Super fast, friendly, and professional! Showed up to get a tire patched on my Tundra but damage was so extensive they had to replace it with a used one. Still the mechanic knocked it out in 10 minutes or less and me and my daughters never even had to get out of the truck. Very reasonable price and excellent service all around. Highly recommend!! I took my car somewhere else and it became a nightmare brought it to this place scared they were going to overcharge but they brought my baby back within 24 hrs DINT KNOW PLACES LIKE THAT STILL EXISTED if you are a female feel safe coming to this place they won’t overcharge and take you step by step and give you the best advice FOUND A FOREVER NEW MECHANIC KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK BIG BIRD IS DRIVING SO MUCH better THAN I BROUGHT IT IN

I visited Tire Factory Outlet yesterday to get some trailer tires replaced last minute before dragging it 9 hours home with my family in tow. They were friendly, quick, and very reasonable! I would highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive needs!

Came in at 12:30 and was told to come back before 5pm because their guy was at lunch. I left work early to come at 4:30 and was denied service because it was “too late”

TFO Tech is less expensive than the other shops, and they always take great care of me!So in other words, they rock da house!

Never again! Was told take half a day but took two and a half days. Charged $800 for emergency brake cables.

Really taken back on my services here, this place was recommended too me and I fully regret ever taking my vehicle here and was completely ripped off. I paid for a new a/c only to find out 1yr later that it was never replaced new mechanic told me theres no way they replaced your system just paid for another total a/c system again and watched this one get put in. Think its a sad sad day when they stoop to this level. Then they kept saying one thing was wrong with my steering when I took it in paid for replacement of rack and pinion and the entire time it was the power steering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TOO NO ONE. PAID 2500.00 TO HAVE TO PAY ALL OVER AGAIN. STAY AWAYTo the owner I called before I took my vechicle else where and found out I was ripped off. Your guy told me it would be a charge just to look at it and that my warranty was no longer valid. If I hadnt taken it else where I never would have known.
