This is as close to a bodega as you can get, sans the token cat. The owners are thoughtful with the selection (from hot sauces, cooking essentials or wine). If your dog is well behaved they are welcome to shop with you which is a plus!

Southsea is small, but they stock a little bit of just about everything! Forgot to buy eggs on your last grocery run? Southsea has it! Cooking dinner and realize you dont have one of the obscure spices in the recipe? They have it at southsea! Are you hankering for some fresh guac, but dont want to deal with the large crowds and long lines at QFC/WF? Southsea can help you out! This great establishment is a lifesaver!

Owners are so friendly and always ready to help you find something. Love this place! Just be wary to check the expiration date on the products, we have had a couple run ins with expired products on the shelves.

Really happy to have this little corner store in the neighborhood. If you need milk, beer, sugar, etc. in a pinch, theyll probably have what you need. Prices are reasonable. Owners are very friendly, and Im happy to give them my business.

This is a pretty home like grocery with many varieties of items. The back of store is full of clutter and needs organization. But its nice and the family owned store is very friendly. They take EBT card purchases. They have an ATM but it always seems to be out of order....

They sell a pretty large variety of things. Super nice owners to boot. Its definitely worth the trip is you live in the area and need some home items.

I hate to remove a star from last review but the store is so haphazard with a lot of clutter in the back two aisles. Carts block the aisles and things are hard to find. This store has good stock but I found some items past pull dates and close to it. A difficult place to maneuver.
