This review is for Tiffany Chen @Porcelanosa.We were lucky enough to have Tiffany Chen help us with our 2 bathrooms remodeling needs. Tiffany is very attentive (and attractive too... HEY! my wife confirms lol). Always service with a smile. Tiffany is very friendly, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, with no pressure tactics. She gives excellent suggestions based on our needs, whats available, whats not. There were some delays in the delivering process, but thats to be expected because of Covid situations.Overall, a great shopping experience at Porcelanosa with Tiffany. Shes total package when it comes to customer service! Very highly recommended!

Love Porcelanosas elegant design. With the help from Tiffany Chen at the San Jose store, I got the beautiful marble like and mosaic tiles, toilets, sinks, vanities, and faucets for all of our good-size bathrooms. Cannot wait for the completion to enjoy our new home in Fremont.

This 5 star review is specifically for Hannah – she is beyond wonderful! Working with Hannah was the best experience. I am continuously blown away by her diligent, thorough and positive work ethic. Her extensive knowledge on Porcelanosa products is impressive. I would not have trusted anyone other than Hannah to design our dream rooms. Hannah also made the process extremely easy. Our order was on the larger side but Hannah stayed on top of every detail without skipping a beat. She was always ten steps ahead and got things accomplished efficiently. Home builds are stressful but getting the opportunity to work closely with her was the highlight of our project. I cannot stress how much I respect Hannah, her creative eye and impeccable taste. THANK YOU SO MUCH HANNAH!!

Tiffany Chen at porcelanosa was extremely helpful - she would make sure she never forgot to return phone calls / emails and had my best interest in mind when suggesting tile or any other product. We did a Major remodel of our home and completed it in 67 days thanks to Tiffany’s help. She made sure I got the best price and held the product in her warehouse until it was needed.Our kitchen and bathrooms have come out v well - and would highly recommend porcelanosa San Jose.

I love the designs and people in Porcelanosa in San Jose. Tiffany is a great person to contact in the shop. She knows what customer wants to see and try. I remodeled 4 bathrooms recently with her including tiles, sinks, vanities, bathtub and toilets in different timings. I also had a warranty issue with the sink and Tiffany and his Manager(Merced) kindly helped in timely manner. I highly recommend Tiffany and Merced.

Extremely poor customer service. Ive ordered more than 20K worth of tiles from them this year and can tell you the experience has been horrible. You need to get the order right to the sq feet or you are in for serious pain. They will not pick up phone, voice mail boxes are full, will not respond to emails either. In case you get to the customer service, first thing they will make you realize is they are doing a favor by helping you. For one of my order I was short some tile, they have to get from LA. for a $136 item. (3 boxes) they send me a $300 shipping charge and no guarantee on delivery date. For next order I ordered a little extra to not have to go through the pain and was told I can return as it was in stock item. When I called to return first answer was cannot be returned. After reminding them, they are charging 20% restocking fees. Wow! So first you pay higher costs, then they rip you off both ways with return or extra order. All this while showing they are doing a favor. Have all receipts, communications if the shop cares, even complained with their corporate. My review is for the San Jose shop which is miserable. Yes they have some good designs but you can get very similar ones in the shops in that area. My suggestion stay away from this place.Update: Store manager reached out to me and took care of the situation. He was extremely polite and considerate and had the material I needed shipped fast from LA. Gave credit for shipping too. All in all, I appreciate how he cared to take care of customer and went above and beyond to help. Acknowledged that he has been trying to change the store culture and I sure hope he is successful in it.

We worked closely with Sneha at Pocelanosa. She was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Working together we were able to quickly finalise our tile selections. Unfortunately one of our tile choices was in transit and potentially would delay our project. Sneha lobbied our behalf to minimise the cost of transporting material from their Florida warehouse to California. She was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely return to their fabulous showroom and work with Sneha if we have other projects in the future.

It truly saddens me to read some of the negative reviews on the Customer Service at Porcelanosa. I worked at the San Jose location many moons ago. I was with the company at its first location as well as this location. Of course there were different Managers and a different CEO. What I can tell you is we never had negative reviews. Anyone would tell you every aspect of Porcelanosa was brilliant. It was a pleasure working with this company. In fact, it was probably one of my favorite jobs in my 20s. I have moved to L. A. Area and am remodeling my home. Of course I am using Porcelanosa in my kitchen and baths. Bottom line, I hope some of the negative reviews on customer service does not detour you away from purchasing Porcelanosa tile, stone as well as the System Pool and Gamma Decor. I assure you, you will enjoy the elegance and beauty for many years. See if maybe you can talk to another rep at a different location about any questions you may have on a particular product and then order from San Jose to avoid any shipping charges. At least until they sort out the C. S. Issue. Maybe starting with management. This particular location used to be so organized and accurate I hope things get back to the way it was. Sorry for the rant.

