASTIC!!
They purchased a headlight from us and we delivered to them at the same day. When our driver got there he had to wait for a half hour to get a check, then they came back stating that the headlight was wrong. It should not take 30 minutes to check a headlight. Then one of their staff under the name of Diego said to our driver do not come back here as a response to our drivers simple question of why he has been held for 30 minutes? He had more deliveries and stops and couldnt afford to wait any longer there. These kind of behaviors and responses are not professional and nor expected from a business which is offering services to people. We all make mistakes but there is a reason for senior management and staffs to make sure things are running smoothly and professionally.
If you expect to get you car back in the same condition don’t go here!!! Lost my valve stem cap and broke my window. If that wasn’t enough they left the inside of my car and trunk filthy. They have no idea how to clean up after the job was done. Will never use the place again for anything.

Great place. Was hesitant driving all the way to Smyrna for repairs on my F150. Was a certified body shop by my insurance. So glad I did the experience surpassed my expectations. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. They explained every step till I got my car back. Dropped off on Monday was ready by Friday. Diego from the body shop was the best. He texted me with updates as the repairs went. They got me a rental truck and made that process easy too. I’ll be recommending them to any one that’s needs auto work. They lived up to their name. 1st class service all the way.

Dropped off my car in the morning for an alignment, and wasnt able to pick it up until the next day. Not mad in ant way, as I know theyre always super busy, and they called me to give me the option of picking the car up and making an appointment for another day. These guys always treat me right, and theyll have my business for years to come.
Five Star lobby, antiquities, hobbies, and fisheries? Still not to snobby for sure.Theyll find all the things even slight little pings so bring dough$ when you walk in the door. I complain there a bunch, but they serve a nice lunch, for mechanics you could not ask for more
First impression of the building is that is nice and clean but it’s fairly new so that was to be expected. The waiting area is also very nice, so if you have to wait for service it’s not a bad place to be. First class is managed well and they stand behind their work or they will fix the issue to make it right by the customer.
I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone here was very helpful, friendly, and thoughtful. Shawn was amazing very knowledgeable, I was never left wondering about the wait or my cars progress.,Very attentive this was the best experience for me. It can be very stressful dealing with car issues but I was so impressed and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. All my car needs from Now on I will bring to them. I played a game of pool and watched tv while I waited. Very clean.

First class is one of the best places I’ve been for car repair. Took my car somewhere else, which didn’t get fixed properly, then took it to First class and they made it right. They even waived the pressure test fee because they knew I had already spent money somewhere else. Ron and staff is fantastic and if you want it done right the first time at a fair price go no further than First Class Auto.

Great service! I took my car somewhere else and they couldnt figure out what exactly was wrong with it. Took it to First Class and they had my car repaired in a couple of hours instead of days. This is the second car that I have brought to them and both times they fixed my cars in a couple of hours.
I had First Class change the timing belt in my 09 PT Cruiser. Its a big job; theres not much room to work. While it was apart, they found badly worn motor mounts. Diego called me to discuss the situation. They made me a deal on replacing them and even with the added work, they still met the original delivery time. Im very pleased.

Matt was the technician and he went above and beyond to work with me and the warranty company which was no help. Matt gave me the cost of the repair and the quality of the part to be installed. Matt also kept his word as to when my vehicle would be ready. Matt was very professional communicating with me during the repair.

First Class was recommended to us. My son is from Alabama and was visiting family and had car trouble. It was diagnosed as a bad alternator by the tow truck. We called First Class and got an estimate on what it would cost. They said they would check it out before replacing the alternator. We towed it to First Class and had them fix it. It turned out not to be the alternator at all and it was something minor. They got him back on the road pretty quick and saved me a ton of money. I think that speaks highly of them because they could have duped us good. I am thankful for a good honest business with polite and courteous people. I would highly recommend this business. I will surely spread the word to my family and friends that live there. Thank you again. Danny
Ron is the go to guy really helpful in time of car need getting things done service is unbelievable very good willing to work with you on services needed. Ive been looking for a place to service my car from here on out the dealership places are terrible to the core with service of any kind they will try to get you to pay out way more than the job needed I always get a second opinion on car jobs and for what the dealership was trying to do not all needed to be done FIRST CLASS is the place my place to go for any car needs and customer service I highly recommend this place to any one family and friends anyone of any car needs much love to this place

Had my Jeep towed here as the nearest auto repair. I was pleased with the immediate help I received. They càlled to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. Since it was Saturday late, they let me know they would get to it Monday. They ordered a radiator and had my Jeep ready by Monday afternoon! Reasonably priced and quick service!

