This is a must see place! My goal is to visit all locations. The location was beautiful and clean. I had the smoked salmon sandwich and it was delicious. I also had the double chocolate chip cookie and it was delightful. This is a cool place to hang out and grab a quick snack. I love seeing all the machinery inside of the place.
A must seen for the tourists like myself. The experience can be memorable, especially if you are tired of Starbucks and its drinks. Their alcoholic drinks are very interesting and unique. Their pizza is very delicious and you should definitely try it. The space is nice and there are plenty of seats available as they have a large space. The place is located in a very hippie neighborhood and it is worth it to spend sometime in the neighborhood as well.
This is the nicest Starbucks I have ever been too. The coffee was so fresh and the best Ive tasted. A little tip: if you buy merchandise you can order drinks and skip the line. The line for drinks and food is around 20 min long. Its a drive from the market and only street parking which there is none.
Probably a place that you have to go when visiting Seattle. Its like THE Starbucks to visit. Id recommend going early as the line can get long because its pretty popular.Way different menu. Variety of drinks to try, but I had a couple lattes and they can get really sweet. Pastry selection is fantastic and I liked them all.I didnt get a chance to try the pizza, but it looked busy enough.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! They sell coffee options that you can’t get at your typical Starbucks store. They make an amazing whiskey barrel coffee that tastes just like whiskey but isn’t alcoholic. I enjoy getting a flight of their coffees as well every time I come here. They sell delicious food as well so it’s perfect for lunch. The place always have a long line waiting. It takes about 30-45 minutes to get it but it is so worth it! They have a souvenir section inside the store too that is worth checking out
I dont normally drink coffee but was surprised to see that they have a special bourbon barrel-aged cold brew available. I was also impressed on how it was served - in a nice clear ice cube. The drink was very good and I wouldnt mind drinking it again. The hazelnut latte was also good and so was the brioche pastry.
What a treat! Definitely worth the wait. Im not a huge Starbucks person like a lot of people. I do enjoy their coffee but generally like to support local spots if they can brew some good coffee. That being said, while visiting Seattle, I didnt feel compelled to wait in line to experience the original Starbucks location. Once learning about this establishment however, I was excited to experience this for myself. A coffee lovers dream! Once inside, you have many options to customize your visit. They have many unique ways and intriguing creations to have a coffee experience like youve never had before. I chose to start off with a whiskey barrel-aged cold brew and an apricot tart. The barrel-aged cold brew was everything I had imagined and more. The perfect flavors of bourbon and coffee mixed together. So so good. I then went on to try the Roastery Old Fashioned and the Black & White Manhattan. Both were so delicious and were a joy to see being prepared. This is a must stop for a truly unique experience!
Loved our visit to Starbucks Reserve Roastery when we visited Seattle.A must visit reserve if you love coffee. We loved the setup/ ambiance and we got to read the history. It was crowded but the staff was very quick. We waited for 20mins in the queue to get in.Had lot of cold brew, iced coffee and lattes and also they served us coffee flight.I also brought back some coffee beans and some goodies. It is expensive but worth the visit
Great ambiance and hypnotic smell! I was in java heaven as I walked through the doors. The service is friendly and fast, they impart a lot of knowledge and offer great suggestions. The croissants are exquisite as was my cold brew float...De-Lish!They offer exclusive merchandise, coffee beans, and brews that are well worth the wait. Try the whisky barrel coffee, it is decadent.
I guess it is a must visit place when you go to Seattle but be aware, it can get really crowded. However, the service is quick and the menu includes several items only available here (including alcohol, coffee cocktails etc). Their whiskey barrel aged coffee just blew my mind, hadn’t tasted such an outstanding flavor before, just try it please. I had the cold brew flight (12$) but as for the food, it is quite overpriced and totally average, you can easily find better places to eat.
Must see place for those visiting Seattle! You can see the lifecycle of Starbucks coffee from bean to your cup. You can also buy souvenirs here (but I would recommend visiting the first Starbucks store in Pike Place instead for more unique items, but less selection). This Starbucks Reserve also has unique food items. We got a flight of expressos, a flight of martinis (with coffee), a tiramisu cake, a smoked salmon brioche, and a marinara pizza. I really enjoyed the tiramisu which had the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. The Vietnam and Costa Rica espresso shots were also really good.
Awesome place to try unique selections and blends of food and drinks menu. Large place with enough space and variety of merchandise. The menu itself is unique, from coffee blends, to signature coffee based cocktails and fast food. Would suggest Origin Flight, Espresso Martini Flight and The Whisky Cloud from the menu for drinks, pretty flavourful. The venue gives a very industrial setting look with coffee making process and machines seen in full glory. Busy spot with few mins wait time in line, but fast moving. Very different experience than a typical round the corner Starbucks shop.
