I just had my iphone glass fixed by Jet City (for the third time, I think) and they are fast, professional, and reliable. It is difficult to leave your phone anywhere knowing it holds so much of your personal information. But after reading so many rave reviews about Jet City I felt they were trustworthy. They are great and I am 100% comfortable leaving my phone with them.

Cracked my smart phone screen: called Jet City (cold call, had never heard of them) and they scheduled me promptly. When i was there, the repair person checked for several other problems that might have occurred when i dropped the phone. Fortunately all i needed was a new glass for my screen which was the cost i was quoted. The repair took the 30 min they said it would take, and my phone looks beautiful and works just as it should - yea! - relief.

Broke my phone… Called them up and they immediately responded and gave me multiple options of times I could come in, a price, and a guarantee that they would figure out the problem and fix it before charging me. I went in and within 30 minutes my phone was back in better condition than before. Other similar companies said it would take days- weeks to diagnose, charged much higher rates, and could not guarantee it would work. This is hands down the place to go for your device repair needs.

I needed to get a new battery for my iPhone. Appointment times were not hard to find. I arrived a little early for my appointment and they were able to replace my battery early saving me some time in my day. I highly recommend this business. I am from out of town and was told that this was the best repair shop around. I went to get my XS battery replaced and service was very quick. However, I was never informed that I would get an “important battery message” notification almost every time I go on my phone. They should definitely inform your customers of that. It is extremely annoying. I would have not brought my phone in or even replaced the battery if I would have known that I would get this notification pop up frequently. My battery is longer, but still does halfway through the day. Would not go here again.

I walked in with no appointment, having a really bad few days and these guys definitely helped turn that around! When I walked in, I was greeted very nicely immediately and their upbeat and friendly attitude throughout the whole process helped me relax immensely. My IPhone X screen and touch sensor repair was done in the 30 mins as promised (I was lucky enough to come at a slow time so I got in immediately), and the estimate was accurate. On top of that they offer screen covers and cases for a great deal and have a warranty for their service for extra piece of mind. After the service was done they reached out to make sure I was satisfied and to remind me of the warranty which was nice to have. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their phone repaired. It’s worth the money for a solid quick repair. I’ve had my phone back for a week now and have not had any issues whatsoever :)

If you think your phone is destroyed, first visit Jet City Devices! I thought for sure that my iPhone 7 Plus was a goner after dropping it on the sidewalk with a bunch of very heavy books on it. Of course, it landed face down. The screen was totally trashed and wouldnt respond at all. A friend told me about your shop, and I decided it certainly couldnt hurt to try it out. Got there at noon, and 45 minutes later, I walked with a repaired phone! The folks working there are friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend trying them out before buying a new phone!

I brought my iPhone X which had water damage and would not get past the Apple logo on boot. Apple had told me that they would only do a full unit replacement costing ~$600.Jet City took about a day to open up the phone and check for corrosion and other damage and gave me a free quote. In the end, it needed a few different repairs that added up to $230. The only catch is that one of the replaced components would cause FaceID to stop working but they were up front about that and I factored that into my choice of whether to pay for that repair or not.Its incredible to have the phone working again! Jet City also offered me a 2 week return/refund policy which made me more comfortable. But Ive had the phone for several days now and its working great.

Amazing group of people. When my screen turned off 2 weeks after initial fix, offered to give me a temporary until another warranty arrives and fit me in the day of. Though it turned out to be a small loose connection, they tried their best to make it right!

Jet City has repaired my iphone twice (replaced battery and replaced broken screen). The battery was replaced within a day and the screen within a few hours after contacting Jet City. The repair work was professional and the battery repair has stood the test of time. I expect the more recent screen repair to meet the same standard. The staff has always been friendly and run through tests to make sure the phone is functioning properly before returning it. In the case of the battery, the other repair services I checked with could not schedule repairs any sooner than a week and sometimes the repair consisted of sending the phone to Apple. Although I hope I never have to make use of Jet Citys services again; if I need phone repair in the future, I will not hesitate to utilize Jet City.

Brought my iphone 8 plus (dont judge) into the Apple Store at UVillage over Labor Day weekend to swap in a new battery. Turns out my phone had stripped screws and for liability reasons they wouldnt attempt to open it. The Apple store folks tried to sell me a new phone.Pivoted and brought my phone to Jet City, they indeed were able to open the phone and had no issues putting in a new battery. It works like new / all is well. Excellent service, value, and easy to make an appt online - highly recommend :)

Brought my pixel 4a in with a smashed screen. Though their website didnt explicitly mention they could fix my model of phone, they were quick, efficient, and very communicative. I made an appointment for the next day and within the hour it was working perfectly.

They fixed in two days what I put off for 3 years! Surface Pro 4 with a bad battery, they are well versed in this repair which is no easy task, involved dismantling the device. They also did micro soldering to fix a bad diode on the motherboard, which was awesome that they have skilled technicians. Price was also fair and the staff friendly.

Great experience working with Abdullah. Fixed my camera lens in half an hour, very transparent about what my repair options were, and final product works great. Intend on going back if I ever have issues with my phone again.Update: wanted to update my review. I have gotten my screen fixed on several different iPhones over the last few years and I always come back here (I don’t even live nearby anymore!). They finish when they say they will, respect your appointment time and every person I’ve ever worked with has been friendly and easy to communicate with. These guys are super responsive, efficient and know what theyre doing. Dropped phone, shattered display (no protective film). In the next morning; fixed and on my way, this time with protective film. Two hours later-2 pm on a Friday afternoon- I dropped phone again and shattered the film. The phone seems not to be working though the display was fine. They got me in their last appointment slot the same day, fixed the phone and replaced the display-saving film. No Charge. Attributed, I think, to this thought: Who on earth does this TWICE in 2 days, lol??!Id been in before with a different issue early on during COVID when NOTHING open, but they were. Wrote a 5 star review when I first got my screen replaced because the employees were very responsive and fixed it quickly. But after a day or so the phone started malfunctioning, activating random parts of the screen constantly. Then it cracked very easily, voiding the warranty. The crack is tolerable, but the screen is now causing the phone to malfunction even more, emergency calling people every time I put it in my pocket or even in my bag. Anything that touches it will activate it, unlike a genuine iPhone screen, so I think the screen itself isnt great quality. My boyfriend and I both got our screens replaced here the same week, and both of us experienced the same problems, and both of our screens cracked within a month, even though neither of us had broken our screens for two years prior. I will have to repair it again and will go to a different place... :(

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced from a phone repair shop. I thought my phones charging port was broken and I was expecting to pay a lot to get it fixed. Before they even thought about going for the repair, they tried fixing the charging port and headphone jack, and managed to do it. Even after I insisted on paying they refused to take my money. I have never been to a place that can beat that.

Shoddy, unreliable work. I went in for an Apple Watch screen repair. Within days the screen was already coming off. They had me bring it back in and they re-glued it. Within a few days the screen was coming off again. I brought it back; they tried harder. Screen stayed on. Then I went in a pool and now the whole thing is junked. The screen is coming off yet again and now the device doesn’t work.

These folks work magic..I have had my iPad screen repaired here twice. Most recently it was a major broken screen, and I was amazed they could fix it as good as new. The price for both repairs combined is so much less expensive than a new iPad would have been. They are fast, reasonably priced, friendly and have convenient hours. I am trying to be more careful so I do not have to take my iPad back yet a third time. But good to know these folks are here if needed!
