Wonderful store, this review is a month late but I just want to commend the staff for their friendly and fast service that has helped a tourist like me, who somehow managed to lose her phone deal with such a stressful situation. They couldn’t be more polite and competent, one of the best services I’ve has ever.
Quick, informative, and enough staff to help u during busy times. Also this is a corporate store so u can take care of any online or over the phone orders/ returns here
I learned my lesson: I won’t go back to this store again. I had a sense of loyalty ever since I switched over to Verizon and bought my phones here years ago. That ended today. It’s a training ground for techs; the waits are typically over 40 minutes; no water should you need a sip, limited seating; the sales staff continually up selling customers, and the worst is when they tell the waiting customers to use the bathroom at Nordstrom’s. This store is an embarrassment to Verizon. I’d give less that a one star rating if I could.

Please save your money and go elsewhere!! I am paying triple than I was before at Cricket, but the service quality is about the same. I could have full 5G bars, and it’s still slow as hell. Verizon is the equivalent of a fake Gucci belt.
On a positive note, I received fast service and got the iphone I wanted. What troubled me was the constant upselling my sales associate tried. I made it clear that I didnt want to buy any accessories for my new phone. He seemed to drop trying to talk me into any after a few rounds. Great, but I also said directly a few times that I did not want the Verizon Mobile Protect package that would be an additional $17 per month on my contract. When I returned home, I carefully reviewed the contract paperwork. I was upset to see that I was indeed billed for the Verizon Mobile Protect plan. Shame on the associate! (REP:leifefr-E262Q) My husband called Verizon the next day to cancel. He said the representative he talked to tried to talk him into keeping the plan. Really! We will closely monitor our monthly statements to make sure the plan is dropped.Addendum two days later: I returned to this Verizon store with a question about packing materials for sending in my old phone. I was greeted promptly by an associate (I didnt catch her name) who answered my question and got me what I needed. I was impressed that she also looked up the walking route to the UPS Store and even walked with me to the door to point me in the right direction. Good customer support!
Came in when my phone bricked unexpectedly overnight. Hunter walked me through my options and was really helpful in helping me find the best value for my old phone. Also walked me through available new options without trying to push me into a more expensive phone than suits my normal use. Overall good customer service, glad a i came to this location.
Lost my phone over the memorial weekend. Someone turned it in to this store. They charged it, and then called someone on my plan to inform them! Externally grateful for all those involved.
I had to come to verizon two times in five days. Ive always have received excellent service with Verizon. But these last two times were above and beyond. Artis and Joseph tool such good care of me separately on these two occasions. Artis helped me upgrade to a new phone when I broke mine. And Joseph did an amazing job helping me pair my watch when I was having trouble to it myself. He also replaced my JBL speaker I had purchased two months prior when I was having difficulty turning it on. I definitely recommend this store.
As with many phone providers phones and 5g have taking the spectrum of what can I do to new lands and opportunities lending a fresh hand for our imagination. It comes down to customer service as a roaming cell phone imaginer I can say this store was friendly and more than willing to help.

