When they tell you it’s going to be a wait of 15-20 minutes to talk to someone, what they really mean is that it’ll take 2 hours. When they tell you there’s 1-2 people before you, what they mean is that that is only true if no one comes in with an appointment. Don’t go in the store. Do everything online if possible.

Great help, had to wait but gave me a chance to try Coffee at Jills Coffee. When I got back from Jills and a great black coffee with cinnamon/coffee muffin, I was next in line. I asked for the xi6 box so I could watch the Oympics in 4k with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The person helping me quickly found me a box that can be hard to get, asked permission to get it without resistance and sent me happily on my way. All in time to make my meeting with my boss.

We just purchased xfinty and we’re told to just pop in to get the necessary items to set up at home. So I popped in and my name was taken I was told 15 minutes and I would be able to get set up. What I was NOT told was if a person with an appointment came in I would be bumped till appointments were exhausted…… so 30 minutes later I left. No one even tried to help that was after a couple with an appointment 1.5 hours later was taken…. Not very happy with this.. told to come back Monday and parts would be ready…. Uhhhh no they were not. Totally rethinking this service

Terrible handling of the customers in line! There is no known order, the messaging and texting service is messed up, they got my name wrong, my phone number wrong, and I had to wait in line twice! Do not recommend this place!

Terrible service. I was sold a mobile plan. They sent the sim card to the wrong address. After spending 2 hours on the phone with Xfinity getting my internet service straightened out, i was told I just needed to take my phone to the Xfinity store. I made an appointment had to wait 30 minutes. Tasha (or so she said her name is) said she had to run a credit check and needed my social security . Then she said the number was tied to the wrong address and I would have to get a transfer pin from ATT. Then she started screaming at me, telling me how she was trying to help me. She was totally incompetent in customer services and clearly did not know her product or how to solve a problem. I will be filing a complaint with Xfinity.

Went in to replace our TV box at the Xfinity store Hillsdale, and were helped by Eric who was a huge help. He took the time to explain everything about the box, the wiring, and even gave a demo of our new remote control. Tremendously kind and helpful.Kate & Don

I wish there was a minus 5, thats what is most appropriate for this stores customer service. Extremely rude stuff members, all of them (including the store manager), really shameful, Comcast !!! I wonder if Comcast upper management monitor what kind of experience people have visiting their local stores. After visiting this store first time started seriously thinking of switching to another provider - ANY other provider in my area.

Helpful staff. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was greeted immediately when entering even though they were very busy. They have a nice waiting area with comfortable seats and movies playing while you wait to work with one of their advisors.

Physical Store: It’s like the DMV. The wait times are long. Already signed up for all services and just needed to pickup the self installation set. Only THREE stalls were open with THREE employees talking to clients. At the same time there were FOUR greeters. Maybe drop the FOUR greeters to 2 or 1 and shift the others into service stalls during busy periods? Am I wrong? (/s).So this is in addition to the above review. After 30 minutes I was able to talk to someone, the person at the stall was very informative and brief about installation and activation, good. The greeters also changed to more of a customer support role to which I think may have sped things up after I left. Unfortunately after that the router turned out to be dysfunctional (two days of going through customer support then a complimentary technician provided by Comcast verified this).

Very spacious & well lighted. Theres lots of parking spaces, however, you have to compete with lots of shoppers because their location is near a bookstore, lots of shops, restaurants, and even a food court.

I went here to return my device. Its been 50 days. Not only has Xfinity not refunded my money, they claim that the device has not been approved for a return in the first place. Complete fraud! Im down $800.Every time you go to the store, youll wait 2 hours before even talking to someone.

Edit: Oct 9, 2020 impossible to talk to a person over the phone, so had to come into physical location. Despite now being able to dine indoors, they are only allowing 1 person in the store at a time making people stand in line outside. Ive decided to go with Sonic internet. Not only is it much faster for less money, but they are paying up to $200 to switch and cancel my other provider.Words of advice, Dont sign or agree to any commitment at all. Once you agree to 12 months or more, they reduce your service. I have the 60mbps internet plan and was always getting 60mbps+, but after I signed a 12 month agreement, my speeds dropped to 20mbps or less at all times. I never get more now. They do this hoping youll upgrade. Ive had endless calls to Xfinity about this and nothing changes

A technician came to my house for 3 hours and ultimately did not do anything useful. When I finally connected the coaxial cable correctly, I discovered out that he took my DVR with him so that I could not even test the connection. Customer service is closed, so I am unable to reach them much of the time, but I still have to go through quite a few annoying automated messages before they finally tell me that they are closed.

Every few years they try to start billing me for equipment (happened in 2015 and again in 2019) which I have never rented from them. They tell me you have to prove you didnt rent it. I ask, you prove I ever rented equipment from you or that you ever shipped me equipment. They say, umm...well...Since comcast corporate runs this charade but dont have a local business place to review, I leave this here for you as yet another cautionary comcast tale.May 2021Ive spent 45 mins so far in chat and phone again to get ~$250 refunded.Comcast is so bad I have paid $99 upfront to wait a year or more and pay more to get starlink. If you can afford it, dump Comcast.July 2021After filing an fcc complaint against Comcast I was able to recoup all of their ill-gotten gains from me in erroneous equipment rental billing, not just the last 3 months which they had been offering per their loyal customer policy.

Visited to subscribe for internet at my apartment. Associate persistently tried to upsell me and insisted on scheduling an installation appointment despite my having a modem and coax already installed. Eventually I gave up and subscribed online. The stores aesthetics are nice though.

My first year with them was $30 /month contract for just for residential internet services, at the end of that year they increased to $40/month, I wanted to add my fiancee to the bill because she needed some bills but they told me that two names do not fit in invoice, then I did transfer the service to her and they increased the monthly bill to $54/month and just a month from that they increased the bill to $66/month they are becoming pretty greedy, the worst thing they do not tell you about the increases you just see them in the bills ... time to look for a more affordable and honest internet provider ...

THE ASSOCIATE LIES. DO NOT USE COMCASTI visited the store three weeks ago to transfer my Internet service to a new home address. The associate told me I could have $10/month discount of my plan and I didnt not have to pay for the $39.99 installation fee. He told me I needed to call him after the installation was done, and he could make the changes to my bill.The installation was completed last week. However, I could not find the associate. I made several calls and sent him email, but didnt receive any reply. I went to the store last weekend and finally found him. He said he would ask his manager for approval, and the bill will be updated this Monday.Now its Thursday, nothing happened but I received a bill of the full amount without any discount.

Wish there was a negative score... I only came in the brand new store to get internet service which i had looked up on Xfinity website. After a 20 minute wait, Dennis was assigned to me. He was making mistakes quoting the deals and speeds and asking his colleagues who were busy and could not run a credit check. So he asked me for a deposit of $100 which according to him would be refundable upon request after one year. Quoted installation for $45. After running the tally he realized installation was $89. He was going to charge $45 because I was there so long (1 hour) but couldnt make the change. So asked me to sign the contract and he would resolve it later. By this time I was frustrated with lack of competence and Knowing once I signed it would be hard to get anything back. I refused to sign and told him he can resolve it and call me and I will be back. Havent heard from him. What a waste of time. I am stuck with Wave Broadband. But will not get Xfinity.
