Cant say enough nice things about Tileshop. Been my favorite for 30+yrs, send all my customers here. Great displays make it easy to visualize what can be done, and almost every tile, including trim, is in stock, or 1 day away. Salespeople always very helpful and friendly and happy to spend time with you, then give you well marked samples and data sheets. Unlike some places, warehouse never makes packing errors, you dont need to to double check your order, its always right. Just a very professional operation in every way with both modern and traditional product, always very high quality, no seconds or questionable material here.

This tile shop has amazing sales staff. I would like to name Carlos who helped me immensely in choosing tiles for my bathroom remodel. Carlos has great design sense, he is patient, honest and empathetic. He will advise you the right thing without trying to push any of his products. I would always buy tiles from this shop just for their customer service.

I stopped by at the suggestion of a friend who recently remodeled her kitchen. I was not disappointed! They have tile that Ive never seen before so it was very hard to make a decision. But their displays helped. Most of the tiles I liked were on display in a mock bathroom or fireplace or kitchen. I love the showroom. Wendi (my salesperson) was very helpful in picking out tiles that complimented each other. She was easy to reach and was always willing to help me out with a sample or two. THE best. If you need tile, this is the place to go. My personal experience was similar to shopping trip scene from Pretty Woman. I visited the area known as Tile Mile in San Jose to get help with finalizing the bathrooms in our remodel. Dressed comfortably, with hair undone due to power outage that day, my look of the day apparently left many salespeople in the area thinking I wasnt their type of shopper. At most places, the design team either ignored me from behind their desks, or simply pointed to the direction I should go to look at tile or granite. Then I walked into the Tileshop San Jose where Vidal not only recommended many different options, he patiently looked at all the pictures I had stored on my phone of the many bathrooms I loved, found all the right pieces to help me recreate those looks, and sent me home with samples of product to see them in true light. He even seemed excited to be able to help me make my visions come to life! With three bathrooms to complete and a kitchen still to finish, Vidal is going to get all of our business. As I drove past all those other places thinking of how they treated me, all I could think of was #bigmistake. Thank you Vidal - you nailed it!

Im a California Tile Contractor and have been to tile shops all over the state.The Tileshop in San Jose is the most Contractor and Client friendly place Ive ever used.And prices are fair as well.From the guys in the warehouse to the folks in the showroom.Every client Ive brought there was impressed.Management treats me really good as well.

What a great place to get tile. They spend a lot of time with you, give you samples to take home provide advice, and with no pressure to buy. Prices are very reasonable as well. We remodeled 2 bathrooms recently, and as a result looked at several places for supplies, including tile. Of all the places I dealt with, Tileshop was definitely my favorite. Will use them again for a big kitchen remodel in a few years.

I phoned the store to inquire if they sold Schluter trim. I had no idea that was a brand, just thought my husband was referring to a technical term. This store is a Schluter dealer. Carrie had excellent customer service! She advised what types they sell. I was unsure which was the one I wanted, so she suggested I can check the Schluter website for what I want, then call her to see if they have it in stock- which would save me a 2 hour drive if it isn’t. (Thank you!) She could order what I need if not in stock. Carrie also told me a nearby competitor (which I have been to) has a larger variety of Schluter in their showroom than The Tileshop. Are both businesses owned by the same entity? Why would she offer that info? Either way, that shows this business truly cares about meeting customer’s needs, even if it’s referring them to a different location. Much appreciation. They make their own tile, so everything goes together. Showroom is beautiful, and the service is awesome, too.

Great customer service although they may not carry a wide range of tiles. However they do carry porcelain tiles while many stores nearby only carry marble tiles which are porous and not suitable for shower area.
