This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Pauline not only gave me an amazing hair cut but recommended products for my hair that were amazing. She wasnt pushy about the products but shared her knowledge with me and it was the best advice. She was also extremely friendly and warm without being overly chatty while cutting my hair. She was so professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She is a miracle worker! I can not say enough about how great my experience was and this will definitely be my new regular salon.

I will not return to Fantastic Sams - my haircut was uneven and I had to get another person to fix it. She seemed to look at my hair and know what she was doing, but when I got home, I discovered many uneven clumps that were not cut evenly.

The girl who did my hair was very nice, but soooooo slow. I have hair down to my shoulders and it took her two hours just to roll my hair. And in the end, I had a very long area that was straight! She must have missed the roller and didnt put the perm solution on it. I was very upset, but can hide it under the rest of my hair. Though I worry about it all the time. The perm was expensive too! Not sure if Ill ever go back.

I had a great experience here. The girl spent almost two hours getting my hair perfect. She did not stop until I was completely satisfied with my cut. Great service and inexpensive.

Some of the workers are good, and some of them are bad. I got bad haircut twice. I wont go there anymore.

Decent hair cut but had to have the provider go shorter 3 times so it took forever. Maybe a better front end discussion to make sure they understood would help...

Very well detailed hair stylist. This is the place to go for a haircut. You have to ask for the boss to make sure it is detailed.

My last cut and color cost $180! and it was soso. Sams did it for $80! Im sold. So love my new cut.

The woman, Eileen, I think, sorry if I am wrong, was very alert. She was in back but came right in when she say me. She took careful care to brush the tangles out of my long hair, without hurting me or breaking my hair. She had me stand and she cut my hair evenly, as asked. She did a perfect job. She didnt push any products, either.

Great service and loved my cut at 10am when they opened Wednesday. Wil definitely make this my go to for long hair deep conditioning and cuts.

I got a cut, color and blond highlights, not only did it take hours, but, it was the worst cut and color I have ever gotten. I went back two times hoping they would fix it but that didnt happen and it ended up costing me close to $300.00 including the tips I gave them. I ended up going to two other salons before it was finally close to what I wanted but by that time, my hair was so fried from over processing that it is still breaking off because its so dry and I am scared to death to get it cut for fear of getting another bad haircut. So needless to say, I would never recommend them to ANYBODY!!
