I was recommended this particular location by my mother after taking my car to the Atlanta Road Body Shop for estimate of almost $1000. I brought my car here to fix my front bumper and Chris put it back in place for only $175! Didn’t even have to replace the bumper! I would highly recommend this location! Very high quality service and friendly staff!!

My son had an accident and took his car to two body shops that gave him astronomical repair estimates. He went to Paint Genius and they were very upfront, knowledgeable, honest and professional. It turned out that all he needed was a new door and minimal body work. They offered a great price for the door itself, painting and labor. The cost was less than one third the price of what the other other shops quoted. They did an excellent job and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work performed. I would definitely recommend them.

Ask for Christopher. They did a great job on my chrome delete. Got my car murdered out and they couldn’t of done a better job. They smoked my tail lights, painted embles, chrome delete and wrapped my wheels. Highly recommended if your trying to customize your ride in anyway. These guys are the best in the biz!

People are always hesitant to get car body repair work done, and Im one of those people. Worry no longer, Paint Genius is here, and they do phenomenal work. I scratched my new car, front right bumper against a concrete column when I was trying to park in a tight space.I took my car into Paint Genius. At first, I didnt know what to expect. I was greeted by a young man who walked me into the office to speak with Christopher Forbes. Mr. Forbes was professional, looked over my damages, and gave me an estimate. I decided to go with Paint Genius. Why? Fairest price with high quality service in the Atlanta area youll find.Also, I had some dirty car matts in the car, when I received the car back, Paint Genius cleaned them for no extra cost. Wow where do I start. First let me start by saying Christopher is awesome!! I had damage to my Mercedes Benz GL550 from an accident. I got three estimates. Paint Genius was the last estimate that I went to get. Upon arrival at Paint Genius immediately you notice that the business is very clean and inviting. Christopher greeted me with unmatched professionalism and customer service! That is what won me over!!! Customer service is everything! So I choose Paint Genius to fix the damages. The estimate I received was a fair and decent price. My vehicle was finished exactly when they said it would be. I picked my truck up the day before Thanksgiving and was very pleased at the work I received! My car looked new!! They also detailed my vehicle!!! I was extremely happy at the work and the price. On top of that Christopher had cooked a Thanksgiving meal for the shop and he also fed me as well. The food was delicious!! Lol I would recommend them to any and everybody! Excellent customer service, work, and very accommodating! My bumper had to be replaced. It was nearly less than half the cost I was quoted at another local auto-body shop. I had some dents and deep scratches on one of my doors. I didnt care about the dents, but just wanted the paint to be fixed. They did that for me. That and my bumper look great!! They also washed my car and cleaned it up really nicely on the inside as well. My car hasnt looked this nice in awhile. It was a fast turn around and they were super helpful. Overall very relaxed and low pressure experience. I would recommend!

I had a minor fender bender and needed some body work done on my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. Initially I went to the Maaco next door to Paint Genius on South Cobb drive but everything about that location made me uncomfortable, down to the owner telling me Paint Genius’ quote would come back way higher and I would run back to Maaco. That just was not the case! Not only was I given a fair quote but I was also told exactly what that quote entailed. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Dillan and the team at Paint Genius did a fantastic job on my repairs. They were accommodating, friendly, expedient, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all PROFESSIONAL. I will not hesitate to recommend their services, and return with any future concerns!

Professional and organized

I brought my car in for fender bender damages. It took over a day without any advance notice. Upon pickup it was like I remembered my blemish-free vehicle. Its a Honda Civic thats been good to me and now were even. ;) The shop could use a voicemail but was up to par on the grand scale. Good people, affordable price, and fantastic work!

I needed work done on my truck and I got 3 different quotes. Price wise they were in the middle of all three quotes. I chose them over the others because of the incredible customer service. When I came in for a quote they treated my vehicle like it was their own, the other shops were nice but I didn’t get the same vibe. Most the time with a shop it’s hard to get a hold of someone to give you updates and progress on your car. Well David at Genius would call me instead of me calling them, just to let me know when one thing would be done what they would be doing the next day. I thought that was beyond good customer service because it’s hard to take time out of a busy day when you have a lot of customers, just to call them and update them. I also threw a curve ball at them and asked to add something to my quote that I didn’t initially come in for and they were happy to do it. I told them that I needed to have my truck done in less than a week because I was leaving town. They got it done and when I saw their work I was blown away at how flawless it was. My truck literally looked better than the day I drove it off the lot. They will absolutely be my go to from now on.

