I cannot tell you how amazing the service I just received from Drake at the Hillsdale store was!! I came to the store in person with a handful of problems I was having getting an additional line added and activated on my existing account. The website kept canceling my online order because of some glitch, and I needed to get the issue fixed immediately because of travel plans. Drake not only resolved the issue, he even saw that my teacher discount had NOT been applied to my account like it was supposed to when I switched to AT&T about a month ago. He reviewed my plan in its entirety -- looking at every service I was being charged for -- and he found a few more tweaks that could be done to get me even better service for less money than I was paying. His proactive service and knowledge of the company and the services (not to mention his great attitude and friendliness!) are the best thing that has happened to me all year! THANK YOU, Drake! Ill be sending all my local family and friends your way. :)

In-store service was superb! Our rep was on point, making the port from T-Mobile to ATT a seamless process. The rep helped me pick out the perfect case, back up and reload my data to my new IPhone 12 Pro Max and offered to help me place a tempered glass screen on the phone. When I left, there was nothing additional that I needed to do as everything worked flawlessly.

I am still dealing with an issue that started back in November 2020. Despite calling the store, showing up and waiting, texting multiple times, asking to speak to the manager nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Itll been months and still getting the run around.I turned in my iPhone for upgrade and was supposed to received credit for it. Turns out, the rep mislabeled my phone with another phone number is unable to provide me with any resolution.Do not do a trade-in / upgrade here and expect it to be handled appropriately. Youll never receive any credit, theyll probably deny you even turned it in.

I walked into the AT&T store in the Hillsdale Mall and was greeted by Jesus. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the phones there. I was very impressed with how professional and kind he was. He was very patient and answered all of my questions about the IPhone and Galaxy phones and I had a lot of questions and I fired away with them and he could answer them as fast as I asked them. He may have been one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met. If you want to purchase a phone from someone knowledgeable, I highly recommend this AT&T store.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. First, I was told to wait for 45 min to change to an eSIM card for my prepaid plan (I would never go to a store to do this if this is not the only way to do it). Even worse, I actually waited for ~90 min until I was called. The agent Drake was rude and did not want talk to me at all. This is totally OK for me if you can solve my problem. However, this is not the case. He, together with some other agents in the store, is not well trained so that does not know how to activate the eSIM card for a prepaid plan. They started to provide me the wrong information that prepaid plans does not work with eSIMs. However, I had carefully collected all the information available publicly and I was sure that this is possible. They then told me that prepaid plans used to work with eSIMs but stopped working recently. I felt that I can no longer get any help in the store so I left with the eSIM card. That is actually all you need. I arrived home and spent less than 5 min to successfully activate the prepaid plan on the eSIM card.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this AT&T store. Coming in with a technical issue which I could not resolve by phone, Paul K, manager, not only stayed the course, 2 hrs 24 minutes worth of phone time on my behalf, but he even managed to keep my original phone #, which I had just about given up hope on. The complexity of my issue was so far outside of anything I could have imagined but everything was taken care of and resolved in an absolutely professIonal manner in a very comfortable, welcoming environment. It’s an understatement but, I highly recommend this store.

I had a pretty complex challenge of porting a second number from a third party service provider over to AT&T. Thank goodness for Diana - she was awesome! She kept me updated throughout the process via texts and calls, and saved the day when, after over an hour on the phone with the AT&T Port team (who told me what I was trying to do was not feasible, and that BOTH of my phone numbers were cancelled!), Diana jumped in and somehow got both of my numbers working. Five starts for some quality technical support and truly understanding how critical this all was to me!

My wife and I had the best customer service we have experienced in years when Dalina helped us purchase a new Samsung Galaxy cell phone. First she took the time to analyze our account to make sure we would have the service which would be best for our future needs. Second, she took the time to present the full range of devices which would meet our needs. Third, she recommended the device which would meet our needs with rhe reasons for her recommendation. But whatreally blew us away was after we bought the new Samsung Galaxy, she took the time to transfer all the data, including a contacts file, from an ancient HTC phone to the new Samsung Gallaxy. Avoid this store at all cost! The sales manager Andrew lied to me about the pricing of the internet account I tried to set up. He told me the price for new customers would be $50 without contract, which appeared to be cheaper than the quote I got from Xfinity. However, he intentionally hid the information that this price did not include the equipment fee per month. Turns out that Xfinity is actually cheaper than them at the same exact internet speed! He also said there would be no installation fee, which is aIso a lie, as I saw a $99 installation fee on my first bill. I have tried to get hold of him after I received my first bill, but couldnt get a response. Please be extra cautious with this guy or better just avoid this store because they would lie to you to get a sale done.Edit: The compensation plan for these sales managers may be based on # of sales, not how long you stay with the plan, which explains the lying behavior. When you question them the discrepancy, they would just tell you to cancel it and switch to other carriers. This way all the inconvenience is on the customer side and sales people still get their commission.

This store is fantastic. Old school, customer service, take their time with you, no stress, no hard sell, problem solving shop.Dalina is the manager... she is awesome. Her leadership style with her crew of employees is excellent. She is aware, organized and extremely efficient. I loved her patience and how kind but demanding she is with her employees.Of extreme importance to me is the vibe in this shop. This AT&T store is great! Good selection of phones, accessories, and good staff.I would especially like to shout out Dylan, one of the workers there, for his great amount of patience and kindness. When I went to get a new iPhone upgrade, I came across a very troublesome problem involving resetting my old phone. Thanks to him, however, I was able to resolve this issue without having to reverse the entire upgrade.Overall great AT&T store, would definitely go to this one over the other ones local to me.

