Completely worth the wait! i had a tree branch fall and mess up the back side of my car and I ended up having to wait 3 weeks for my appointment with them. Once I took it in, it was clear communication the whole way. They delivered it to me on the day they promised. I will tell you this car hasnt looked this good since the day I bought it. I was very impressed with their work! A few days later I ended up having an issue relatively near where the repairs were done and when I called them they were super courteous and had me bring my car back and had the issue resolved within the day.

I received the best customer service EVER. The ladies who work at the front are very pleasant women and helpful as well. The work that was done on my car was amazing as well! They made my car look exactly the way it did BEFORE the accident. The paint match is spot on. Whatever system they have to match the paint is the best part!! They had my car ready in one day when everyone else was telling me a couple days. If you need any body work done on your car they are the best in Cobb County by far!

Customer service is excellent. The office staff and service reps are all courteous and professional. I was given a timeline for repairs and my vehicle was ready as promised. Best of all, it looks good as new! I live 25 miles away but came the distance based on a glowing recommendation from my brother. So glad I did!

I have used these folks 3 times in the past 2 years, and while they had been doing great, and I had recommended them fairly highly, this last time makes me wonder if things have changed there for the worst, or if I just fell through the cracks or was handed to one poor employee.From start to finish this was a different experience, I was not treated nicely, I was not contacted at _any_ time with estimates of repair time. I had to keep calling to find out anything after a week of silence and was told to call back another day twice. They didnt even send an estimate to insurance for over a week, I could have still been driving the car if they werent looking at it.When it was done I was handed paperwork inside and a mechanic walked me to the car because the representative didnt know where it was. I have no real idea what was done beyond the paperwork, no directions on if they waxed like sometimes, all my inside settings changed, there was a horrible oil smell inside the car and a new dent on my door that wasnt there when I dropped it off.So not sure if staffing has become an issue there or what but it seems to matter which front desk person representative you get assigned as well as something in the process and finishes not quite right. Hopefully itll sort itself out soon, they used to be very efficient.

GLA Smyrna was a dream come true. After having my vehicle hit twice within a 6 month span they handled me with compassion, professionalism, and regular communication on the progress of my repairs. My rental was brought to me at their facility and they really took a lot of the stress and worry off of me. My car came back to me clean and they even did a small complimentary service I needed. I will never take my car anywhere else. The staff felt like family and my repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Really great experience. Unfortunately a deer hit me and I needed body work and a check on the machinery. I had a claim with my insurance and they recommended this place. I was able to get a rental since I also had that option with my insurance, and Georgia Luxury was able to coordinate with them when I arrived to drop off my car and again when I came to pick it up. They were very commutative and efficient. Id recommend them for anyone after an accident.

Very poorly run facility with no communication. I setup an appt 3 weeks ahead to drop my car off and I dropped it off and they didn’t contact me for 3 days to say they haven’t even started on my vehicle. I only used them because it was a convenient location. I will not be using their services ever again.

Great service! I stopped by to discuss my concerns about surface scratches on my Hyper Red Kia Sportage. Only waited a few minutes and Patrick came out to help me with a quote. He explained my options, provided some quotes and even gave me a demonstration of the techniques they use to remove scratches from paint. Super helpful!

At this point I have to change my honest review after a month had past. Great customer service. The issue I am having is with my back trunck, my whole passenger side was damaged including the back. At first I was amazed because my car looked great, but once my husband saw it he noticed things were not right, brought back to the dealer I purchased it from they too pointed out things not done right, and before my car got hit I only had my BMW for 3 months. I sent my car back to GLA and the ensured me they did not touch the lift gate 😐 but the car was damaged in the back. Now when we open up the trunk it dies not close, when you open or close a door then the trunck may sometimes close. Ill just leave at this, after bringing my car to BMW explaining and showing the damage pictures, they shook their heads. I

