So I discovered service pros like I’m sure most people, google. I saw they had well over 200 reviews all 5 stars. I thought that had to some sort of error. Nope, not an error. Jeff was very friendly from our first interaction and I told him I just bought the car and needed it looked over. He found a few minor things and a couple medium ones. He recommended which ones should get done first and which ones can wait. I decided to just go ahead and knock out 90% of it because I wanted peace of mind. They were completely honest and transparent the entire process. He even gave me a massive military discount on both parts AND labor, which is UNHEARD of in this industry. I will definitely be taking all my Toyota’s/Lexus to these guys every time. Small shop but HUGE customer service. Thanks Service Pros!

They go above and beyond. Jeff the owner is an honest person. Few months ago I had some light come on my dashboard and I thought it was time for service. I went there for service, but Jeff told me I needed some air in my tires, fixed it, and did not charge me a penny. He showed me how to check for the actual time that I would need service. Yesterday, I took my car for service and they did a great job, fast, and did not rip me off. I totally recommend this place. AN HONEST MECHANIC IS HARD TO FIND AND I WAS LUCKY TO FIND THEM.

Wonderful experience! Jeff was top quality and extremely helpful. He gave me some really good advice and saved me lots of money. Unlike other maintenance places, it really seemed as though they just wanted to help with my car rather than just get money off of me. Also they have this awesome system wherein they send a link with a detailed description as to what is wrong with the car, what are working well and what may need work, along with personalized descriptions. Very convenient -- among other things just took care of a broken vacc hose on my 97 Toyota LC so I could get smog cert. Also, its been about 5 years since they did a top-end engine overhaul and its still running great.

Very professional! I took my car in for a diagnostic test after my engine light came on. I needed a new mass airflow sensor. They gave me a ride to a nearby mall while my car was being serviced. I’ve been going to them for years for oil changes and brakes. They always do good work!

We took our daughters 2009 Toyota Corolla to Service Pros because her check engine light was on. They did a complete diagnostic and found that she needed a whole new transmission. They really worked with us to come to a solution that worked for our family. They werent even going to charge us for the time spent doing the diagnostic, but we insisted. We’ve been going to Service Pros for a number of years. They’ve always done a great job in servicing our vehicles. However, something happened this morning (6/30) that was disappointing. With the current global pandemic, following health safety guidelines is so important.When my husband arrived this morning to drop off the truck, the gentleman & woman at the counter were not wearing a mask. When you work in an establishment where you interact with the public & employees, safety should be their priority. It’s unfortunate.

Jeff is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. I gave him my 80 series Toyota Land Cruiser to service the front axle and he did it perfectly. This is one of the messiest jobs there is and he was able to fix everything and identify other issues. Hes also very reasonable, doesnt cut corners and charges a fair price for the work that he does, and ONLY the work that he does. I will bring my truck back to him for any other work I need done. And this truck is my most prized possession.

We brought my wife’s car to the dealer for a dealer only part. They said we needed a couple of other things done. We brought the car to Service pros, to have that and some other work done. Service pros, could’ve done all the work, but Instead showed us that some of that work that the dealer wanted to do, didn’t need to be done. Saved us hundreds. We feel good to know an honest mechanic that has our best interest in mind.

Not really Repair-related. However, bought a truck shell off them for my truck, and I wanted to write a review just based off of the character of the owner. Really great guy to work with. Whenever I do have car issues, I now have a solid place that I can come to, as well as refer friends to. Hard to come by a solid mechanic. Definitely worthy of repairing anyones vehicle!

So honest!My sons car was making a horrible noise. He was really upset because he figured it was gonna cost him a lot of money to get it fixed. Imagine our surprise when we receive a phone call telling us that the Lugnuts were loose. They only charged us $50. So nice to not be taken advantage of this is our third time taking our car there and it has always been a great experience. Super friendly to!

I usually like to work on my own cars, but I had an SRS issue with my Prius that I couldn’t fix. After getting the runaround from a few other shops, I found Service Pros. So, I called and talked to Jeff. He was very knowledgeable. I brought the car in, and he took care of my issue with expertise and professionalism. His original estimate was very reasonable (roughly 1/3 the estimate that I got from a Dealership) and he kept to it. The car was fixed in the amount of time he estimated. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Service Pros to anyone who is tired of getting let down by other shops.

The expensive fix I was dreading turned out to be something minor they just fixed for free, then offered me an oil change and filter replacement for way cheaper than Im used to getting it. Great crew, great prices, awesome service in general.

Wow. Great service at a unbeatable price. Toyota quoted me close to $1400 to fix both front wheel bearings. Jeff did them for under $600 and got the car back to me before the time he quoted. Ill definitely be back for all my car repair needs.
