Found an ad on CL for this place. They were going out of business. I got 5 cabinets for $150. I went back and got like 20+ cabinet doors for $43! Went back a third time on 12/30/20 and they were finally CLOSED! Boo! Wish I wouldve got more stuff 😢

Nice options but horrible follow through service. This is what I was given as a quote which is useless to me, my architect and my contractor for measurements. Upon contacting Home Expo & Design, they sent me an invoice to pay again without any detail of what I was buying!Do they think Im going to order these items blind? Without knowing what their code means!Again I contacted them asking for items numbers, names, measurements... The essentials I need to provide my contractor for measurements BEFORE ordering. Then Home Expo & Design went silent. Did not respond to my emails or gave any further contact.I got the message that they didnt want my business loud and clear!

The staff at Home Expo & Design are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been wanting to remodel my kitchen and bathroom for a while but I wasnt sure where to begin or what I really wanted. Home Expo really guided me in choosing the right type of tile and materials that looked great together and fit in the space that I needed.

Rude and incompetent. Their mistake cost me $850!I should have known better than to order tiles from Home Expo and Design, the red flags were there as soon as I walked in the door. The big problem was that we ordered tile from them and they gave my contractor the wrong color. When I got home I found out it was the wrong tile and they had to rip it out. This ended up costing me $850 in labor due to all the cuts and destroyed underlayment that had to be replaced.I talked to Robert at the shop (owner/manager?) and at first, he was very sorry and said that we would be refunded the cost of the tile. After a few weeks of back and forth they gave said they would only give us $160 which is nothing compared to the $1100 my contractor charged (rightfully so) for all the work of installing the tile and ripping the wrong stuff out. My wife called and tried to talk to him too and he was rude and arrogant on the phone with her as well. The $160 wasnt even from them, it was from the distributor so that means they still made a profit despite their incompetence of never even looking at the tile costing me $850.On the phone at first I was told they dont check the boxes because this never happens. Then I was told I should be thankful because the distributor rushed me the correct tile (wouldnt have been necessary if they gave me the right stuff first). Later they told me they have to ship back the wrong tile frequently, which leads me to believe they know they get mixed up orders are just too lazy to check they invoices.The real red flag should have been when I asked for a tile sample he demanded I leave a credit card as a deposit for a sample. When I asked about this I was told no tile shop at all will give samples without a deposit. That was BS as my trunk was full of 12 x 24 samples from other shops with no deposits at all.I thought about ordering the same tile online, I found the same tile cheaper (even including shipping) but though that online might lead to more issues, I was sure wrong!! I massively regret ever stepping foot in this shop and urge everyone else to avoid this place at all costs.I also asked about the cost of cabinets they sell and the price was triple of the ones across the street for the same quality. They wanted $2000 for a five-foot vanity, I got one for $600 that looks amazing.Avoid this place like the plague!!

Their custom cabinets are perfectly designed and professionally installed for a reasonable price. They have plumbing fixtures and tile and flooring. Great selection and service!

Shop mis-ordered the quantity of my bathroom tiles despite me sending them very clear emails regarding how much I exactly needed. Their mistake cost me $1000 in delays since the contractor couldnt finish the project in the original timeframe. They only offered me less than $200 in discounts on my make-up order which is laughable.Some staff were friendly and helpful but others (I wont name them here) would just brush you off unless if you were a contractor working on a big project.

They are great to work with, excellent service. Robert really knows his stuff and their tile selection is out of this world.

I had purchased several bathroom items (towel bars, tissue holder...) on March 10, 2018 Saturday and paid in full. Robert said the products should arrive on coming Wednesday March 14 from L.A. I received a phone call few days later from the lady saying they will arrive in 7 days instead for 4 days and I said okay. They promised to call back for the status. Since then, I never received any call from the store. I called today March 22 and the lady said they are not here yet. I have no idea why it takes so long to have the items shipped from LA and it is very bad that they cannot explain. I am very disappointed with their service. I cannot trust them anymore.
