Fast service, good coffee, and tasty pastries! This coffee shop was a great find for me. There were plenty of seats inside as well as some patio seating. I got a latte and a coffee cake, and both were wonderful! There is a small pastry section at the counter, as well as sandwiches and bagels available daily. A lovely place to stop for a while!
This is my go-to neighborhood coffee spot n pioneer Square. That being said, when they get a rush, prepare to wait. Its gotten to the point that if I see a line, I just turn around and forgo my coffee for the day. If you want a bagel sandwich, get it early in the week, by the weekend, the bagel selection has diminished quite a bit. Otherwise, I love this place.
Intimate yet busy! Lots of folks coming and going but great small places to sit and enjoy food and drink. Friendly staff. Great coffee house vibe; warm and inviting.
There is no short supply of excellent coffee shops around pioneer square, but this ones definitely in the top 5. Excellently crafted coffees and delicious food as well. They have a nice seating area with tall ceilings and delightful local art. Try their soups!
Really chill place, went this morning and its nice. Coffee is delicious, food is delicious. Def saving this place
Had a really great Locks and Cream on a great Bagel. It was all that I expected. We had a group of 4 and didnt see a table we could all sit at. We did find a tall table where one could stand and the rest could sit. So probably not great for a big group but fairly quiet for if you want to chat.we all liked our food.
Quick brunch stop for sandwiches and drinks before we went out for the day. Amenable staff, tasty food and clean, comfortable atmosphere. Not crowded on a late Wednesday morning.
For us, the best coffee in Seattle. Great service. Good food too. Tried several places while in Seattle. Our favorite.
Very nice staff, good coffee, nice ambient. I had a BLT sandwich it was very good. I recommend this restaurant.
Great spot for a tasty breakfast sandwich and good coffee. My favorite is the tomato basil sandwich on an asiago bagel. The lunch sandwiches are also really tasty, especially the home made veggie burger and the sausage and pepper pita. Been going here for years and its been one of the most consistently delicious cafes; drinks and sandwiches have always been prepared just right.
Super friendly staff, and delicious food! Much better than going to one of the million Starbucks around here.
Nice coffee house with a laid back vibe. Good bagel sandwiches and great staff. Worth a visit
Good coffee and drinks. Had the bagel sandwich and it was a little dry. Order through the app and pick up for minimal wait times.
Asiago bagel was awesome. The cream cheese to bagel ratio was on point. Chai tea latte was bomb
Quick service even though they were extremely busy! Delicious coffee and bagels 😋
Probably one of the best coffees I have had in a awhile. I had to americano w/ oat milk.
Cute place with good coffee. The service was quick and the people were super nice.
Very nice for quick coffee and breakfast sandwich before walking to Seattle sites.
Good coffee and friendly staff. Close to the Courtyard if you want something local to start your day. Didn’t try the food.
Great chai latte and bacon egg and cheese sandwich!
This place was just alright. The coffee was only ok. I was disappointed with the coffee, I ordered a Soy latte and it was just alright. My family got Mochas and were disappointed. The breakfast sandwiches were also disappointing. The service and atmosphere was good but the cost was a little high for the quality you got. The facilities were fine for bathrooms. I would not come back here and would not recommend this place to others.
Love this shop, where I go for afternoon coffee! Tough space Covid wise as flow is hard to navigate with everyone keeping the proper distance. Theyve done their best and usually its other patrons Im uncomfortable with how close they like to be.Friendly, chill staff. Always the best grooves on when I come in. Excited for when Ill be able to spend hours upstairs again.
Nice and spacious inside with great coffee and food options.
Staff was friendly.I wish I could say something better about this place. I walked 6 blocks on a recommendation and it was literally the worse coffee I have ever had. Someone needs to teach them how to make an Americano properly. It was so bad I did not want to ask for another so I just left my drink on the table and walked out. There is a lot of competition out there, if you want to stay in business I recommend learning how to make coffee.
Delicious coffee and baked goods. Not as funky and friendly as it was when they were across the street, but still cozy.
Lovely service, atmosphere, menu and prices!!! I will return ☺
This is my go to coffee when visiting Seattle. Consistently friendly and delicious. Some indoor seating now available, patio is closed.
Nice cafe atmosphere.Prices are pretty expensive. Two bagels and two 16-oz coffee’s came to $30. Wow.
Had a coffeecake and a powerful iced coffee. Delicious, but can hardly wait until I can have a full lunch without restrictions.
Great place, great coffee and very friendly and nice staff. I appreciated that they very politely manage mask requirements for all guest even when they were going to restroom.
I loved my experience here. Friendly and attentive servers, delicious food, plenty of seating, and a corner location perfect for sitting outdoors and enjoying downtown. I got a cold brew and the falafel sandwich (one of several lunch options that can made vegan). The pita bread was incredibly soft and warm, the vegetables fresh and tasty.
Great vibe, cool to see the history on the walls. The coffee isnt good however.
Batista wasnt very friendly, the coffee was mediocre at best. It is an awesome building with great history. A little difficult to get in to if the underground tour is moving through. All n all just OK.
Wonderful coffee, delectible pastries, efficient ordering process.
Omg this place. We discovered this place via some blog about the perfect weekend in seattle. Wanderlust i think. In the article it said “order the dirty chai latte. you’ll thank me later”. and we’re they right. delish. coffee was amazing also. great location. worth the visit. kicked out visit off right, so much so that we stopped by as our last stop in seattle before heading to the the airport. worth the visit!