After having a late lunch in Totem Lake, my date took me here to try an Expresso Martini with a dessert of my choice. I was not disappointed. The history behind this coffee experience and being able to see how the beans are roasted up close was fascinating to me. Tip: you have to be seated in order to get served there, so make sure to grab a stool as soon as you see a spot open! Dont be shy to share a table.
The food and the coffee.....👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💯😍 Im happy that I got to visit this place. It was beautiful, a whole vibe! I loved how you could get coffee on one side then travel to the other side for your alcoholic beverage then travel to the bakery side. It was definitely a neat experience for a Starbucks fan.
This was a fantastic experience for people visiting Seattle! We were really happy that we waited in line to enter. The overall vibe of being at this coffee mecca is one of excitement and relaxation. We tried various pastries, salads, teas, and a flight of coffee. It was all very tasty. The service was not as great as I would have expected, because they kept making us feel like we needed to leave to clean up the table for the next guests since seating was very limited. We’d visit again hopefully, once social distancing measures allow for more seating.
Even though this is Starbucks and a big corporation, I would still recommend stopping by.It has fresh food, cocktails, different coffees, and great merch.I highly recommend the whiskey barrel aged coffee or the cold brew flight.
Super fun place to see, definitely worth a stop. This Starbucks serves alcoholic beverages and roasts coffee on-sight. Plus, loads of gift options and food.
This place is a coffee lovers paradise. Line to get in moved very fast. Food and coffee was perfect. Only con i can state is seating is very limited. You have to grab a table before you order. Not always ideal because someone then has to hold the table while someone orders. Great experience worker really treat customers well here.
If you’re looking for an unique coffee brewing experience from cold brew, nitro, pour over, drip, etc., this place is for you.Husband and I are in town for a quick bites and coffee and ended up buying the coffee beans to go. The bourbon barrel aged coffee was amazingly delicious with a note of bourbon in the aroma but without the buzz so you can continue with your day.
I LOVED THIS RESERVE. From the shop to the food, everything was perfect. I loved the avocado toast! Although, I don’t recommend the alcoholic beverages, I loved the coffee. I wanted to buy everything. You can easily spend a few hours there and not notice! Hope this review helps ☕️☕️☕️
A great variety of pastries, coffee and alcoholic beverages. There were 3 different lines however and very disorganized and long waits. No options for anything like refreshers or lemonades for non-coffee and non-tea fans but I get it the point it is for coffee but would be nice to have a option or two. Overall nice to visit and to say I have gone but wouldn’t bother to go again too crowded and no where to sit and eat, parking was also bad so there’s that. Definitely a must try at least once for any Starbucks Superfan though. The Cold Brew Malt was amazing but $10 so take it all with a grain of salt.
The perfect place for a true Starbucks experience of the highest level. Freshly roasted beans and the clover system make for perfect coffee! They also have an excellent array of food to pair with your coffee.
Loved it so much we went twice while visiting Seattle. Enjoyed the cold brew and espresso martini flights the first time and the pineapple rum float the second. Everything was amazing! The Whiskey Barrel Aged cold brew was out of this world and we paid the $80/lb to take some home to enjoy on holiday mornings. The roastery was very crowded and tables were hard to come by but you need to be seated to have an alcoholic drink. Walk around and take it all in, its a beautiful space. One if my favorite parts of our vacation
Highly recommend this place to go check out if youre into coffee and love fresh roasted coffee beans definitely go here
Fantastic spot! This is how Starbucks should be everywhere. Got the martini flight for my girlfriend, I had the whiskey cloud which was amazing in looks, taste, and feels! Definitely a spot to visit while in DT Seattle.
Drinks are not too different from the usual Starbucks experience. Matcha was great (I usually get it half sweet). Unfortunately the pastries were a little less crisp/softer than I usually like them. Would be nice if the hazelnut croissant had the filling throughout as opposed to all in the centre. Still a lovely experience and ambiance!
Such a unique Starbucks experience. A must visit.