Good place. I got 880mps at this location with a 130 up load . At my house its 130mps and 30 up load. Not sure why but what ever maby Verizon could explain it better 🤔
After setting up an appointment, I was greeted by Rachel at the store. She has been unbelievably helpful in guiding me through data transfer because of a defective phone. She is patient, knowledgeable and has continued to be available even after I left the store and after 3+ hours on the phone with verizons tech coach attempts to resolve my issue. This without me purchasing anything. She exemplifies the excellent service I always receive from verizon wirelss and why I have been a VW customer for over 15 years. Thank you again Rachel.
Went in to get a feature turned on for my account to use my new phone on an existing Verizon plan. First trip in the tech was unable to help and didnt really have any advice on how to fix my issue. 1/5 stars for at least trying to help me.But I went in again today and got lots of help - through a whole bunch of account issues and more, they were able to activate my phone and get my stuff working after 45 minutes of struggle with corporate issues. 5/5 for the help today.
Rude, arrogant millenial was the gatekeeper today. Didnt care to hear what I needed. His way of telling me that store inventory was available online included calling me old and out of touch.
The representative probably had a bad day to start, but still no excuse for offering mediocre service. Was not courteous from the minute she opened the door. I was told to go back to that store (by a representative of that exact store) to drop my trade-in phone, but they couldnt take it because it was already processed and I had a label. They wouldnt take the package drop. Some justification about not taking the responsibility of the phone for shipping it. This is a brand store, not an authorized distributor, it was unsensical. The representative also didnt offer any solution or made any excuse. She instead tried to redo the process just to show me the error and prove she was right. Not at all helpful.
11/25/20: Avoid accessories at all cost!Bought the Verizon USB-C to USB-C red and black colored charger. Paid $40 and did not last more than 25 charges.It looks more durable than it actually is. I keep chargers and jacks in my backpack so its not being excessively tortured like most phone users.-Sent from my LG V20, the last best smartphone

Answered my question, got me what I wanted but also what I needed, no fuss, no overselling, in/out and happy. Quality experience. No complaints with Verizon beyond some coverage issues outside of Seattle (to be expected).
This location screwed me over good.Went in there about a month ago with a phone not working all the sudden while on vacation. I was not told I had the option to replace my phone through their insurance, instead I had to get a new phone after first paying off the old phone. After all was said and done, I had to pay over a $1000 in old phone payment, new phone payment, case, and screen protector. I had to remind him each time of what I was buying too because he could not remember for the life of him anything I said. Ended up being a total of 3 transactions.Furthermore I was told he would change my plan over to unlimited, my plan would drop down to ~$60/month. That was never done, my last two bills have been $100 with full insurance services put on and still with limited data and overage charges. I did not request insurance to be on here, if it was already on there, I should have been offered a device replacement. If it wasnt he added it on there without my consent.As a previous Verizon wireless employee, this store was a trash experience. The rep that helped me was incompetent and it has cost me a ton of money that I apparently didnt need to spend. I wish I had remembered the name, but lucky for him I dont.Avoid this store, if this is the kind of service they offer, you are better off going third party.

This Verizon store has a bunch of nice employees, very helpful, but they get packed very quickly since its downtown. They bombard you with accessories though, which is just typical for phone stores. They usually have some good deals around holidays, so always ask them when the next sale is going on because sometimes you can save hundreds if you wait a week or so.
Staff at this centrally-located downtown store are friendly and exceed expectations by an order of magnitude. They go out of their way to ensure a good customer experience.I bought a Zaag screen protector from the store, and when it cracked I dropped by for the free warranty replacement. The staff member in the store, Grant, explained to me that although the store could sell me a new one, I’d need to go through the manufacturer to get the free replacement. He walked me through all the steps to do that, what to expect, and even offered to install the new protector when it arrived (because I can never get those things put onto the phone right). He was incredibly helpful and went way beyond the minimum customer service that was required.
Great if you want to spend 4 hours in the store and not get the port completed, then an Experian notice that the account was never closed when the port didnt complete and your credit score has a new collection! Yay!
Not a bad Verizon store, but slightly smaller for being in downtown Seattle. Friendly staff and clean store. Newest phones out like the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2XL. Another great feature that I loved seeing was that they had a charging station. My girlfriend LOVED this as she was running low on battery.