I had been having problems with my cell service on my iPad Pro The problem had been occurring for about two months. I called AT&T several times, their techs could not figure the problem out. I went into the store thinking I would probably have to buy a new iPad. Diana helped me, she quickly solved the issue. She was friendly and professional and service was quick. Excellent speedy service, Internet ordered on Wednesday night, installed on Friday morning. I am very happy with the service. Andrew’s excellent customer care sense was very impressive, he was very helpful and reliable. I think he is representing the company’s value. I had ordered new service online and it turned into a month long nightmare that no one could resolve. I had been actively avoiding going into stores thanks to COVID, but today I had to. The store limited customers, letting them leave their name and come back. There were hand sanitizer and barriers everywhere. Everyone work masks. Being concerned as my epic online experience I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the store as I knew it’d be a lengthy fix. The team took a table and chairs outside for me and really got to fixing the mess. I really want to thank the associates and manager for making such a messy nightmare situation as comfortable as possible. You guys rock and I appreciate it beyond words.

After some trouble with an over the phone upgrade with AT&T, we came to the Hillsdale location and Paul, the store manager, took care of us as soon as we walked in. We explained how the last few days of issues with getting our phones properly set up with data transfers and upgrades had been a mess.He went ahead and took his time, going over the details and made sure we were all set before we left the store. Paul and his AT&T store personnel are who to come see for upgrades and if you ever need any help.

What a terrible service! I came in to try to change my line and the first thing they said it’s one hour wait not even any kind of greetings. Every person I talked to even the manager were so rude. I don’t understand how can they work for customer service if they don’t even know how to treat people. The manager discriminates people who speaks Spanish. Managing appointments is a lot easier and they can learn from other stores. Wait for 30 to 45 mins they said and tool 1 hr and 10 mins to get it .. Vinh was very helpful. We came to port my number & add me to my girlfriend’s account. He had clear answers to her questions because the previous lady who helped my girlfriend was not as helpful. I was not there. My girlfriend was mad because that lady signed her up for a line she did not want. Then when my girlfriend told her she said she doesn’t want the line she didn’t ask for the lady said that it is easy to switch the number to the new ported number that we wanted. Definitely not the case. Because of Vinh we now know that they can’t cancel lines in the store, previously not mentioned.

I had the worst experience at this ATT store over the weekend, and would give zero stars if I could. Weve been loyal ATT subscribers for 12 years, and were Cingular subscribers before that. After purchasing the iPhone 12 via pre-order, and having the phone for less than 48 hours, it decided to start turning off on me every two minutes or so, leaving me unable to do anything with the phone. Being two hours away from home, I wanted to make sure I had a working phone for the drive home in case of emergency, and to be able to use navigation to find where I was going. I stopped by the ATT store hoping they could help me, and instead I was given the run around for two hours, and hardly helped.In my experience, when customers are having an issue, especially if it is not their fault, the associates and the managers should offer solutions, not just tell the customer, no and give excuses of why they cant do anything. I would have expected the manager, DALINA, to say something along the lines of I apologize, we dont have any iPhone 12 256 GB in stock, but we do have the smaller phones in stock, which would incur a $55 restocking fee which we cannot waive in store, but we could note the issues you are having on your account and when you have a working phone, you can call the customer care line and request the fee be refunded. Instead, I got we dont have any like for like phones, (well, do you have any of the smaller ones in stock? I need a working phone to safely drive home.) yeah we can give you a smaller phone but youre going to have a $55 restocking fee, (Okay, well can I get that waived?) you can call customer care and ask. (I cant call customer care bc my phone wont stay on.) Put her on the store phone to customer care and help the next customer.I spent two hours on the phone with customer care, with zero assistance from the store team, and zero concern for the issues I was having, to eventually leave with an inferior phone. I was offered nothing for all of the time I had spent on this issue, not even an apology. They treated multiple customers this way during my time in the store waiting on hold for customer service, its a very awful way to give customer service, and almost certainly translates to lost sales for the store and for ATT.While I was waiting for my new phone to activate, I heard DALINA (the manager) say, regarding my defective phone, the first batch always has issues. If you know that, why wouldnt you be more helpful and understanding of the situation, and offer solutions to help? In addition, they spent at least an hour prior to closing discussing company related issues and private employee matters in front of customers, including how an employee took COVID sick pay which screwed the store and discussing transfer requests for employees in front of customers. All in all, it was a very unprofessional, non-customer service oriented, disappointing experience with this ATT store. I will be following up with ATT corporate regarding this matter, as well.

The store manager Lindsay was very helpful in getting me and family signed up and transitioning from our previous carrier. When my bill came in showing higher then what I was quoted, Lindsay went out of her way to apply as many discounts as she could to help get my charges down closer to my quote. It wasnt perfect, but her effort alone was much better then my previous carries effort throughout the length of my entire contract with them. Needless to say, it has earned Lindsay and her staff a 5 star review and she should get a raise for how she handled all four of us, and her other customers and train someone at the same time.