Called in at the begining of last week, told I could bring car in saturday morning. ( July 18th) Called back in friday and said I would be in before 9 am. Was told it would take about 2 hrs to fix ac. Arrived about 8:30am,checked in. 3 hours later young man came out with an estimate, thought they had been working on it but they werent. Told them to go ahead, again was told it would take about 2 hours. Finally got out of there about 4:30pm. The whole time I was there, was never given an update. The service rep never even gave me an apology for the delay. UPDATE! WAS CONTACTED BY RON JABASH (GENERAL MANAGER) . HAD A VERY NICE CONVERSATION WITH HIM. HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED, AND MADE IT RIGHT WITH ME. I WILL NOW BE GLAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK AGAIN. WHAT A CLASS ACT! WILL NOW GIVE A SIX STAR RATING!
When Im unable to get an appointment with Toyota, I always go to First Class Sales and Service for my engine oil change. I would say this was my third or fourth time going in for a service, and they always seem to get me squeezed in. The receptionist is very polite and respectful. The mechanics are also fast and personable. The establishment itself is also welcoming with its pool table, many comfortable seats, tv, and lets not forget snacks & drinks. After a long days of work, my husband and I appreciate the service we receive from FCS&S. Also, their prices are reasonable and they often have sales.
This was my fourth visit to First Class Sales and Service. They have now worked on both of my vehicles, a pick-up and a SUV. They did front end alignments on both and replaced the inner and outer tie rods and stabilizer bar on the pickup. I later took my daughters BMW for an alignment. All the work has been perfect with no noted problems. The facility is always spotless, a comterbale waiting area with snacks, drinks and televisions. The price is usually several dollars lower than other shops I had checked with and the best thing was at checkout they gave a military/veteran discount.
First time experience and the staff were friendly and the work performed was very good. The price for my service was good as well. I will be returning for future work.

This facility is a hidden gem. If you need car repair work or maintenance done in the Smyrna/LaVergne area, I highly recommend checking them out. Customer service is first class (no pun intended), the facility is spotless, and prices are very reasonable. As a bonus, theyre still a new store right now. Its easy to get in and out.Im sure that once people begin to see how great a facility this is, wait times will increase. Right now, though, its a great place to get car repairs done fast and professionally without much waiting.I took my car in on a Saturday morning and was able to get an alignment done right away.
So my last review post I told how Ron and his staff rebuilt my engine. Well it was time for my first oil change after the rebuild. Also, I had to get a few small things done as well. Ron, Kyle, and the rest of the team got everything taken care of quickly and at a fair price. When I started using First Class Sales and Service I told Ron that if he treats me fair and gave me good service I would be a loyal customer. To this day my truck hasnt been in any shop but theirs! If you have any doubt, dont! These people know what they are doing!
When I come to a shop I have very high expectations being that I have a modified car. This shop went above and beyond to meet my every expectation and that goes a very long way with me. A lot of shops will not touch a slammed car but these guys did not hesitate to take on my car. My car caused many issues and they tackled each and every one with the utmost precision and care. I will definitely go back to this shop for all my needs because I know from this experience they will help me with everything I need. I will also be telling all my friends about this location because the car community needs a shop like this that will accommodate modified cars. Honestly a great place to get your car repairs taken care of! I’ve gotten my timing chains replaced on my ford. I’ve gotten work done on my bmw on my infinity I’ve had friends come and be extremely satisfied with the work that they’ve done for them. I’ve been satisfied aswell the price is fair/good honestly the price is right not to expensive for the insurance and work that they do! Military discount is appreciated aswell I highly recommend this place. Talk to Diego or Cody and they get you taken care of! The waiting area is also nice there’s always snacks and drinks, there’s TV and a lounge area. And best of all is spending an hour playing some pool while you wait for your car.

I went all over town getting estimates and First Class beat everybody. Not only did they save me $60.00, but the service I received was top notch. The lobby is clean and spacious with all kinds of amenities. Heck, I hated to leave. I have found a new automotive service center.
