Fabulous customer service. I was rear ended and went in for a repair estimate. altho not perfect, while working up my estimate Richie was able to pop my bumper mostly back into place until I can get everything worked out with insurance. Super helpful both on the phone and in person. I have never had to deal with insurance and everyone I spoke with was very helpful in explaining the procedure. A++++

As hard as it was being in my first accident, Lane at the Smyrna/La Vergne location was very thorough and honest from the start. He let me know everything that was gonna be done to my vehicle. And even though Charles came on towards the end, he was very helpful in making sure the finishing of my car was taken care of and that my rental would get back to the correct location. He knew so much about Volvos and he was able to give me all the information I needed to make a decision about my car. Caliber had this texting service that informed me of every process so I always knew what was happening next. I was very pleased with Caliber.

So I was on the interstate driving. A piece of plastic flew off of another vehicle and I ran over it and it ripped my undercarriage off. I asked the tow truck driver to swing by a Caliber Collision that was right down the street. I went in and I asked if it would be OK if I remove my undercarriage and would it have any negative effect on my vehicle. A man named John came out advise me that it wouldn’t hurt my car and then offered to take it off. He crawled up onto the truck and took off the remaining bolts on the destroyed undercarriage. He didn’t have to do this, but he did. That’s the kind of person I want working for me at my business. If I ever need any kind of repair work I will make the trip to La Vergne and I will see John and have whatever I need taken care of. That was some exceptional service that John didn’t even have to provide. Also shout out to Rachel at the front desk. Warm, welcoming smile and very helpful. You guys are blessed with your staff.

It was neither a good nor bad experience. Ive only ever dealt with these guys. The front office staff is always polite and friendly. But due to their volume, it will be a minute before you hear anything. This is, of course, exacerbated by your insurance company. If you call for status, youll be bluntly but accurately told that youll get an answer when theres an answer to give. Theres nothing about these guys that stands out, but theres nothing bad to say about them either.

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. They made getting my vehicle repaired after it was hit so easy. They dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to, kept me updated throughout the time they had my car — which was less than a week— and even took care of turning in my rental for me. They even washed the car and detailed the inside for me when they were done! I highly recommend this place to anyone. They are now my shop for any future needs I would have.

From the time Caliber received my car to the day I picked it up, the Caliber Crew was outstanding! All of the staff were friendly, helpful and kept me updated during the entire process, however, Brandi stood out the most. She was helpful in telling me my next moves in the process. This was my first accident and I didn’t know what to do, however, she made helped made the process a smooth one. I would definitely recommend anyone to Caliber Collision!

I had a great experience with ABRA Auto Body and Glass in La Vergne. The front office staff (Joyce) was excellent and friendly. My contact person with ABRA was Kelly, she was very friendly and gave me a quick quote for the repair. She was an excellent communicator and had my fender fixed from start to finish in 2-1/2 days. The repair matched the paint perfectly (which was my fear - due to it being a brand new car) and the work looked great. It looked as if my car was never in an accident. I will return to these guys in the future if needed and would recommend them to everyone that I know that needs bodywork. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish.

Very expensive!I went there to fix a minor dent in my car door, and they quoted me $1,469.00Any other body shop would charge $250 to $500 maybe.So they wanted to charge me 4x more.

They worked on my after a wreck and did a marvelous job replacing the entire back bumper, fixed my hatchback door and tail hitch. I picked up the vehicle and we had had some battery issues so they replaced it (for free!). After leaving an intermittent problem arose because they had replaced the battery they took care of the entire repair of the problem. They went above and beyond and their customer service was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this shop to people I care about!

I had zero experience going through the process of getting my car repaired due to being rear-ended. Mrs. Joyce and Michael Husk of ABRA Smyrna are by far one of the best experiences Ive had with customer interaction (especially Mrs. Joyce). She walked me through the entire process, answered any ridiculous questions I may have asked, etc.). She just made my overall experience in choosing ABRA AUto Body & Glass - Smyrna much more satisfying. ABRA needs to keep her and Michael forever, they are the kind of employees that makes customers stay and make recommendations. They were kind and helpful every single time I contacted ABRA.Additionally, the repair/paint team did an outstanding job and thank you so much for not skimping out on the replacement parts and putting in new ones because I still considered my car in excellent condition even though it is a 2010 model. The paint job looks excellent. Overall, the repair has been great!

Ill never go anywhere else. Not only are they the best prices by a wide margin but the staff is wonderful too, especially Joyce and Brittnye. Dont hang out in the lobby if youre on the carb diet because they have free popcorn too!!!!!

Very friendly staff and good quality repair, had a small issue with one a connection inside one of my doors after a repair and they took care of it without any fuss. Repairs were made under insurance but the took care of some minor scratches on another area for a very reasonable price.

I contacted Abra to get a windshield replaced. I was thinking that I would have to come up to the shop on a Saturday. When I had some scheduling issues, Abra was able to send a mobile technician to my work and put a great quality (PGW) windshield in my Xterra in a little under an hour. I will certainly use them again.

Mislead on how long small vehicle repair would take. 4 days turned into more than 2 weeks. Would not suggest them if you dont have alot of time to wait on your car. Staff was not honest about timing.
