I have been rocking with Alfredo for going on 6 years now from back when he didnt have his shop, he is hands down the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly mechanic. Full transparency, honest down to earth, he cares about you like family and takes care of your car like his own. He will only do work that is requested or hell reach out to let you know about other problems before he takes care of it and he will NEVER scam you. I have always been 100% satisfied with his work. He even has loaner cars if needed so you arent left stranded. Alfredo is the best BMW mechanic around and hes such a genuine guy, Im beyond happy that he now has his own shop. I bring my 2009 335i all the way from Riverside to have Alfredo work on it, thats how much I love his work. If you found yourself looking for a BMW mechanic, Alfredo is 100% your guy. (Ask about his brake pads that release no brake dust, my white rims stay white for like 2 months with no wash)

Alfredo Giese has proven time and time ago to be a standup, honest and dependable technician. He has provided insight and feedback before over the phone that helped my husband and I understand what the local dealership was pulling. Alfredo had no skin in the game and saved us big $$$. Were big fans and have our son bring his car over to Alfredo because we trust him and because his work and pricing speak for themselves. For years we went to another repair shop and realized that not only was the work hit or miss but the pricing was so much higher. Highly recommend.

Alfredo runs a great, reputable business. I contacted him regarding an oil leak and he got me right in next day. He was kind enough to look under the hood and inform me that the issue is covered under warranty. I sincerely appreciate his honesty as I’m sure some other shops would have accepted the job. I will absolutely be back for future issues and will recommend him to all BMW drivers.

I visited Alfredo about a month ago with some MAJOR damage to my BMW. Ive taken it to numerous shops, and no one was as helpful as Alfredo. Hes professional, HONEST, and doesnt fix whats not broken just to gain extra profit. I highly recommend taking your car here so you dont get screwed over by another auto shop. I can’t say enough about how professional. Responsive, informative and cordial the BMW Guys was. As a woman dealing with a car and it’s service leaves little to be desired because some think we are not knowledgeable and easy pray. Yesterday (Saturday late afternoon and I mean after 6pm) I contacted Alfredo regarding my BMW FRM module failing to see if he could repair it, my windows, inside lights, dash lighting, blinkers and outside locking lights stopped working and to boot my rear windows on their own rolled down and will not go back up. He requested my year and vin number and with in 30 minutes sent me information letting me know that my car was still under warranty plus there are two recalls which he included information on. His honesty was epic as he could have had me bring it in, do a diagnostic on it, charge me and then tell me that the warranty is dealer only but as you hear he did not. So the catch here is that I live in Long Beach California and he is in San Marcos California over and hour, thirty away and when it’s time for non warranty service i.e. Brakes, tune ups general maintenance he is where I will go. Trust that he will take care of you and your car. Above 5 Star in my book. Thank Alfredo others should follow your example of what true customer service is all about. Della
