I was completely scammed by an employee named Dylan who I am told no longer works at this store. Nonetheless, the customer service I received when I called to figure out why I was making some monthly payments considering the deal Dylan offered me was completely condescending, rude and unhelpful. By the way - I was skeptical of the good deal and asked about 50 questions before agreeing to it. He got me.No one was willing to investigate this matter or offer a sincere “sorry you were lied to and are now paying a price you would have never agreed to on a phone.”Unfortunately, given the outrageous lack of customer service and dismissive nature of the store manager, I don’t think it’s worth going in and now I am stuck with a payment plan that is, quite frankly, too much for me to comfortably pay. I guess I will be doing overtime and taking my phone contract elsewhere when I’m done.Beware of this place!
My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the Victors Verizon store on Broadway in Capitol Hill. The customer service was awesome, attentive, and very friendly! Would highly recommend!
I just cant thank or praise Jamen enough for the help he gave to me and my family. I had someone important to me pass away and I was so petrified that Id lose my photos and texts with my boyfriend who passed away. And he knew EXACTLY how to help while balancing out other clients needs who were also in the store. Ive been in a pretty sad state and Jamen always makes me feel so much better and makes me laugh like crazy WHILE still getting the job done, which he did quickly, successfully, and with compassion for my situation. Hes amazing and is customer service is FANTASTIC!

I had a great experience with Verizon team member Carlos the other day, he helped me activate a repurposed iPhone and was very friendly, supportive and did not judge or treat me like I was inferior because of my lack of technology/gadget knowledge. He answered all of my questions very clearly and kindly. I will definitely stop back in for any further help with my Verizon devices if Carlos is working- as his customer service skills and personality overall was very inviting.

I called ahead and told Carlos what my problem was and he told me to come in whenever and he could help. When I came in Carlos spent over three hours working one on one with me to get my phone working and help me transfer data to a new phone. He also helped me get as many of the promos and discounts as possible so I left feeling relieved and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Carlos!
The manager was nice, helped me out and made sure I was takin care of. That was probably the best retail experience I’ve had, he was informative and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. How he treated me, made me be Verizon customer for life.
Carlos went above and beyond for me today. I had a very traumatic incident the night before where I was violently robbed and assaulted and obviously my phone did not remain unscathed so I had to replace it. Carlos showed immense compassion and was very helpful guiding me to a phone thats right for my price range and also helping me learn how to navigate it and get the most data and features that were right for me. But more than that he was a human being who was kind and sympathetic, and that is something you cant just train someone to be. I hope this message reaches him and he knows how much it meant to me. I was very pleased with Dylan’s customer service. He got me all setup with my new IPhone and made sure everything went smoothly. I would suggest this store to everyone.
Avoid. Bought an iPhone here, and said no to every upcharge I was offered (screen protector, case, plan upgrade, protection plan). When I received my first bill from Verizon, I had been enrolled in a $17/month protection plan against my wishes. Verizon Customer Service wont refund the charges because they say I signed something authorizing it, and the store couldnt find the paperwork from my sale a month prior, and offered no explanation.
My old phone stopped working right, so I knew it needed replacing. Carlos handled that and nursed me through the various functional differences between the new phone and my old iPhone. He was clear and made it as easy as it was gonna get. He paid attention, got me all teched up, and I feel well served.
Carlos was absolutely amazing and a huge help. I usually don’t like dealing with getting a new phone but Carlos made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend to anyone in Capitol Hill.

Called to make an appointment because of pandemic and all, he said just come in and they can help. I went in and he was busy with a customer and just gave me numbers the call the real Verizon and said they we’re a third party. So he couldn’t help with anything with paper work. I wouldn’t even buy a charger here.

This is the third review I have ever written for a business, ever, and I would not have expected to be writing a 5 star review for a Verizon store based on past experiences with Verizon, but this was phenomenal service! The employees went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and had the best deal possible. They put significant effort into making sure I got every possible discount that I could possible be eligible for! Very nice staff, I enjoyed talking with them while taking the time to understand my plan and which phone to purchase, and how to trade in my previous phone. Naomi, you’re awesome!

