If I could give it zero stars, I would. Just rude. I understand being busy but acknowledge someone walked in and say be with you in a moment. Dont just stare at me while youre conversing with a co-worker. Whom by the way, wasnt helping anyone. Two customers and 1 waiting... 3 employees. Why was anyone waiting?????? Horrible customer service. I literally walked out.

Terrible experience . I been a customer for over 10 years . I came to trade in my phone for a new one .Everything was good until one of a associate say no aprove my trade in .Wasted 1hour and 15 min . Terrible customer service .Definitely worse experience .The manager Salvador Ramirez very impolite and doesn’t know how to take care a situation .Definitely I will change phone provide .
This review is for T-Mobile in general, not the location. I had T-Mobile for almost 2 years and loved the service, but since the Sprint merger, service is horrible. I live in San Mateo and work in Half Moon Bay and I would get pretty solid reception at home but now Im fighting to get one bar. Same thing with Half Moon Bay. I would get pretty solid reception with the exception of a couple known dead spots which were small, but now I get horrible reception everywhere in Half Moon Bay. I need good coverage and T-Mobile wasnt doing that anymore. Also, I often had to wait on hold for 30+minutes. T-Mobile wasnt ready for the Sprint merger and it shows.
Martin and Brenda provided excellent service as did the rest of the crew couldnt remember everyones name.
This is the second time I have been in the San Mateo T-mobile store have been with T-Mobile over 15 years very happy with the service.Needed a new phone and the Representative Nichole was awesome not that all the other people werent very friendly and professional.Nichole made me feel like I am T-Mobiles most important customer. She was very kind really knows her product and what I needed.Provided an excellent product at a reasonable price made sure all my data was transferred and all worked my questions answered before I left the store.Thank you

I love t-mobile. But this location is horrible. They never have enough employees. The wait time its 20 to 30 minutes. And the customer service its just average. I avoid this place if possible.

I was sold a product from the Seattle store which wasnt what it promised to be and was severely under-performing. I later entered the San Mateo store to try resolve the issue. Of the 8 friendly employees that greeted me when I walked in, no one took my issue on board and no one bothered to offer to talk to the Seattle store about the problem. I asked for a manager and a young woman came out and told me that nothing could be done and that I should go back to the Seattle store in Washington. I asked for her manager or the area manager and she would not give me any such phone numbers nor offer for such a person to contact me at a later time. A disappointing and careless approach to customer service.
I just switched to T-Mobile, this place was clean, plenty of employees ready to help. I would have given this review a 5 star but felt like the agent helping us was a little distracted but overall good experience. So far now complaints from switching to T-Mobile
Poor customer service. They had me waiting there for over 45 minutes, and 2 of the staff were just chatting behind one of the desks, instead of solving my issue. I just ended up leaving the store!

Was kept waiting for a long time.Staff made everything unnecessary complicated. Opened my t-mobile contract finally at costco, where it was a matter of 5 minutes!I expect more from an official t-mobile shop. Bad experience, will never show up there again.
I am (was) a huge advocate for T Mobile because of John Legere and the Uncarrier announcements. I quickly switched over my service from AT&T but I found the reception to be spotty at best.Back to the store... I had an issue where I could receive and not send messages. I went into the store and got the run around. I spoke with management to get help and their attitudes were very rude and uninviting. There was little effort to help me with the issue. I was so frustrated because the week before I chatted with them about how much I respected T mobile because of Uncarrier and John Legere.I switched back to AT&T because the service was so poor and I couldnt get a refund on my service (which was just a week long). The team did nothing to help me and showed no empathy.My whole issue came from customer service and thats what I look for most. Didnt get it so I didnt hesitate to switch back. Its unfortunate.

I have had a bad experience with T-MobileThe workers lied to me from the beginning and it remains the same. I do not recommend it to anyone. And workers dont always speak well.
