Always very helpful and friendly the manager here is always able to answer any question you may have. The surroundings outside is a bit much but once u are inside they provide a safe space and make you feel comfortable about your purchase or visit in general i always recommend this location for any questions or concerns you may have whether it be a purchase or a simple question. If i could give 10 stars i would they go above and beyond for their customers within the customer service spectrum.

Great customer service. Both clerks are bi-lingual and helped a lot of people in both languages even tho I monopolized Anthony for over an hour. Theres another metro store closer to where I live but hes not as friendly.

Anthony who works at this store is extremely incompetent. Created a new metro account for me with random security question and answer without asking me, created a pin but didnt tell me and added wrong address to my profile. I faced a lot of difficulty trying to regain my account. Avoid coming here and I hope metro employees are more competent in the future.

The employees are very knowledgeable with what they do. Also, as a Latina, I’m also glad there are bilingual people working there. However, there was a problem I had with the guy that works with the shorter girl. He shaves the side of his head and it’s long on top. While I was asking him questions about starting service, he acted annoyed. It was as if I was a bother. He was on his phone the whole time and rarely looked up at me. Not to mention, he was giving me one word answers. I’m not sure if this is how he normally treats customers, or if it was the fact that I’m a Latina transgender woman, as he’s a Latino man (it’s frowned upon greatly in our culture). I haven’t had any issues with the shorter girl in the glasses. She’s actually quite nice. I just know when I ran my businesses, he’d definitely be someone that would have needed to be addressed. Just a suggestion. Thanks :)

On a Sat morning (March 16th around 11:30am) a woman working there there helped me with an annoying phone issue I was having trouble with. She was professional, courteous, and fixed the problem really quickly. I didnt catch her name, but thanks so much, Im really grateful :)

They were not helpful at all to me when MetroPCS took my money for this months payment & then.shut off my service... In fact the manager told me, Oh well, sucks to be you... after I showed her my cancelled check... She then went on to tell me thay she would have been more helpful if I wasnt married to my wife as she, the manager, wanted to date her, herself... I will not be back there & that location has lost me as a customer...

Nice and busy small store, these guys working there.. are professionals, they go thru a lot of stuff and sometimes they handle really crazy people, but they always keep their poker face and act like nothing happened for the next customer in line.really helpful guys..i have seen bad comments.. but i have to tell you, these guys.. sometimes they really get crazy people. if it was me, i wouldnt be able to control the temper like them.

I no argument over the service. But the hours listed online differ from the hours posted on the door. Online says the location opens at 8am, the door says 10am. This should be corrected.

I was having issues with my phone. I tried dialing 611 and googled the number for metro customer service. It kept just opening the my metro app every time I tried to call it. I called this location asking for the real customer service number to get help and the agent at this location told me to hold on (while he continued his personal conversation with what I assume was a co-worker) then said he didnt know the number and to google it. Which meant he obviously wasnt listening when I said I did and really? You work for metro. How do you not have access to the number? Pretty sure you get a paycheck to know these things. Terrible customer service.

Great service with good helpful employees and a great price

Gave 3 starts because they need to update their business hours. I came here at 8:30 pm on a Friday. The hours say open till 9:00pm and when I arrived they were closed.. Wasted money on a Lyft to get there. I hope they update their hours!

Twenty days ago the place was a Boost Mobile store. Now its MetroPCS the Boost sign still hangs out front. When I came in looking for Boost cards the guy behind the counter copped an attitude with me AND then tried to sell me a new phone.
