I went in for a simple screen crack issue. They said it would take two days but it took a week to repair the phone. They charged $100, but the screen I got was a cheap knock off instead of a genuine OnePlus part. The phone is now much heavier, thicker, and laggier, and the screen is dimmer, less colorful, less touch sensitive, and lower frame rate. People who dont know much about phones might not have noticed it, and simply thought the phone was getting old or out of date. I find it annoying that they didnt tell me they would give me a non-genuine part before making the repair. I will return to check if they can fix this problem, and if not I will mail the phone directly to OnePlus to get it properly fixed.Maybe I was supposed to have guessed this beforehand, but that seems scammy to me. I dont really understand why this place has almost 100% five star reviews

I feared thousands of songs were lost after a desktop conversion. My last hope - my very old video iPod. Isaac fixed my cherished friend and now my library of tunes has been returned to me. Cant praise him enough!

The back of my phone was coming off and I thought it was toast and that Id probably have to get a new one, plus I thought I had a couple of cracks on my screen. I showed my phone to Isaac, the tech, at Gadget Rehab and he determined that my battery had expanded and just needed to be replaced and the screen cracks were just on my screen protector. He was able to order phone parts and in a few days I brought it back and in a short time he had restored to mint condition. I would highly recommend Gadget Rehab.

Brought my Xbox One into Gadget Rehab and told them it wasnt staying powered on (it would shut off after ~3 secs). They said they would take a look and let me know. Next day they called back and said it was a power supply issue but would be able to fix it the following day when they received the part they needed. Picked up the Xbox, they had it ready and waiting for me; they also cleaned the inside as well. Would definitely recommend their shop and service. Turn-around time was absolutely reasonable.

The lens on my phone was broken. It was repaired within an hour at a reasonable price, much much less than a new phone. Staff was helpful and friendly. The camera works.

Isaac was competent and friendly. Fixed my pixel 2 screen in like an hour. Gave me a discount because they only had a used screen (looks good as new to me though). If that screen hadnt worked, he would have ordered a new one to arrive the next day. This is way better than the other place I tried (ubreakifix) which said that they wouldnt have the pixel 2 screens for a couple days, that the repair would take 24 hours, and that they couldnt even do a diagnostic until the screens came in. Isaac also replaced my battery for just the battery cost (no extra maintenance cost). Definitely support this small business instead of one of the chains. It will be cheaper and a better experience.

The battery in my Nexus 6 needed replacement - the power ran down quickly and the phone started to shutdown unexpectedly. Ive taken really good care of this phone and want to keep it going as long as possible. I researched replacing the battery on my own on iFixIt. Its a multistep process to take the phone apart down to its guts that I didnt feel confident I could do without breaking something along the way. After calling Motorola and a couple of other device rehab shops in Seattle that wouldnt do the work, I was finally referred to Gadget Rehab. I was so glad to find this business. The owner, Isaac, is very professional and provides prompt service. He ordered the replacement battery which arrived within a week. It took less than an hour to replace it and my phones battery life is now good as it was when it was new and comes with a 6 month warranty. I highly recommend this well run, small business!

If youre looking for Motorola services, this is your place. Isaac was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me fix multiple issues with my Moto X4. When I came in, my objective was to fix my Amazon-basics-cord-fried-my-charging-port issue, and his knowledge and stock of necessary parts helped me decide to replace both charging port and battery, for which he gave me a quote for about the same price as some other phone repair shops were going to charge me for the charging port fix alone. Since he seemed so knowledgeable, I asked if it were possible to address another issue where it was difficult to hear me on the phone when not on speaker phone, and he diagnosed that microphone issue quickly as well. While I was waiting, I was surprised when he came to ask if I wanted to replace my phone backing since it had a crack and he had an extra that would fit; he gave that to me free of charge. Finally, he helped me verify that the Amazon cord I had used had melted plastic and he sold me a replacement usb-c cord for a very reasonable price. Though the repair took longer than originally quoted due to the difficult positioning of the microphone that needed replacement, I am very glad Isaac at Gadget Rehab was here to save the day - its not easy to find places that repair Motorola phones in Seattle! - and grateful that he took care of all of my phone needs on such short notice. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Came in a year ago for a cracked iPhoneX screen. Service was fast and customer service was great. A year later the LCD that was installed is faulty. Was told that there was a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. NOT TRUE. Even though the Apple store confirmed that the LCD is at fault, I was told that they are no longer the same company, even though the person that fixed my iPhone was standing in front of me. Service may be fast and friendly, but quality will not last. I would recommend going to the Apple store who stand by their work and place quality parts on your phone.

Im happy with the service at Gadget Rehab on 45th. Although I had an appointment, and it took an additional 25 minute wait longer than promised, they used a factory battery for my HTC 10 phone, and were the only repair location in Seattle that I could find who had the battery in stock or were even willing to replace it. I expect I will use this phone for at least two more years, which is good since I HATE the common varieties of Iphone or anything Samsung and am not willing to go with the closest relative of my HTC (Pixel) because its Google branded. I cant find a good option for a replacement. Very happy with this company / location.

I dropped my Surface Pro and shattered the screen. For weeks I tried to book an appointment with Microsoft for a repair to no avail. Best Buy wouldn’t service it because it is over one year old. This shop came up on a Google search and they were able to get me in quite promptly. The customer service was excellent and they fixed my Surface in just a few hours. I’m very happy with the outcome.

I had problem with my iPhone where the memory was corrupted. Team was very responsive and patiently responded to all my concerns and explained all options I had. They tried all options to fix the phone but to recover the data I had to replace the hardware for which I said no. They were fine with it and didn’t charge me even though they worked on my phone for one full week.

Isaac told me to come in anytime and he would do his best to expedite the repair. I brought my laptop in and he tried to fix it on the spot but he needed more time. I left it and he had the problem fixed in a few hours. He didn’t charge me an expedited fee and everything about his service was above and beyond professional. I highly recommend Gadget Rehab!!!

Ive been here for two separate repairs to my phone. The first was fine, but the second time they broke my phone and then had the gall to demand I pay them to fix it.Hope you get lucky if youre handing them your device.(I originally posted this review last year before they rebranded, when they were called Cell Phone Repair. I have reposted it because I am still shocked at how they treated me -- they even tried to nonsensically blame me for their mistake)Reply to their reply: The owner of Gadget Rehab was the manager of Cell Phone Repair for almost 5 years, according to his LinkedIn page. In Gadget Rehabs reply to this review, they claim that they are not affiliated with Cell Phone Repair, but even though they are distinct legal entities, its clearly basically the same business. In fact, after looking at the owners LinkedIn, I have a suspicion that the new owner/old manager is the exact same person who treated me so poorly last year. I hope this business can learn to accept their mistakes and move on instead of *continuing* to try to avoid responsibility for their actions.

I went to these guys years ago when it was cpr and had no idea they changed the name, so it was a pleasant surprise to find them when I need a fix on my phone. They knew in literally seconds what the issue was and even though I couldnt wait, they said it would take an hour. It did. And I picked it up the next day. Saved me from spending hundreds on a new phone.