These guys are genuinely good people and professional. They took care of my paint job on a bumper cover within 24 hours even though they were clearly busy. I wanted them to just paint it and later I planned to install it myself. They were fine with this and they did not pressure me into having them install it. Most places this is not the case. Most importantly, this seems to be a black-owned business and they are the best around! Highly recommend checking them out.

They fixed up my bumper, headlights, fenders and completely repainted the car in less than a week.Really amazing turnaround. They also had the lowest estimate that I could find in midtown.So far Ive had the car back for a couple of days and it looks great.

I had a small dent in my front bumper from someone’s trailer hitch and Chris repaired it within 48 hours and my car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot! I have been using this autobody shop for years for our family vehicles, although most of it is through insurance, Chris works hard and timely to get us back in our cars and on the road. Also, going into places like this can sometimes be intimidating, so its nice that they do have friendly diverse staff and the new location is very nice, clean, and they have a cool waiting room!

I came in to fix a few scratches on the right rear door of my car. I ended up getting the scratches on my left rear door and front of car fixed, and the inside of my car was cleaned. They didnt charge any extra and Im really happy with the work theyve done!! They are also very friendly and I got my car back quickly :-)

These guys are awesome. I have been to other shops that were terrible and have had many bad experiences. I took it in for a paint job on the hood and front/rear bumpers as well as the realignment of my front bumper after having a bad job done on it from another shop. The final result was amazing, even better than I expected. They even went above and beyond and repaired my damaged front wheel well at no additional cost when I did not even ask. I shopped around for quotes for some dents and scratches on my 2016 Acura MDX.. everyone seems over priced, including one shop that doubled the price when I spoke with another employee for the same job!I was recommended Genius Auto Group from a mechanic, met Myles, very honest and straight forward, had a estimate in minutes. Excellent price, he beat all the other estimates and was doing more work. He had the car finished in a few days as promised and its looks AMAZING!!! Excellent paint and body work... They are really nice and polite guys, but I just cannot agree with how they do business.I asked them to fix my dislocated bumper. They moved the bumper towards a totally different direction and acted like if that was what I asked for in the first place. I had to address the problem once again and the technician finally admitted that there was nothing he could do for now, unless I left the car there and pay another few hundred bucks. I backed off. If there was something you felt unable to do, why didnt you admit that at the beginning?Funny follow up:During the following weekend, I decided to spend an afternoon and take a look myself. Turned out it was only a misplaced clip between the bumper and the main frame. Easy fix. And believe it or not, Im only a guy who never touched a single screw on a car before.

This place is truly a drug dealers heaven. I dropped off my truck to get the doors fixed and was told it would be ready one day but it wasnt. So when I was told by the staff,after I had to actually pull up to find out what the delay was, I witnessed one of the workers coming out my truck. So I asked if it was ready, and he told me he knew nothing about it. So I asked, then WHY are you in my truck, of course I got no answer. I told the clerk Ill go somewhere else and then now my keys were missing. So I drove off with my extra set that I had and literally had to come back the next day, out MY working schedule to come pick up my keys. All the while the clerk that I spoke to initially was not there and the clerk who was there, was doing a drug deal is car parked in front the door while Im trying to 1. Get service and endingly trying to find my keys. Avoid like the plague unless your a dope dealer then try your hand.

Worst place to deal with. Please go somewhere else. They are unprofessionally ran and do not take responsibility for items they messed up. Please read the reviews before doing business with ANY business.

Here is my experience with this autoshop.I had a car accident, and I needed to replace the front bumper, fender and air vent.I had a good experiences with these guys for doing some paint job at low cost, so I trusted them again this time.I got a call about 10 days later that my vehicle is repaired. When I visited it to take my vehicle, I was shocked to see that my front grill which was perfectly fine has all scratches over and have red paint on it, which I assume is from painting front bumper. Not only that, fender was inserted wrong, and driver’s seat door was not opening well. They admitted that their workers may have dropped and did terrible jobs on this, and asked for another 5 days to re-fix it all.After 4~5 days, I visited the shop again to see any progress. My car was on the deck with my front bumper un-mounted. And Guess what? The damaged air vent WAS STILL IN the engine room. They have lied to Statefarm that they ordered the air vent, but have not changed it at all, and they lied to me that they took so long time to repair my vehicle because air vent was coming late, but then said everything is repaired when I visited first time to take the car.I was really ready to collect some evidences and sue them for fraud. However, the owner of autoshop apologized and said he will fix it all with no additional cost.The total repair time took 30 days. It was even longer than the maximum days I can rent a car using my insurance. These guys were not professional at all.