It had been a long time since I discover surprising, new, flavorful savours. I never thought to combine cold coffee with orange and it works perfectly with a homemade orange syrop! The stew was delicious, juicy meatballs with beef and lamb mixed and cooked in spinach accompanied with Pickles and yogurt! I cannot say if the flatbread is homemade, I would have appreciated a fresh and warm one. I need to come back and try the breakfast with a sweet waffle made with tahini butter, honey and pistachios... I highly recommend this place! The atmosphere is quite entertaining, spacious and bright with a large view on Occidental square and its animation.
Best chai latte Ive ever had! Great atmosphere
Great service and great iced mocha 👌
Tasty cafe with good sandwiches and bagels. The environment is small and does not offer many places to sit.
I liked this place because of the word Cherry. Im not now nor was I a big fan back in the day, but the name of this place makes me think of a song from the late eighties or early nineties. I just cant remember what the name was or who sung it. Shes my.....
Fantastic service and delicious food.
Great coffee! Great service!
Great customer service came in here this morning and picked up two of their egg and cheese Bagels they were wonderful and the mocha they made was fantastic I highly recommend this place.
Excellent coffee and sandwiches in this interesting coffee house near Pioneer Square in Seattle.
Great little place. Wonderful people.
Delicious breakfast sandwiches. So was the hot cider!
Great food, great service and friendly staff.Just what I was looking for.
The coffee, the food, the people are always a pleasure. Ali is always fabulous
Great coffee great bagle sammies
You might be a good place but what you replaced was history. Pine nut meetballs and fire cooked pizza. Hand made pasta the best marinara. Coffee is too Seattle for this corner.
Horrible coffee. Cant make an iced Americano if his life dependent on it. I left my coffee on the table and walked out.
Beef/lamb gyro was surprisingly good. Great place!
Great place for coffee and breakfast. Very nice staff
Very good and service was great and fast
Good coffee, yummy sandwiches, nice service.
I was looking for a New York style breakfast sandwich. It wasnt quite a New York sandwich on a roll, BUT it was excellent, as my husband claimed after he finished his last bite. We both ate the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. I drank a caramel latte with my meal, and I must say it was one of the best espresso drinks I have had in a very long time. It was incredibly smooth and the caramel is house-made. Doesnt get any better. We are definitely planning to come back for more!
Coffee is good. Location is good. Food is good. And this is Seattle, so the city is good too! I will be back and will try their Persian food (yes, they serve traditional Persian stews). Parking may be a problem but the parking building just across the street is convenient and among the best priced in the vicinity.
Just giving one star, for my notes, so I dont come back. Idk what a lot of these coffee places do, but its quite common, that it tastes like they go heavy on the molasses with it. I hate that molasses style coffee, and $7 later, Im sol.Im sure its a good shop otherwise, but Im just not a fan of foul coffee
Good coffee spot
Loved the food, drinks and atmosphere in here. Several tables and window bar to sit, relaxed music playing for a gentle coffee house atmosphere. Loved the granola (cinnamon!), the gyro and tuna melt sandwich! You can get coffee, cold brew or even a beer/cider here, sit in the window and enjoy Seattle City centre scenery outside. Perfect to relax!
Excellent. Staff is professional, amiable & attentive. Atmosphere is most comfortable and the public restrooms are always clean, stocked well the essentials and one doesnt have to wait long to gain access. Give this stop a visit and enjoy the aura--Im confident you will leave knowing that you will soon return...
Try the chai tea latte with extra espresso. Its fire!
Got Sunday lunch with my girlfriend, when we ordered at the register the girl with green hair was very polite and great customer service. Food was received in a timely manner and was delicious. Only thing that dinged our experience was the girl with darker skin and braids. She said her name was Sappora (probably wrong spelling). I politely asked where the restroom was and very passively she said “right around the corner” and did not bother to mention that there was a code and what it was. I went back to ask and got the same attitude. I wondered if I was perceiving her wrong or if she was actually giving me attitude for some reason so I went to ask her for a straw and got a fake smile as she tossed it over the counter to me without saying a word. At this point I knew. We finished our food without trying to think about our experience with her but couldn’t notice that she was smiling and giving great service to the next person that came in. She spoke very nicely to my girlfriend when she asked where to put our dishes but when I went to ask for her name she told me in the same attitude I received the first time and gave a short spiteful wave as we left. I couldn’t help but think she was treating me this way because of my race, as she treated every other person with kindness. Whatever her issue was, I wouldn’t let a person like her work for me if she’s treating people like that for any reason whatsoever, and I won’t be spending anymore of my time at this place for this reason.
Good food, friendly service.
Great food and staff!
High quality coffee, incredible service. Went here for a year and my coffee was delicious every time. Breakfast and lunch is made fresh onsite. Lots of seating, perfect for meeting up with a friend or group.
These SANDWICHES!! Ive been to four different locations now and the consistency of the made to order food is insane. Comes out piping hot, best tasting breakfast sandwiches in Seattle. Easily. Coffee is good too, but I come here mainly for quick, tasty breakfast :) friendly staff everywhere...mm! Love it! Enjoying a sandwich now and felt like reviewing.
A wonderful place to try tai food, friendly for everyone even kids. Menu is easily adjustable. Everything is fresh, tasty and there is even vegan food. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, predisposes to experiment and pamper your stomach.
Not a coffee drinker, stopped with a friend who said it was very good, smooth, fast service. People are very polite. Will have to come back and see what non-coffee stuff they have.
Good food, good coffee, great service.
Dropped in on Tues. The service was very welcoming and sociable.
Love this coffee house, and this location is hands down the best! If youre in Pioneer Square, dont bother with the local coffee giant -- stop here instead. Youll have an authentic Seattle experience, AND get a great coffee to boot. Lots of seating, food is delish, and the service is speedy.
