There are so many great fragrances! I just wish they wouldnt rotate them so quickly. Plus I wish that they wouldnt retire fragrances completely. Im sure they still have the formula, so why cant they make some when requested? I love the Butterfly Flower sent and would be so grateful if I could get more, but its retired.

The women that worked between the 3pm, 340 pm hour were not pleasant. When I got to the the she ran down covid rules as though I had a bad understanding. While waiting to checkout the ladies were chattering with other customer about the plug in. As my husband was trying to pay the vibe was not good. I did not feel welcomed at all. I will not shop at that Bath and Body again. No customer service ethnicity!

What can I say happy wife happy life and this place makes my wife happy and plus the staff are super friendly and very helpful and nice

It was really nice to see they are following all the guidelines with Covid 19. I was asked to wait in line outside at the door and she checked to make sure I was wearing a face over and she asked me to sanitizer my hands and she talked about the rules they are asking to do and not do in the store. I didnt have to wait long. It was very clean I side but it usually is smelled great and all their Xmas packaging was there. All the sale clerks were wearing face overs and made sure they were standing 6ft, they were all very nice and very helpful, they answered all my questions and showed me ideas of different scents. I love shopping there I always have. Xmas is always a special time to shop there with all the decorations and music playing. Everyone seemed to be happy working there along with all the clerks smiling.

Wonderful sales! Although getting there can be a pain because of parking in slo is a huge pain, the parking garage is just one street away. The employees are super friendly and helpful, (Hannah was AMAZING) can help you find just what youre looking for in a flash. I appreciate that they were never pushy, and told us about the sales!

Great Place for Scents, soaps, lotions, and scented purel like 68% sanitizer.

Super helpful and attentive staff. I needed help finding a new scent, as my old favorite had been discontinued, and I was treated like a VIP! The staff offered informed opinions based upon real knowledge of the stores wares. And, with very little input, helped me to choose a new favorite, and which products in that line were best suited to my needs.

Great place, lots of deals, quality merchandise and great fragrances. One of my top shopping locations.