Customer service was able to do the job he couldnt, which was help me solve my issue.UPDATEI would like to add the speaking with corporate stoe and 1-800have informed me that this location doesnt care about Verizon customers. They care just enough to get your hard earned money. 1-800 number and corporate store will fix your issue and offer incentives. Just for being a loyal customer. Do not buy here. Do not. These guys are not Verizon. Me and a friend went here and they specifically told us we couldnt buy the phones we wanted without a bundle plan which they said would be cheaper through out. We just wanted to pay the same, the monthly bill ended up being 120$ more because of the bundles they forced us out with.I called Verizon directly because of this and they said this shop is notorious for pushy salesman and getting people to sign up for plans that benefits the commissions. He actually said he always gets calls with complaints about peoples billing from this store because it is not as they promised.So I called the salesman I dealt with directly, and after pushing hard he finally admitted that the regional manager told them that the employees themselves cannot sale anything without bundles. They will push these cheaper sales on you, but in fact it is just cheaper to get the phone by itself. He told me If i wanted to get the phone by itself I shouldve ordered it online or gone to a True Verizon store.So there it is, even though we stated multiple times we just wanted phones, they couldnt be truthful with us, and instead made us deal with all this cancellation and restocking fees for extra tablets we didnt even want.Makes matters worse, when I tried to go back in person to return these, the employee that was there didnt want to deal with it and told me To come back when the employee that helped me was there. What terrible customer service. He just didnt want to deal with a return. The people here are selfish. Beware.UPDATE: Months later and now our bill is going crazy, up and down and not at all what was promised on paper. Weve tried to contact the store but get the same terrible customer service as in Deal with the employee you dealt with and we cant never help you on the phone.Per the response we got below to contact them, we did. Corporate is confused about the deal we got and is as confused as we are. This company is terrible. Please, for the love of good customer service, never shop here and give them your money. Go to a REAL Verizon store Instead.UPDATE 2 : We called corporate and they said they would call us within 24 hours to get everything settled. Its been 48 hours and have not heard a thing.

Very helpful but when I asked if a liquid screen protector was priced the same as online/or other locations price he said yes without verifying and didnt give me an honest answer that he didnt know. That costed me 20 dollars just taking his word, I wouldnt come here again because the place lacks integrity.UPDATE: I called the number that the Owner suggested I call below (his comment to my review) and all they did was waste my time, not refund my money, and ask if I could take a survey. For that Im changing my review from a honest 2 to an honest 1 star. Strongly recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere else. I hope that helps guys!
Naomi provided phenomenal support, and I was impressed by her professionalism, patience, and thoroughness as we dove into the questions I had on my account. I had been offered a promo, and hadnt received it yet. Rather than just telling me that I would need to call customer service on my own (as many others may do), she took the time to find the promo with me, print the details for me (since it is now expired), call customer service with me there, and ensure that we sufficiently understood the reason I hadnt received it yet. Once we found the tracking code, she went the extra mile to print that off for me as well for my documentation. She went above and beyond with all of the questions I had on my account, and I highly recommend this location due to the interaction I had with her.

Iggy provided me with the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced at a Verizon store. His communication and work ethic was stellar, which is hard to find at many Verizon stores in Seattle. I was thinking about changing to T-Mobile due to recent poor experiences at Verizon, but Iggy changed that and directly influenced my decision to stay with Verizon by providing outstanding customer service.
I cannot say enough good things about Carlos. He was patient and so very helpful in getting me set up with a new iphone after my 8 plus’ touch screen unexpectedly stopped working. He was very knowledgable and gave me several options, offering help and service with each one. Thank you again Carlos, you are the best!! I will certainly be back if i have any other phone issues or needs.
Amazing experience at this Verizon store. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The worked hard to find me a solution when my iPhone broke and took their time to ensure I picked the best replacement phone for my needs. I have never had a more positive customer service experience. This staff should be commended and rewarded for how they treat Verizon customers. Strangely, my last review didnt make it online. I really enjoyed the service this place provided me. The staff was very courteous and helped me get my services all ready. It took four days of my dithering, but it all came together in the end. Id recommend this store for anyone living in Madison Valley, Capitol Hill, U. District and First Hill.
I experienced the best customer service at this store location by Jamil Wardlow he was professional he showed competency and he showed compassion in assisting me with troubleshooting and ordering a new phone. I appreciate the quality training that he has received thus far and his high level of customer service showed so great that I did not know he was new on the job he ensured that I was heard and that I received their services I was requesting expeditiously and accurately I recommend that he be promoted soon because he is more than qualified for the position that he now holds based on experience that I received in the store.

Came on Friday to upgrade my phone and was helped by the Broadway staff and they went above and beyond to help me get my new phone. I very seldom write reviews but really was excited about the new phone I got and about the service as well, they helped me transfer all my contacts as well as get my SD card info transferred and make sure all my pictures were there. They spent about an hour transferring anything and made sure I fully knew what the next bill expectations are and also made sure I knew how to use the phone. I would recommend anyone to come to this location and get service.

Fabulous! Cant say enough good things about this store and the people who work there. The manager Lee was incredibly helpful when I came in yesterday with a phone that wasnt working right. Not only did he explain what was going wrong, he gave me several options to get a new phone and also recommended a new plan that got me a free tablet. When I went in today to get my phone activated and to sign up for the new plan, he wasnt in but two of his staff were there and they were just as helpful. I am super-impressed with the store and its staff. I definitely recommend it highly!