Great variety. only place on town dedicated to porcelain tile and slabs. very knowledgeable staff. planning to make a big purchase from them. porcelain is now the go to fabric for counters and floors.

No one acknowledges you or asks if you need help. The hanging samples do not have labels identifying what they are, so you cant get the info to help yourself.

Very modern styles only. Nothing I really like there. Everyone likes to talk about them but they dont seem that great to me.

Adding another on the TERRIBLE customer service. The staff at the showroom have little to no energy to help prospective customers and act like answering a question is such a burden. We waited a half hour to get someone to help, at which point they rudely gave answers to pricing and style questions as if it is what it is. Either they had no knowledge of their own products and some similar or more flexible alternatives in terms of price, or they did not want to make an OUNCE of EFFORT. We gave up and decided to research through the site, and found some great alternatives. Im appalled that for the obscene prices here, that they cannot find more professional or friendly salespeople.

Depend on who you talk to, you can get a really friendly service or rude response depend on, I guess how you look/dress.

Heres one more review to add to the rest of the poor customer service reviews! You guys apparently have not done much to improve after all these complaints. Both times I went in, no one bothered to help. Today, a female sales associate in your San Jose location made us feel like she had better things to do than give us a basic quote. There were two gentlemen there busy with customers that seemed like they would have been nice to work with but I wouldnt waste anymore time going back there, especially with prices that high. It seems like others are complaining of a female sales associate too, maybe you should find out who she is...I wish I got her name to post.

We were visiting San Jose and are doing a remodel back home. We were going to order from Porcelanosa but thought we should walk in quickly and see things in person. From the moment we walked in the door, we had a wonderful experience.We were customers of JP and he was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and was able to follow us bouncing ideas off one another. We never felt pressured. Like I said, we didnt have a lot of time in San Jose and we were able to complete our order to our satisfaction with JP. We really appreciate him going above and beyond to find us a shower column and staying in touch regarding shipping costs. This is how easy and breezy remodeling should be!

Big selection of tile, in various sizes. Leading design of porcelain, but of course quieye pricy. Yet they have some simple things on discounted rates.

Great showroom - Yes. Great selection - Yes. Customer service - ZERO starts. We were doing a whole house remodel. Purchased floor tiles, wall tiles, vanities and bathtub. Bath tub has internal damage - took almost a month to just file a claim - and that is after a full month of calling and sending emails into nowhere. Then the sales associate goes on maternity leave, and does not update us nor the replacement sales associate on status of the claim. After countless calls and emails - again into nowhere, I go into the store, and get re-assured that the replacement sales associate will follow up and get back to me by end of the following day - it is now two months after the initial defect complaint. Guess what??? its been a week and a half since he said he will call and update - and there is no call. Again called... again emailed... unable to get ANYONE on the phone. Not something you expect from a such an upscale company for the amount of money they charge for their product.

Really beautiful vignettes. Gets your imagination going and can lead you to some design decisions. Pricing on most inventory is only friendly to high-end clients and homes, if you have to ask how much; you probably cant afford it.I recommend a visit so you can see what you are missing in your dream home. At the very least youll leave with some inspiration.

The sore is beautiful. The service is good. But it’s a pricey place. So we went elsewhere. Yet, I hope to come there again with our next project.

The quality is fine but not worth the crazy price. I can find equally beautiful tiles in Bedrosians. The only advantage Porcelanosa has is a more beautiful showroom. We bought some tiles from them when they were having 40% off and still came out more expensive than other stores. Also, the other comments that mentioned understaffed employees cant be more accurate. We walked around the showroom for 15min without anyone even care to notice us. We visited another store nearby hoping when we came back there would be someone available to help us but later realized thats pure daydreaming. Eventually a lady helped us order some tiles after another ~20min wandering around the showroom.Then, after we installed the tiles, we found we need some more. So I called them and of course the 40% off price is gone (I was able to get sale price from my floor company (35% off) months after my purchase). I asked if I can pick it up the same day the lady said nope. Day after? Lady said probably but I should call them before coming. Hey, ALL other stores give ME a call when product is ready for pickup, even Home Depot. Obviously they think they are better than everyone else, even their customers. Stay away!