It was a nice place, the time we went there was not crowded so we had a good time, the staff were nice. Apparently pricier than the already pricey Starbucks but its Ok, we expected that, the drinks were good after all. However, I was surprised that they are stingy on giving out stars for their members, I had to contact customer service, they requested to upload a receipt despite the fact that the purchase was shown on my account. Is it worth visiting? Yes Is it worth spending more money there? Nah
The feel of the place is just too good. For many of us, Coffee means only Starbucks. Therefore, I had to try this out. The place is famous for their coffee tasting and its a must have! Do try the Princi food [Its irresistible]. The place is always always crowded and full of people all the time but must visit if you are a tourist or exploring your own city. #coffee #mustvisit #interiors #ambience #warm
You guys gotta try it once in your life time. I had the best clovet brew dark coffee ever. Dont add any sugar or cream. Have it blend to fill the rich flavor of the coffee which they obviously roast there. I also purchased one pack of coffee beans age whiskey flavor I think. I already packed it in my suitcase and cant wait to get back to San Francisco to grind some coffee and try it. I will make a new post and the name. But you guys are welcome to check the Starbucks Reserve Seattle menu. Thank you for the great experience.
When you come to Seattle, get a photo in front of the original but don’t waste your time in line. Instead, walk a mile up pike st to the reserve and enjoy an espresso martini in a warm steampunk-esque environment. The pastries are all amazing and their ingredients come from Italy. The martini is superb and not too strong or too weak. It’s a great place to end the day touring Seattle and something not experienced at any other Starbucks.
Must try when in Seattle. Very unique ambiance and experience. More expansive menu than your normal Starbucks. Excellent drinks and pastries. Everything we had was very fresh and delicious. Enjoyed the speciality drinks that don’t exist elsewhere.
This place is so cool. They have their own menu that you cant get at any other regular Starbucks. They sell coffee by the pound, the Blue Mountain is amazing by the way. You can watch them roast the coffee with is really cool. They wont let you use your points on the app to buy things, but you can earn them. I wasl lucky enought to be there on a double star day and earned well over 400 points. Definitely come check it out if youre in the area, even if youre not a coffee drinker like myself.
It was a pretty good experience here.👍White chocolate mocha is one of my favorites and of course its a kind of my daily morning kick start. I couldnt find it here in the menu but then I came up with Dark chocolate mocha and a cold coffee with Moras ice cream in it, which were absolutely mouth watering.😋Place wise, for the first timers, it will be kind of exciting, but for the regular visitors it might be just kind of another Starbucks with a lot of food options included inside. It has separate food section where one can quickly grab a sandwich, a pizza or some cookies. There was dine in available but its kind of first come first serve.Luckily we got one table😄All over the store, we can find some old coffee wending machineries, a lot of coffee bean bags and some records which takes us back to the history of Starbucks.Well, all together it was quite a good experience, and one should definitely try the Coffee with Moras ice cream in it😍
Fun place to experience!!! Lots of delicious food and drink to choose from. We tried a flight of espressso drinks! 3 with different flavors! Would go back absolutely! We also got 2 drinks mixed with whiskey and coffee, definitely try the boulivardier and the Manhattan!
Very unique experience. Great design with attention to every detail that generated great vibe. Great food, totally the opposite from the tasteless garbage you get in a regular Starbucks, there is a bakery and they make awesome food from breakfast croissants (the one with Salmon is a MUST) to pizzas to cannolis. You can watch the roasting process and the cool machines that make it. Staff is very friendly and professional. They even have a full liquor bar. Multiple seating options on both levels, some are for lounging are some are for working on your computer.
Visited on a rainy Friday. Busy but no wait and had unique coffees and amazing sandwiches. Watched a roaster empty a fresh batch onto the cooling tray. Staff super friendly and experts at their trade. A must visit for anyone new or old to Seattle.
A fun experience with tons of variety in coffee/espresso, alcohol and foods. Hard to grab a table but well worth the wait
A one of a kind Starbucks. They have baked goods and sandwiches from an artisanal baker and freshly roasted variety of coffee with multiple types of cold brew. This place was especially neat since they roast and package their own coffee here as well for most of the west coast and North America.
I think this is a must when visiting Seattle! I didn’t have any actual coffee but we did have some alcoholic beverages which were something different and worth the try.
Excellent customer service and amazing coffee selections. Tried the Hazelnut Bianco Latte and loved it. Had to go back for cold brew malt which was also amazing. Just wish the sandwiches were heated. Nonetheless, had an amazing experience.
A nice place for breakfast, but not the best. You have to be patient because you must make a line for food and another for coffee. Eggs in purgatory highly recommended.
Fun experience. Excellent customer service. I love how they welcome you as soon as you walk in.
The food and coffee were pretty good but (as to be expected) it was extremely busy/crowded. Definitely not a place to go if you’re in a hurry. It’s an experience though, and I enjoyed it for what it was. I had the mocha molé nitro cold brew as well as the custard brioche and pistachio/raisin roll…all very good. If you have some time to kill, I’d recommend stopping in for a coffee!