My Google Pixel had a massive breakdown and i was DREADING going into the store today. I was pleasantly surprised. I had to go in twice and both times I received excellent service in a timely manner.
Helpful to a point. Was great that the manager sat down and seemed interested in hearing my troubles but got to a point of not knowing how to help. He walked off. I continued to try to figure it out but left without answers. Im frustrated now to figure out my bill wasnt paid and they never thought to mention that?
This place has more demand than supply in term of customer services. we were waiting for 20 minutes and realize that they are extremely short of staff. the guy at the front greeted us then register us into the system but i dont understand why he just didnt help to do some technical works instead!
Just bad customer service at this location. Looks like all employees want referrals, and openly tell lies; and when you dont see the benefits u were promised, you are just told to call support. In other cases, you are told to come again later, when you could have very well gotten your work done woth the info you have. Terrible customer experience!
Had just gotten a new phone from Costco and walked in to this store to transfer contacts from my previous phone. Collin helped us out right away. He was friendly, helpful, and quick! He even helped us get a discount on screen protectors (that we couldnt get from Costco).Was initially wary because of the low customer service ratings, but Collin was a great help and a pro at putting the tempered glass screen protectors on our phones for us. Great experience.

The store is small and you have to usually wait, however the employees know what they are talking about. A lot of extras for phones, tablets, etc. In store. Prices are a little higher but you can find stuff on sale there pretty often and then the prices are unbeatable. Great to get info.

Ive been a customer for Verizon for years, but this store wanted to charge me for hotspot that didnt work.This store is terrible. Ive been a customer with Verizon, specifically this store, for three years, and they have given continuously me lousy service. They continuously overcharged me and added hotspot devices to my bill that I returned that did not work. The manager, Keisha, promised me that they would not bill me again for two other hotspots, but I looked at my bill, and they did charge me. She called me and left a message that she had taken care of the issue. I called her back, and all I got was a message. Also, Verizons line refused to address the problem, and so I had to contact my credit card company to nullify the extra charges.
They helped me fix so updated and treated me nice

I was having trouble setting up my new XR. Grant Dahl, rep, immediately acknowledged me and told me he could help me. He fixed my problems and took time to give me tips on how to use my new phone. As a former Verizon employee, appreciate the Excellent service.

I was having a bad power day and found my phone almost dead before a show at the Paramount. The rub here is that my tickets are digital and on my phone. I popped into the store and the salesperson grabbed a charger and let me get enough power back into my phone to save the night. Thank you guys so much.
Downtown Verizon store should be avoided at all costs. Go to literally any other Verizon store. This downtown location has staff that have straight up lied to me, given me incorrect info pretty much every time Ive been there, and their wait times to see a sales person is ridiculously long. I dont even like U Village but will brave that place simple bc their Verizon store is 100% better, more knowledgeable, and more well staffed versus the nightmare that is the downtown store. Be warned.
One of the busiest Verizon stores in Seattle. Expect to pay for parking, and have a short wait (10-30 minutes) before someone is able to help you. Check in with staff as soon as you arrive so they can get you on the list.

Do not order from this store. When I walked in, the sales rep said they have inventory. When I placed the order on that same day, both phones I wanted had no inventory, so they said 2 days shipping. But next day when the order shipped out, it became 4 days shipping. And the sales rep, Kaulana, in this store wont do anything to help. He denied mentioning about have inventory first. Then he blamed it on me that I placed the order late; actually he was the one who messed up the tablet and delayed the ordering process and made us wait a long time. The last text he sent me was to dare me to quote, Take it up with Taylor thank you. Of course Taylor the manager never replied back, waiting for 36 hours already ... Because Kaulana first told me the delivery would be Saturday, I cancelled my weekend plans for the package. Then it turned out to be Monday, and so I have to take a day off. All this inconvenience, all this frustration, all this attitude, and loss of 1 pay day is what I get when I pay USD 2000 to Verizon. Come here if you want the worst customer services from Verizon.
Dont go here. Im not hard to please, always have a smile on my face but this location. Terrible.The Verizon staff here are incredibly unprofessional and rude. I went in for something as simple as learning about the unlimited Verizon plan that came out again, just trying to get basic info, and the guy was so rude and acted as if I was dumb just because I was having a hard time getting my words out.I truly left so upset and felt so disrespected. In the middle of my sentence, he put his hands out like hurry up, spit it out while raising his eyebrows. You DO NOT treat people like that. You have no idea where people come from and patience goes such a long way. He offered no smile, no help, just handed me a paper and said its as simple as that. Worst Verizon store, and honestly, not too much can piss me off, so this really says something.
This location is going through a full remodel which isnt the best timing since its peak holiday shopping season. I stopped in to look for a new charger and screen cover. They didnt have either for my Moto Z which is less than a year old. Very limited selection of accessories other than for iPhone 10 and Samsung phones. May give them another chance but it wont be until the remodel is finished.

