Game Stop always good!

I havent purchased a gaming console since the PlayStation 1. Yesterday I bought a Nintendo Switch. The staff was genuinely excited for the adventures I am going to have with my new console. I was not expecting to have one of the most warm and genuine experiences walking in to the store.

Called with questions on Nightbane, Alex jumped right in and walked us right through the entire fight perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Andrew and Per (Pare?) were both super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They made spending $300 seem fun!

Welcoming staff and a clean, organized atmosphere. In addition to the regular expected stock of games, theres the new addition of computer accessories and memorabilia one should expect from a game store. Its also nice to note the added discounts GameStop has on preowned items that are already cheap, making this an easily preferred location for shopping at.

Incredible experience. Ive never been but I once drove by and looked at the front window. Now Im reflecting on that memory while buying more GME shares. Looking at this location you can tell this stock is going to keep climbing to the next galaxy. Definitely a great company. What a shame Wall Street doesnt agree. Well show them. Well show them all.

Most Gamestops Ive been to are pretty good, and this one is the same. Staff seems knowledgeable and they are happy to answer your questions or give advice. One quick thing about this one in particular: Google Maps didnt take me directly here. This one is right by Target. Google takes you to a completely different entrance on the other side of a big shopping complex.

They have great deals and if you pay $15 you get $5 off a game each month for a year. It was the best deal on used games Ive seen. The staff have really great recommendations too.

Way better than the burien location. Per is usually the one working and hes friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I get 95% of my games here. I feel safe unlike the burien location which isnt the actual stores fault. This location is also pretty large.

Reps were very knowledgeable, helpful, and showed a genuine concern regarding the purchase of a used XBOX controller. I personally wasnt shopping for me, i was there with my friend... but I was impressed enough to still comment on the outstanding service recieved by this locations CSRs

Store is nice and open, so you can safely keep distance from other people and view inventory. Employees were nice and willing to answer questions. They even gave us a discounted item because they accidently had it mispriced.

These guys are nice and more helpful than I usually expect. Otherwise, its just like any other Game Stop.

I just had the rudest associate on the phone. When he answered, it was completely muffled. I asked, “is this the Westwood Village GameStop?” VERY RUDELY, he said, “that’s what I just said.” Heck no. I’m not shopping there ever again. I’ll make sure all the kids & their parents in West Seattle don’t go there anymore either. You need better people in there. 06/18/2020 & 3:53pm... if you care.

Very clean, great customer service and great location

Brian was a very nice cashier. He told me everything that I needed to know and to give me all the information that I asked for. He and I had very similar likings and I do appreciate that. He also gave me the game that Ive been after for many years Okami. His service and patience was much appreciated and Im definitely giving him a five-star report. Tell him he did a good job for me. I will definitely be returning soon for further purchases. :3

Revisited the old neighborhood and decided to stop in. Store is clean as usual. Good sales staff. I had a pleasant experience.

If you prefer to keep your transactions offline, these are still good shops to have. I personally had little use for them once consoles went into the latest dominance phase ... But then we bought an Xbox One ...Anyway, dont think you can beat the price up when youre getting rid of old games (they even buy controllers), because they double-check the market rate (both online and off-).Also be aware that if they arent in the market to buy some old cartridge, Pink Gorilla will probably pay *something* (even if its at lower rates its more than zero) ...

Most of their games are overpriced. The trade in policy for using your previously played games for something new should be outlawed. The clerks have a snarly attitude. We wont shop here ever again.

Typical GameStop that is a bit messy and cluttered. It’s not the employees fault but cooperate. A good selection of games and toys.

Helpful people with a good selection. Personally I think the building is too new to have any ghosts, but unhealthy choices of the clientele may make that a reality in the future so Ill keep stopping by.

A bunch of clowns run this company. Overpriced, dodgy presale system. Staff is often uninformed or secretive about product info. I only go here if I need to.

Rude and unprofessional. I called, then was placed on hold. A few minutes later, the associate hung up on me.

I love GameStop! It has all your favorite games and merch to buy with it. I find this place amazing cause the staff are always rather nice and the games are there for you to see. You can even preorder games and other items coming out soon that the store might carry! Plus I have one rather close to my house so Im a bit biased haha

Game selection limited for Wii and customer service was alright. Customer service at the beginning was great but at the end not so good!!

This place has LOUSY, CUSTOMER COURTESY, you can stand in line while an employee talks about life, and gaming with the customer at the register while 7 people wait to get to the counter and thats the only individual serving all those Customers. They just DONT CARE!! They also GOUGE you on trades, and purchases. Talk about a real RIP off. The ONLY thing they have going for them is that they sell trade ins. Used games that is. But I caution you, if you THINK you will get a deal on a trade in ur in for a huge surprise. I can buy a game for $40 for my PS4, and beat it in a week, and take it back to trade for another 1, and will only get $7 for an immaculate game. Just 8 days old. Thats the type of service you can expect from these CROOKS! And the HORRIBLE reality of it is that there are NO OTHER places offering this type of Service for gamers like myself. So, we are FORCED to go and get robbed(without a weapon of course) by the very people that should be helping us. You would think after RECORD PROFITS for 5 years standing, they would offer better deals to gamers like you and I. After all, we DID help them Build their Fortunes!!This is a true and Acurate account of my dealings with these modern day Crooks.

I was really happy that this was the only GameStop in Washington that had a copy of Pokemon soul silver and the cashier held the copy for 3 hours while I drove down there :).

As far as GameStop goes, this one is right on par. The place is middling in cleanliness and order, but the staff do their best to be helpful.

Bought a game from this westwood gamestop for the Wii, Golden eye 007. It wouldnt read in my Wii but the game wasnt scratched or anything. Tried to return it for another 007 but since I was past the 30 day return policy, nothing they were willing to do.Granted the store has the 30 day policy (I was outa state) however you would think they would honor a return for a game they sold me that doesnt work.My answer is not to shop here again.Also, I miss Game Crazy!
