The sales staff would get 5 Stars but there is not a good selection of skin care or nail product. Lots of empty shelves and CosmoProf was out of a lot of product during my three recent visits.

This place is fine. Ive been shopping here since it was West Coast Beauty Supply. They have never been rude to me. And its NOT a WHOLESALE license you need its a Cosmetology/Barbering license, only professionals in the beauty business can shop here and its posted on the door before you come in. Sorry so many of you think of them as rude. Maybe Im lucky but its never been a bad experience. I will say however that at Salon Centric I have not had great experiences with them. Its weird and dark in there and I find them not to be the friendliest bunch. But whatever, I get what I need and leave.

The staff is always so helpful at the SLO CosmoProf store, I have been a customer forever and if I cant find something they help me, also let me know of deals if I havent seen them on my own. I rarely find that something is out of stock- I give them a 5 star for service and reliability!

Wish I could give this location Zero stars.Ive been a loyal Cosmo Prof customer for over 8 years, and this location has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.My first visit at this location was unplanned and I did not have my Cosmo Prof card handy, but did have my current Cosmetology license on hand. Had to endure a 10 minute, condescending lecture by the store manager (at the register, in the presence of customers) after he attempted to refuse my purchase.I will be purchasing my product line direct from this point and switching to Salon Centric

This beauty retailer is clean and organized. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend!

So so so so rude at this store not helpful, not knowledgeable. And they always close 10 min early even if u call and say u will be there just a couple min before closing. They were also rude to the owner of my salon this summer even though everyone else just goes to salon centric I was still giving them a chance. Never ever ever again!!!

Well they got their chance. If you have a wholesale license, PLEASE put your money elsewhere. PLEASE. I almost cried on my way out of the store.