Do not go here! Just horrible service! They completely screwed up my account when I was trying to start a new line with my girlfriend. It was such a headache to get it all fixed over the phone with customer service and I almost lost my old phone number. Not to mention how rude and disrespectful they were when I was trying to get things fixed in the store.I never write reviews online but they made me so angry that I was actually motivated enough to say something here.

It is pointless actually go there. The employee did not give correct pricing. The employee could not transfer me to a new account, I had to do it over the phone in the store. The employee did not talk in detail about the different phones or the different plans, but expected me to know exactly what I wanted already. The employee was rude and hasty, even though the place was empty. Also, the store didnt even stock the phone I wanted, so it had to be shipped anyways. It was a complete waste of time to go there--I couldve done it all online/phone.

I was up in Seattle for the weekend and found out I was due for an upgrade. After reading the reviews I was hesitant, but my hotel was right around the corner so I decided it wouldnt hurt to try. I was greeted promptly and enthusiastically, given enough time to browse and pick out my new phone and case, and then called up for my upgrade. Ryan walked me through the new upgrade process like a pro, and when it came time to swap over my phone, we realized I hadnt backed up my phone and would take an hour to complete! Not a problem, Ryan and I talked the time away and before I knew it I was out of there with a new phone plus some cash from my old phone. Thanks to Ryan and the entire crew!
Update made phone unable to boot past verizon logo. Store offered no help but to sell new phone as they said it was hardware issue. I knew it wasnt the issue. I went home and used the Verizon software assistant and resolved issue. Thanks for trying to sell me a new phone and not recommending your own tools.

I called at 10am and put a hold on the phone I wanted, telling them Id be there after work, about 6:30. I showed up on time, and they asked me to wait 15 minutes, which I did... though there were only 2 other customers in the store at the time. After waiting the 15 minutes with no response from anyone, I walked up to one of the counters and asked where my phone was. The man who spoke to me told me I had to wait for a customer service person to get the phone and bring it out. I counted SEVEN employees with NO customers, and when I asked him why none of them could help, he said none of them were customer service agents. WHAT? I gave these people 8 hours notice on a definite sale, and they still couldnt get it right. Unbelievable. BTW, there is another Verizon store 4 blocks south, so when I walked out in disgust, I found the other store and went there. Nice employee, good service - at the 4th & Union location. The 6th Ave store... theyre probably still waiting for an agent to get my phone.
Employee meeting people at the door was an absolute jerk. He thinks hes all cool with his little handlebar mustache. I have a phone issue covered under warranty. Spoke to Verizon Wireless earlier & was instructed to go to this store for assistance, as its nearest my hotel. He said they couldnt help me. Didnt bother to look at my account, told me I probably didnt get my phone at a Verizon wireless store, all store look alike. Um, yes I did which he would have seen had he looked. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.
It is absurd that this Verizon store made me wait over half an hour to simply return an iPhone case. That is terrible customer service. A return takes mere minutes. Verizon, you may have good coverage but you fail when it comes to customer service.
Very poor service. Not able to do any calls for first 2 wks. Then visited the store and they tried for 1.5 hrs and could not fix the problem . Later on I called again customer care and after much effort they could fix the problem. But even then I was not able to make use of data.
LOST SMART PHONE IN UBER CAR. Fear, dread hit my body. VERIZON ON OLIVE became my savior. Raquel, was my first contact in the store. She took immediate charge. Contacted UBER made arrangements to have it delivered. Everyone in store from manager to all were kind, helpful . Success would have not been had. Raquel, great energy, wonderful customer service. Staff has not been knowledgeable but rather hasty and uninformed when answering questions about products and accessories. I have a Verizon plan and a great phone but have to muddle through poor customer service when visiting this store for anything.
Let me first say that not a proponent of calling out discrimination every time things dont go well. But spent the worst hour of my life, worst cust svc, worst answers and unacceptable result. Also, yes, Im very African American with excellent credit. Was treated at this store as if I couldnt be the person that was the owner of my account. As I said, didnt get that there was some kind of profile for a person who wants to purchase their product. Only wanted their service because coverage where I live is quite spotty. Not worth the hassle. Cancelling.