I had my phone stolen forcing me to shop for something new. Luckily I went to Verizon Diamond Wireless on Capital Hill. Nathan was super helpful and now I happily have a new Samsung pretty red phone and a fabulous tablet. Everyone there was so great. The whole experience helped me get over the scumbags who stole my phone!
Thought I had great service. The got home and had an extra item I did not choose in my bag and ON MY BILL. I wish I had checked the bag before I left. Check your bags if you go to this store.
Shady & Sketchy. Verizon cust, was on my way home and stopped in to purchase an extra usb-c cord. Figured while I was in there, Id pay my bill. Asked about just adding the cord to my acct (a policy Verizon allows), the sales rep, named Random (literally the word random on their nametag) informed me that was against Verizon policy and if I wished to pay for my bill and the cord in one, Id have to pay in cash (this would have been about $75). Red flag. Purchased the cord and left. Called Verizon and spent about 35m with an agent and supervisor. Verizon NEVER demands a customer pay in cash. Verizon will NEVER barter with a customer in order to get them to pay in cash. YES, a customer can add things to their acct. The agent also informed me this isnt the first time this store has been reported. The agent instructed everyone to ask if its a Corporate store, if not - leave. Also, neither the agent, nor supervisor had heard of PureGear and its not a brand Verizon sells. Thankfully, anything that happens on my acct, I get a verification email. Dodged a bullet here.
These guys went above and beyond to get me set up with my new phone. Their patience in explaining the plan and downloading my frequent apps was extraordinary. I will be coming to this location specifically for any issues at all in the future.

I have always abstained from online reviews. This store successfully ended that. When buying a new phone, after I had selected the phone, I was told that there is a promotion attached to this phone, and I could have a free tablet with it. I am not a fan of free, never have been, there is always something attached, in my experience. I refused at first, but was reassured that there is absolutely no additional cost. It is simply a tablet you can use on WiFi.Continuing with the purchase of my phone, I was shown how the new phone would change my bill, the activation fees, and the upfront cost of the phone. I paid all of those things, and never was a tablet mentioned. I left the store, paid my July bill, no tablet.August, an activation fee, and an entirely new line has been added to my bill, for the WiFi tablet...Take your business elsewhere. I was hoping that when I moved to a knew part of Seattle I could trust the new store near me. I was wrong. There are still some good Verizon stores in Seattle, that will be honest with you. This is not one of them.

***WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE***The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because negative stars are not an option. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before walking in here but after being desperate to get a working phone (insurance had sent me a broken phone) I walked into this store. Apparently what happened to me has happened to a couple other people.The salespersons name Random Haug. When I was in the store he blatantly lied to me about my purchase. He did what any salesperson would do and up-sold me on a basically free iPad because I upgraded my iPhone. The only fee for the iPad was to be $20 and it would come with FREE data/line for two years at which I can cancel the data if I do not want to continue paying for it. Now, I dont need an iPad- I have a macbook and iphone and a work laptop but I mean $20 for a device like this, you are thinking whats the catch right? Well I asked for clarity multiple times, asked him to confirm multiple times that ALL I would be paying is $20. This is where someone who was raised to be ethical would then say, actually its only a $150 rebate and you will not only be responsible for $25 monthly payments towards the total cost of the device for 24 months but you will also be responsible for paying a $10 line fee AND the data is not free it is deducted from the family plan data that is being paid for. You guessed it, he did NOT tell me this. Luckily, I logged into my Verizon account and low and behold there is a new device monthly fee and a new line fee on my account that I was told would not be on there.Once I realized how duped I was, I called the store to get clarity and a copy of the promotional agreement and Dylan said he could not do that for me and that there is no way to show me the contract terms I agreed to but he could print a copy of the charges and I could pick it up in store. I then said this is not helpful and I was lied to and I want to get to the bottom of this and if I was in fact sold something I did not know I was buying I would return my iPad and he said thats fine but I will have to charge you a restocking fee. I want to explain this was not Dylans fault (he was there the day Random sold me the iPad), but he could have been more helpful on the phone with a customer who was wronged by his co-worker- tisk tisk, Dylan.I called Victra corporate support, thank you Rose you are wonderful, and she helped me get a copy of the charges and called the store to let them know I would be coming to return my iPad and phone case. They took my return and gave me an itemized receipt when I left. The district manager was there, Michael Mata, and I let him know the scam his employees were running. His initial response was did you get it in writing? which is so rude but at this point absolutely laughable. Michael- the correct response when a customer is telling you these issues is, I am so sorry that happened to you I will be sure to look into this right away and let me know how else I can help you and to actually do SOMETHING about it.Hopefully this is helpful to a future shopper I will NEVER work with this reseller again.
