I have been a customer since 2006 and have never had a problem with their service. Auto Guys has great mechanics and quick service at a reasonable price. I had friends to drive in from Louisiana this past August. While in town they had an electrical problem with their car. The Auto Guys found the problem (alternator going out), replaced alternator and a short in system, and had them back on the road in half a day. Good Guys.

These guys wont steer you wrong. Theyre very up front about what your car needs and what can be put off for later if you need to. They are the complete opposite of the shady mechanic that tells you that you need things when you dont. Friendly, reasonable, knowledgeable experts, and very efficient.

I would never take my Chrysler 300 here again. My BF has never had a bad time dealing with Don, and she has been a customer for years with them. I dont know why Don did me so wrong. After having my 300 for two 1/2 days and telling me, my BF and my boyfriend that my problem was possible due to worn spark plugs and coil $339.00 dollars later, driving from the shop my car still cut off again, so the next day i go back to Don for him to tell me I need to take my 300 to the dealer because he do not have the right equipment to fix my car, and that he didnt tell me that i needed new spark plugs, when its on the paperwork he give me. Now i am out of $339.00 and $130.00 which is what the dealer is going to charge me just to look at my car, Plus what the cost will be to fix it. Don if you knew that you didnt have the right equipment to fix a Chrysler 300 you should have told me and i would have never let you touch my car. I dont have money for you to think that you can fix my car.

Read all these great reviews about the shop and expected nothing but the best. I made a phone call asking if I could make an appointment for an oil change. They said that they dont do appointments for oil changes, only walk ins. So I drove over and walked into their office during business hours and noticed it was like a ghost town. I waited for about a half hour till finally someone showed up. He came in and immediately picked up the phone, made a phone call and at the end, went right back to his computer without acknowledging me right there waiting for him. I immediately walked out when it was apparent he was ignoring me. Very unprofessional.

Competency, hornesty, reasonable pricing, I get them all by coming to Auto Guy. I wrote this is because I have been continuously receiving great services from the Guys and feeling obligated to give them the praise that they deserve to.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They finished in about 30 minutes, answered any questions I had, and didnt try to upsell me even though I knew I was due for other maintenance. I like that the door between the lobby and work area was left open so I could actually see them doing the oil change. Even though I live in Oceanside, Ill probably go back.

If u need anything done on ur cars or trucks, these are the guys u wanna see. They will definitely take care of you!!!

Don is the best and most honest mechanic I have ever had...most mechanics out there are scammers and will rip you off..They will save you money by doing only what needs to be done...and Don knows just about everything there is to know :)