I have always loved Verizon and my phones that i get. I thought I was having a great experience when i went in the Verizon store to get an upgraded phone. I had no idea they are commissioned based, but after talking with my sales gal, it was clear that i had been pressured and misled. To share specifically, I was looking at the iphone XS. The sales gal shared that it was $1K and there was no discount option. I shared that every two years i am eligible for a new phone where i should be getting a company discount and the two year contract discount or whatever that was. After explaining to me how there was no discount or other option, I took her for her word and went to purchase the phone at full price. Thankfully the manager on the business phone plan had to give approval, because she frankly told the sales gal that we should be getting a discount for doing a 2 year contract. My sales gal right away told the manager that she can absolutely honor that 2 year contract and the phone is now $500. Why didnt she give me that option when I was telling her that i dont EVER get a phone not on a two year contract? So i asked her why she didnt give me that as an option to begin with. Her very candid response was i didnt tell you because i know a lot of people prefer getting a new phone every year and they wouldnt have the ability to trade in whenever they want if they get the 2 year contract. She then said that i could absolutely have that discount if i want the contract. I felt very taken advantage of but at least thankful the manager was able to get me that $500 discount. And I wish that was the only issue. My sales gal then proceeds to charge an $80 phone case with my purchase. I had no idea this was being added because i never asked for a case. Having no clue this was charged, she explains that the company tab is being charged for my phone transaction. So no receipt was given to me. AGAIN, thankfully the manager of our company called me later that day to confirm my purchase. She happened to make a comment in my expensive taste in cases when I realized that i was charged. I am incredibly disappointed by that experience. My sales gal seemed so nice in talking with her, So i really was shocked when I thought through my experience afterwards. I am confused why Verizon would allow employees to get away with something like this? It really showed me the lack of integrity there is here.
Quickest trip to a wireless store Ive ever had. Not too busy, plenty of products for a small store.
The worst Verizon store I have been inside of. I have been in this store twice. You have to check in at the front and I have been skipped over both times. When I finally got help from someone to help I was told the wrong information (that I wasnt authorized on the account). I ended up going to another store and was helped quickly. Dont know why the downtown store cant get it right. Dont go here unless you want to wait for a long time (while employees are standing around talking).
I spoke with Seth in retail. He was innately disrespectful and rude. Every question that I asked was met with a curt and youre wasting my time attitude. I left feeling uncomfortable and without being helped at all. Customer service is important to any business and people who act as Seth did are detrimental to successful business. I will not go back to this store again.
You have to be kidding. Customer service sent me to the store so I could see models and get my Miri questions asked. But there was no info on display and I waited 30 minutes to ask a simple question. Sales rep sold my husband & I the WRONG PHONES!?! We asked for the -$300 promo deal, for Motorolas Moto Z2 FORCE... However, guy gave us the $350 cheaper look alike (Moto Z2 PLAY!?) We didnt know for 2.5wks! Just a few days past return policy!!! Now Im going through HELL trying to get the PROMISED 64GB phones instead; w/ the 45 day -extenuating circumstances loop hole, running out, because, the general manager is never available!!!