No one called back we even submitted a request through their website with no response!Unfortunately the specific material that we are looking Is available only there unless I would be able to find some other places.Customer Service is very poor!We are not happy at all

This place has beautiful tiles. Great design and selection. However some of the associates dont know how to use their internal ordering system and they kept messing up my orders. At the end he got upset with me because he was not able to use the system. If you want to work with someone who is good, please connect with Juan. He rocks!!!

Weve had only experiences with Porcelanosa. The saleswoman weve worked with, Mayra Rios, has been terrific: helpful, creative, not pushy; follows through, offers whats on-sale. The company has delivered precisely as promised; at each step, has dealt with us fairly. No doubt: well be back there again... before AND after our other favorite: Bullnose Tile.

Absolutely miserable company to work with from design and installer perspective. Botched order bad, pushed our project back 5 weeks, did nothing to help out. Worst staff ever as soon as they have your money they do nothing. Will never work on another project with them as a vendor ever.

This is an upscale place so dont expect discounted prices. I liked their little show bathrooms where one can get some ideas. However, unfound their selection of tiles rather limited. Overall, good place but not much to my taste.

Amazing style for tile and vanities. I have worked with the San Jose showroom for over ten years as an interior designer. The sales people and staff are amazing!

They have great products. I remodeled both of my bathrooms to go for a more modern look and they turned out great using the tile, sink and shower fixtures from here. As someone else said, they are not cheap at all and I got a great sale on all of my items, but it looks beautiful. You do have to wait sometimes when you go in the showroom for help and sometimes the follow-up in the San Francisco store is a little slow. The biggest drawback are the shiiping charges if its not a stocked item, these can add up quickly. Also, you cannot pickup items the same day which is another hassle.

The product itself is fairly good. But the service is terrible. I ordered a vanity, faucet and some tiles last month and the sales person promised it would be delivered within 3 weeks. However, things just went behind the schedule. It arrived more than one week later so I had to postpone with my contractor to begin the bathroom remodel project. What made me really angry is how the loading guy did his job. His (his name pronounces as El ) first words to me was park your car quickly. we have a lot of customers and I am the only person to do the loading, I need to get lunch now. When I am struggling to put the back seats in my SUV down, I asked his help. However, his reply was no, I am not supposed to do that. Then he just left the package on the ground and disappeared. At that moment, I have no choice but to resort to store manager. The manager handled this professionally and seems cooperative, but I dont know why he hired such a loading person that never matches the brand name in the first place. I just feel unfair to get such a service when I spent nearly three thousands of dollars on this store.

One of the best places in South Bay in its own category. Fantastic staff and great management. All sales staffs specially, Eloisa, make sure to take care of all your needs. Very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Store manager, Merced, makes sure that everything is in order. I recently had an issue with a delivery, Merced made it his priority to solve it ASAP and without any delay.

Great products and showroom. Not too overwhelming

Warehouse staff is very incompetent. Waiting time is terrible. They warehouse encourages delivery (Additional charge) and not pick-ups. They are not contractor friendly, so if you need just one more box of tiles, plan on killing half a day waiting. I don’t advise my customers to shop there at all.

It is our dream place for remodeling.

Porcelanosa has good tiles but they lack any sort of Customer Support. I made a very big order from Porcelanosa in San Jose and every single tile arrived to my house entirely broken. I contacted their customer representative and had to re-purchase new tiles.They charged me for the new tiles and never reimbursed the old tiles. Several weeks have passed and the customer representative wouldnt answer my phone calls and I had to drive twice from San Mateo to San Jose to ask about the status of my refund. I was told that they are waiting for the refund from their shipping company before they can proceed with the refund to me. This is totally unacceptable for someone who spent several thousand dollars to purchase tiles and almost 200 dollars for shipping. Also, it is impossible to talk to managers because the customer rep wouldnt give me the contact of someone above her.Awful experience, I am continuing to ask for the refund and I will keep everyone posted.Marco Lenoci

Great product but understaffed and a few employees who think they are above everyone. You can never call with a question since you will have to leave a message that wont be returned. If you walk around the showroom nobody will help you.

Extremely poor customer service. The salesperson was repeatedly condescending to us, and acted like we were wasting her time.

When i ordered tile - they didnt think to sell me bullnose for the edges so i had to special order it at an added cost. When i ordered flooring they didnt think to sell me tee strip transitions so again had to special order it. When i needed grout sorry but you have to come back tomorrow They provide no expertise with ordering or the material selection and very poor customer service. .there are much better tile and flooring providers in the same area shop and i will buy elsewhere from now on.

Youre paying for the showroom in the cost of the tile here. Further, the printing process for the patterned tile is surprisingly low resolution. Make sure youve seen options from other manufacturers before you buy anything here.
