Very nice, friendly staff in pharmacy. Cared for and had my prescription filled in timely manner. Definitely a wonderful place to go.

The woman working in the front was extremely rude to me while I was trying to purchase my items. I did not know there was an age restriction to buy DayQuil pills so I went to self check out. She seemed very angry that she had to help me at self check out and called me out in front of the entire line for purchasing my product at self checkout. She also reached into my bag and pulled the products I had just purchased out and demanded to see my ID which I gave her and she returned them to my bag. I will not be shopping here again, I feel humiliated and disrespected.

The staff is friendly. For myself, they usually have the products I need. I only really buy things here that aren’t necessities or groceries; just like the typical energy drink or two, toilet paper here and there, my prescriptions if I have any. So I can find what I need.However their shelves are usually pretty empty and once an item sells out, it’s a good chunk of time before it’s back in. They aren’t a large store like the one downtown so they don’t generally have overstock or things like that.Their Seasonal Section usually always has some good things, though. Ranging from window or standing fans to small little Knick-knacks and sunscreen.

Mixed bag. Ive had some problems with the pharmacy but the staff are nice and work hard to fix the issues and the long hours are convenient. Theres often a wait (especially when it has just opened) so Id recommend paying for prescriptions online to speed up the pickup. They also do curbside.The store is clean and has a large selection, though theyre sometimes out of the more common items. Pretty sure I got profiled by one of the cashiers, who (very curtly) approached me while I was walking between aisles while waiting for the pharmacist. Prices are different than online, but after that I left as opposed to asking about it.

I’ve been sitting out front for 20 minutes and still no one has opened the store (no one is answering phones but I can see people in there). Currently standing next to four other people in the rain, one of which is an old woman who needed to pick up her meds before all the stores get busy. Rite aid, be better.

Rude rude rude!I’ve been to so many rite aides across ca and this is the only one where they are so rude! Been coming here for 8 months and finally spoke to the manager she said I’m. It the only one who complained!

The cashier said my ID was fake and wouldnt give me my items. It is real and I just dont think hes seen a New Mexico ID before. But embarrassing me front of other customers for using a fake ID is absurd.

I just went there and the checker, Emily, was working 2 cash registers at once, alternating as we each paid....Friendly, too! I told her she is a remarkable employee. Nice bright and clean store.

Eerie lighting and expensive products. Its the ideal place to purchase medical supplies and drugs but thats it. The drink and snack selection pales in comparison to the options offered at stores just a block down the street. The ice cream also does not taste like ice cream. Maybe its made of powdered milk? It lacks a creamy texture and it does not bathe your tongue in cow fat. The restroom is at least nice.

Why do we ever shop at Rite-Aid? Not sure. Overall a nice store, good location but the Ricola Cough drops I bought cost twice what they should have. I was there early Sunday so no line but Rite-Aid is famous for having two slow cashiers and ten people in line so I suspect this happens here too.

This rite aid is so beautiful! Its very clean and has a modern feel to it. Things are usually well stocked and organized and best of all, thry have the ice cream counter! If youve never had Thriftys before, now is the time to go! The only downside to this location is that they never seem to have enough people working here which is unfortunate since it is inside such a prime location.

After paying for my items in cash I want the car and realized a friend of mine was still inside and went back inside where I was then stopped by a gentleman who I can only assume was Security asking if I was planning on paying for the things that are in my purse I said Ive already was paid for them extremely unorginized coach bag had ate the as I was practclly pulling everything out if my bsg includung reciepte from earlier that day like and he started to basically process me at tjis time I told him to go talk to the cashier he instructed me to follow the cashier of course no longer there he tells who I can only assume is manager says hes gonna go checl the cameras. Manager approches and ask after I briefly explain I was being wrongly accused she asks if I wanted to exchange...stunned I reply no like I just explained ur dude thinks I stole another cashier then finds my reciept that was now torn down middle. They hand it to me I left it on the counter made a statement about showing it to dude walked out... to save space and reliving the outrage comments thr security dude made to me were beyond insulting. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HARASSED LIKE THIS. I would also like to mention upon explaining this to my friend she told me she her personaland identical story about the same security person . Sorry for spelling errors phn screen cracked ....

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid with all costs. The cashiers claimed that our group of 5 had a sixth person and refused to serve any products at all AFTER CHARGING OUR CARD!!! This company follows fraudulent practices and tips off any customers they can. Absolutely do not give this location your business.

This is the greatest pharmacy ever. I watched the pharmacist deal with a wildly rude woman in the calmest and most courteous way I could imagine. Why people are so rude and entitled is beyond comprehension.

Just overall poor quality. Been filling prescriptions here for over a year and have had problems every single time. Just last week I ordered some pills and they gave me no date when they would be in. They didnt call me when they arrived and when I called to see whats going on they said they sold it to someone else. Take your business to a place that is more deserving of it.

I wish I could still go to Health Plus, across the street, but my insurance company insists that I go to Rite Aid. With that said, though, the current pharmacy staff is excellent, and Ive had very good experiences with turnaround and accuracy.

Rite-Aid Supervisor with the name Ian was racest & rude to my friends and I. After we purchased items that were on sale, he came to my place of employment to complain to my boss that we mostly bought loss-leader items. His comments included racial overtones about our Asian ethnicity.Is it Rite-Aid policy for employees to follow customers to their place of employment? My colleagues and I are now judged at our place of employment because Rite-Aid staff has complained to them about our lunch break shopping habits. We will not shop at that Rite-Aid ever again.

This new location is really clean and fast filling prescriptions. They always print me off an unnecessarily long receipt.

Every time Ive had to get my prescription they never have it ready when they say they will. Super inconvenient and always ends up in multiple trips and a lot of wasted time. Super frustrating.

The pharmacy kept saying Itll be 15 minutes and then that number turns into an hour. Plus they never call you when your stuff is ready. This place takes forever to get anything done.

Nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Its frustrating to deal with them as they routinely make mistakes or just dont seem to care.In their defense I think its partially the fault of the doctors office and maybe not just the fault of the pharmacy. Its hard to tell.