Great experience. Attentive personal. Just way over priced :) but thats a given
Amazing place! Everything was great here! From the drinks to to the food and dessert.
I love this place! A must see if you visit Seattle. Its a bit of a walk from Pike market. Get your walking shoes on. Get here early or later in the evening. Great eats and vibe. The staff are super helpful, and informative. Lots to see and buy. Difficult to find seating area if busy. Be prepared to wait, but worth it.
If you have never been to one of the Starbucks Reserves, then I highly recommend you visit! They had tons of yummy food items, delicious drinks (alcoholic ones too) and special merchandise. Came on a weekday and there was still a bit of a crowd.
Im not too big a coffee drinker so I wasnt sure if the Starbucks Reserve Roastery was worth a trip for me, but it totally was!Got the whiff of coffee as soon as I entered the place and it was just beautiful! The place had such a beautiful vibe on the inside as well. But now for the mean part... The food! The pastries and sandwiches and salad options which is amazing! It was so hard to pick what to go for.My boyfriend and I both got the Summer Squash Salad as well as the Caprese On Focaccia. He also got the limited time Custard Croissant/Cornetto for dessert. The salad was just amazing! What perfectly roasted squash, a creamy yogurt topping and crunchy granola. The dressing was really good as well.I tried some of that yogurt just by itself and there was no tanginess at all like what you would usually expect. What a beautiful contraption here! I would totally have gone for a second. The salad came with a soft sourdough bun which was better than any Sourdough I have had in a while! My boyfriend had the same opinion of the salad. We both loved it!The caprese focaccia sandwich is just okay. Fresh mozzarella and bread as well. The bread did seem a little too oily and salty but it was okay. I asked for extra arugula on the side and they were happy to oblige.I tried some of the custard croissant and it was really fresh and soft as well. The bf definitely enjoyed this one!
There is only 6 Starbucks Roastery in the World. This is one of them+ Tons of coffee styles+ Best bakery in area+ Coffees with alcohols+ Unique gift only here
Beautiful design. Absolutely loved the aesthetic and watching the coffee beans get roasted. The only change I wish they could do is offer more vegan options- the desserts looked so good but all contained milk and/or eggs :(
One of iconic Starbucks ! Apart from coffee I am fan of merchandise available in the store . They are so fancy and unique. I loved this place !
Of course this place is great. Get some great tasting coffee from around the world. The decorations and interior design pop out at you while you do whatever it is you like to do. I recommend it for the sights and the taste.
A beautiful ambiance with lovely Italian food and coffee. You are a coffee lover or a food lover you will love the place, try there pizza and tiramsu. Try coffee with flavors u have never had. Its an experience.
Loved the coffee milkshake (Cold Brew Malt). If you are a fan of coffee and milkshake, its a must try. Gets really busy, be prepared for a long queue. Not much space to sit if youre planning to spend some time here. Its definitely a must visit for Starbucks lovers.
Nice place, fancy coffee and cocktails. Just be patient because there are few places to sit
One of the most unique Starbucks experience ever. You definitely want to dine in and try one of the special drinks here that you can’t find anywhere else. Just a really cool spot to experience Starbucks in a different perspective.
Such a great experience. Very different than a usual Starbucks. Unique coffees and even coffee cocktails if you like. My kids enjoyed the pastries and pizza.
Always order for dining in, see photos for the difference between dining in and carry out. A wonderful place to sit down, have a drink, and relax. The special drinks of passion fruit pomegranate (highly in demand and sometimes sold out) and mandarin are especially nice. Just a really nice hangout spot.
Very long wait but food and coffee was good. Prices are pretty high in the gift shop. atmosphere is great
Im from Louisiana so I am not use to seeing anything like this. This location is beautiful. I really enjoyed my drink. I wish they were doing tours. There will be a line so be prepared. This is a must see if u are a Starbucks fan or coffee drinker
A lab-setting Starbucks. Pretty cool to see the process and how the control system is implemented. Great/High Quality souvenir selections. End up not purchasing any food/coffee, but they look nice. Heard the coffee is slightly more expansive than normal Starbucks store.
If you are from outside of the city, this is one of the places you must go visit. Amazing place.
So good we came back twice. Highly recommend coming in early when they open to get your day started off right and with a minimal wait time gif your orders.
It doesnt feel like youre in a Starbucks, but I say that in the best way possible. Dont expect cheap drinks like youd get at your local SB. This is a really nice experience though. Coffee was excellent and the pastries were divine.
Go early to get a table and before the line is super long (no issues at 9am). Origin flight was great, paradeisi blend amazing. Whiskey barrel aged coffee very unique. Nice experience if you get a table, be prepared to wait in line and pay a bit of a premium.
