I went in to test out some E-Bikes for my daily commute. I went during COVID-19 so the were some extra safety procedures. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had a few options that I was able to test ride to find the right one for me. They let me know about some new options coming soon but I ended up getting a bike they had in stock now. I bought some accessories and the staff happily installed them for me. I would recommend this as a great place to buy a bike.

They had all ready to go, when I got there to pick up my bike (adjusted for my height and weight, pedals installed, etc). I’m getting now from them the safety equipment (helmets, knee pads, gloves).

I decided on impulse that I needed a new watch for training. After searching and searching I stumbled across Ascent Cycles website. At first I was a bit nervous because the fenix 6 pro solar was well over $100 lower than anywhere I had seen it, and in the past sometimes that seems to good to be true normally is. After doing a little research and receiving a tracking number my nerves settled. Shipping was a little slow, but I also opted for free shipping instead of paying extra so can’t really complain. Overall got one hell of a bargain and absolutely love the watch I received.

Where to start! After ~5 years of owning a bike in Seattle there are only a few bike shops I would recommend, and Ascent Cycles is at the top of the list. Ive used all of their services short of purchasing a bike, and everyone is incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. After a few bad experiences with other bike shops, these are the only mechanics I trust. They are also to thank for my steadily increasing self-sufficiency in basic bike repairs/maintenance. Its no surprise that even during COVID theyve been fastidious in protecting their employees and customers. Most recently, Hannah helped pack up my bike and coordinated shipping it overseas. It arrived in beautiful condition with minimal effort required from me to put it all back together!