UPDATE: Georgia Luxury Automotive reached out again. They have replaced the items that went missing and made it right. I appreciate them owning responsibility. They have made a future customer out of me.I got in an accident and needed the body shop to replace the front hood, bumper, etc (black Nissan Sentra). Everything was great in the beginning (and honestly to body work that was done was great). The bad experience came at the end.An employee texted me on a Thursday saying my car would be done on Saturday to which I said I wouldnt be able to pick up until Monday. They sent me back a thumbs up emoji (no other communication was made).I show up on Monday at 1 PM to pick up the car and am told it will be 3 more hours. They did give me an old beater to go back home and wait with, but still a large waste of my time. Just communicate when it will actually be ready.I got the car back and immediately realized that the low tire pressure signal was on (was not on when I dropped off). I asked them to look at it and I believe all they did was fill it up with air and call it good. The low tire pressure came back two days later and turns out there is a little gash on the inside side of the tire. I then had to pay to replace tire that was not an issue before.Lastly, and I did not notice this until a few days later, I was missing my phone mount on the dashboard and auxiliary cord. I called the office and they said they would check to see if they just forgot to put back in after detailing. That was two weeks ago and they havent called back..Horrible customer service, wont be going back. Just caused me continuous problems at the end...

I went in originally to get some body/collision work done on my Tacoma through insurance but ended with having them go ahead and paint the entire vehicle and fix some other body/cosmetic issues. The truck came out amazing and Juan was beyond accommodating, did whatever he possibly could, and always kept me in the loop/up to date with the truck. Amazing experience beginning to end!

The only place I’ll take my car to get fixed is Georgia Luxury Automotive. They do an awesome job. They pay attention to the details. My car was fixed within a week. They work fast but they do great work! Also customer service here is on another level. They treat you like family. I told Melonie that I was going out of town and really needed my car so she met me when the facility was closed to give me my car. If you need work done on your car, come here. You can trust them.

I showed him my concerns and issues and he was very considerate by listening to and looking at everything that I showed him. He wanted to make things right and stand behind their work and offered to repaint the hood. At the same time he also offered me a great deal on a windshield replacement.Zach and his team went above and beyond by resolving the issues and concerns I originally had about the hood and paint. The plan was to just repaint the the hood, but his team went ahead and repainted the hood and bumper to make sure everything looked great on my car. They did an amazing job and the car looked phenomenal when I picked it up. They showed that theyre willing to stand behind their work and go the extra mile to make things right when something has gone wrong, even if its months after the fact. I would definitely recommend them for your repair needs!Original Review:I will start by saying that Georgia Luxury Automotive was very professional and courteous in my experiences and dealings with them. This is a long term review on the durability and quality of repairs on my 2015 VW Golf R. I purchased this vehicle used in August 2017, the accident was in January 2019, and it is currently May 2020. Ive had the car for the same amount of months pre-accident as I have post accident. The car had 16k miles on it when I purchased it, 30k miles on it at time of accident, and 45k miles on it now. The repairs on my car were completed in January 2019 and included replacing the front bumper and hood. The replacement items were painted to match the car.At the time the repairs were completed and I picked up the car, it appeared they did a nice looking job, but not a quality job. Before I even left the parking lot, I had to go back inside and show them a run in the clear coat of the hood which they had to buff/polish out. Over the next few months as I began to wash and detail my car, I noticed several areas on the hood edges & body lines where the paint was thin/burned through or possibly not applied correctly. Ive noticed about 5 separate locations of this on the hood/bumper. Just recently, part of my grill has come dislodged from the front bumper, leading me to question if it was installed correctly in the first place. In the 17 months I had the car since the repairs, Ive had more rock chips/paint chipping on the hood then I did before the accident. Its worth stating that the car had double the miles on it before the accident then after the accident. I understand rock chips are wear and tear and will happen, but I question if its normal for me to have so many on a car that only has 15k miles on it post repair. It really makes me question the durability and quality of the paint job that was performed on my vehicle.In review, if youre looking for somewhere to do a satisfactory, quick, good looking repair on your car, choose here. If youre looking for somewhere to do a quality job that is reflective of a Luxury Automotive shop that will stay looking nice for months/years to come, I suggest trying somewhere else.

SUCH a great experience! Chose them based off of previous reviews after I was in an accident and needed pretty significant repairs to the entire back panel of my car. They were prompt, professional, and courteous with their communication, they were very thorough in the inspection and repairs of my car, they communicated fully with the insurance company and didnt make me a middle man, and they kept a very reasonable timeline for the repairs that were necessary. I even came to pick it up and my car was fully cleaned, detailed, and looking brand new. I hope I never have the need to get auto-body work done again, but if I do I will absolutely come back to GLA!!