This Reserve was beautifully designed. I suggest going in the evening. It was much less busy and kinda relaxing. The menu at a reserve is much different and honestly more classy than the average Starbucks. The different menu does mean slightly higher prices. This location has exclusive merchandise and products that can be a great addition to your own home coffee set up or can be a great gift.
This place was just overall a great experience. Cocktails, specialty coffees, great pastries and foods. It is worth a visit and a lot of fun if you have never been.
This place was so cool to see! It’s definitely a place to visit if you like Starbucks and also want to check something out.
My first time at SBSR and it was a great experience. Great atmosphere great selection of drinks and pastries
Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes to get in, but its a cool place to check out at least once. Loved the decor, coffee and pizza I had there
Feeling Posh and excited to see all that glitters is gold turned espresso. Hmm, how to best describe this luxurious design, rich in detail for your senses that was well thought out for us all to experience. You have to visit multiple times to be able to take it all in, especially when there are many other admirers present. Make note and save to spend because this location has both beverages and merchandise that are exclusive. High quality is worth what you pay to complete your trip and take something away.I was told Tuesday November 3rd, 2020 - today - their Christmas would arrive!!!Go get some! Woo who, thank you Starbucks for making such an enjoyable places for all my senses. There are so many great pictures already posted but this visit,Thursday October 29, 2020 was very low on attendance so got a few clear shots. There is very limited seating due to our current Pandemic but all the offerings are as Golden as ever!
Definitely a must visit if you’re a tourist. It’s an experience. The moment you step in, you’re hit with the deep aroma of coffee.I was overwhelmed at the amount of tasting options, coffee bars, food and drink offerings.I ended up trying a flight to determine which roast and single origin I wanted. Highly recommend.
Every city should have a Starbucks Roastery !Wonderful coffee experience !
Absolutely the most coolest place to check out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Interesting coffee blends that you wont find in a Starbucks. At least I havent seen. Seeing how and what they do behind the scenes prior to distributing to their locations is just absolutely cool. If youre a coffee person, like Starbucks... definitely check this spot out.
Ah my first time trying their coffee and food. I think Starbucks is average but this place has a difference! Their dark chocolate mocha was great, perfect taste of the dark chocolate. The food was great, avocado toast and cinnamon roll was a favorite. Super cool spot to come and look and grab coffee you can’t anywhere else.
A dream come true, It was on my Bucket list, this place is amazing, we had really good breakfast and the best coffee ☕️ Friendly environment!
Wow this place is so neat! So many amazing things to try, and buy, that are exclusive! It is an experience for sure!
Definitely a must experience. The space is amazing, the fresh roasting of coffee is very cool. The handcrafted espressos however are not better, a tad burnt, a notch below what you can find at places like Cherry Street Coffee. The sandwiches and the other hand are pretty darn good.
Cool! I loved to enjoy specialty menus only in roastery branch. And, they have many unique merchandises.
Definitely a one time visit for tourists and try espresso martinis if you are a martini fan
My wife and I love Starbucks and their Americano. Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Seattle provided a very memorable experience with exclusive products not sold elsewhere. All the employees were helpful and courteous with our purchases. The ordered cornetto was delicious and made for a delightful breakfast. Would love to visit the other Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in the US.
Great atmosphere inside with the machinery and the roastery visible. The coffee was ok, typical starbucks. But the store experience was wonderful.
This was a great experience for us! We tried various coffees, pastries, and sandwiches. All were tasty except Strawberry pie which had soggy crust. All staffs were nice. Especially Master roaster explained about the roasting process very kindly, and we were enjoying to hear the story. Hope we can visit here again.
Cool place its got plenty of space. Staff is super friendly. My drink was amazing and my sandwich was fresh and delicious.
Nice place to visit, it’s pretty pricey, let’s say a pastry and a medium cold coffee cost around 20$. They have cool goodies.
Their take on the Cuba libre is excellent! It was available during Hispanic heritage month, wish it would stay.
Many things to watch! Try their own menu.
I get it. I’m basic. I’m embarrassed that this was one of my scheduled stops in beautiful Seattle in the first place, but it was. This place was AWESOME! So much to see and do and sample. Service was amazing. Every employee was cheerful and kind and didn’t rush me. Merch shop(again I’m embarrassed to say this) was so cool. I’m all for supporting local. But this day on your trip make two coffee shop stops, and make one of them the Reserve Roastery
Loved the ambience, hospitality and food. Good seating area to sit and work for hours. A different variety of coffee than what you usually get in other Starbucks
