Hi all, my wife and I bought a new 2022 Hyundai Kona from Pedro Montemayor. We both had a wonderful experience! Pedro was fairly new in the field and did a great job for us. He was very honest, very easy to talk to and there was no sales pressure which made our experience even better! Pedro actually took the time to walk us through all the features on the new vehicle. We are not up on all the new technology in cars and it certainly was appreciated. He understands and knows the cars that he sells and we would recommend him to anybody! The service I received from the service and sales teams was impeccable, until I had to engage with the business office. While the sales/service teams were attentive, responsive, and professional, the business team was anything but. Upon receiving my bill I had been charged for services parts not yet completed, and only for an attentive friend were these issues caught. Additionally as my service involved insurance the coordination between their business team and my agency was virtually non existent. After providing the business team extensive documentation on the status of my insurance payment, which I had to coordinate myself, they refused to release my vehicle until they had their money. With no other choice I obliged out of pocket, which was inconvenient but reasonable. The real issues began after they had received the money and no longer valued my business. My check had arrived at their dealership were it languished for over a week with out ANY sort of communication from their business team. I then went to claim my insurance check, which required them to sign for validation. Upon bringing the check to my bank to put this pain away, I was denied due to the business being the primary recipient. This is not entirely on the dealership, however I was explicitly told this would not occur by this business team. When I called to discuss this, the staff was curt and unresponsive. The only option Foundation Hyundai gave me was to come in for the fifth time to give them the check they had already already received payment for, and in “5-7 business days “they would mail me a replacement. All in all the business team could not care any less for their customers once they have your money or be held accountable for their negligence. Find another dealership.

My experience at Foundation Hyundai was fantastic. David was our salesperson, he was very patient and happy to answer any questions we had. To my surprise Sam Mittan the general manager came over to introduce himself, he wanted to make sure we felt comfortable and to see if we had any questions he could answer. I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past and never had a general manager come over and introduce himself.That made my wife and I much more comfortable.That said, I would enthusiastically recommend this Hyundai dealership for purchasing your new vehicle.

Foundation Hyundai is a great place to buy a car. The salesperson that we did business with was very nice, helpful, and informative. He offered water and food as well so it left a nice impression on my family. We selected a great car thanks to the help we received from him and the manager. Going through paperwork took longer than expected but it was a busy day so that was not an issue. Overall 5/5 experience and would recommend visiting here if you need a vehicle.

I had a great experience at this location. Vince, my salesman, was an absolute gem and got me into the perfect car for what I needed. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, as was everyone else I interacted with there. While waiting to finish up all the paperwork, he helped me hook my phone up to my new car, answered all my questions, and walked me around to show me where to go when I come back to service my vehicle. I left that day with a great car and a place to recommend to others looking to buy new vehicles.

William our salesperson was incredible! He was full of knowledge and enthusiasm. He was also very compassionate and even bribed a detail tech to help us get our vehicle on Saturday instead of waiting till Monday. Being out of state and in town on a family emergency this was incredibly helpful and appreciated! We purchased a beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe and are totally in love with the vehicle! Ive never been so excited to drive home! Bryan in finance was great, though Butch was a little lack-luster and could have been more patient in training with him, it was a little awkward from a customer stand point. As someone who has bought a couple cars in my life, this is experience was probably the worst I have ever had. It has been severely difficult to get anything I need from Madison, and when I think that I am all set and done with the paper work she contacts me saying that they forgot to have me sign this and that when it has been close to three weeks since buying the car.I have for three weeks asked for documents that I want to keep with my paperwork and she keeps emailing or texting me pictures of the documents from her personal hotmail account and personal cell phone. For three weeks I have asked for the service and oil change mileage to make sure I stay within the parameters of the lifetime powertrain warranty they offer and she still hasnt gotten it for me. I keep getting an attitude from her because she already sent me a picture of the document.They also gave me SOMEONE ELSES temporary REGISTRATION!!!!! This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! I cant even register my car because of their incompetence to do their jobs properly and make sure everything is in order. Considering you are dealing with my personal information and addresses, you have put me at risk, and now someone probably has my temporary registration.My significant other and I bought two different cars from here on two separate transactions, and Madison has been asking me to retrieve certain financial records from my significant other when she needed to be getting ahold of my significant other herself. I find that to be completely unprofessional, considering that is breaching the privacy between my significant other and I. This has been a poorly managed and completely unprofessional transaction for me and my significant other.The car is nice and seems to be working great, but the overall the people seem to be severely unprofessional and dont seem to know anything when you ask them.Bryan from the finance center has been super helpful, professional, organized and overall on top of his game. I give Bryan 5 stars, but Madison I would give negative stars if I could.

I actually had a fun time buying a car! I originally came in because I had already test driven the Tucson Hybrid elsewhere, and was still undecided if this was the car I wanted to purchase. When I came in for another test drive, Jenny came with me and showed me all the fun features, many of which I had no idea about! She and Pedro worked to get me information about incoming vehicle availability and pricing, and never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase on that day.A few days later I decided to purchase one of the cars they had incoming, and Pedro walked me through the whole process quickly, and was so enjoyable to talk to while we waited for paperwork and things to go through. When my car arrived they let me know right away, and Jenny got me in and out with my new car quickly!Both Jenny and Pedro seemed to actually enjoy working with me, they werent pushy, and they were both knowledgeable about the vehicles and the entire process.

How unfortunate that my first car buying experience has been nothing but a disappointment and a migraine. Poor customer service, bought a Santa Fe here and have done every maintenance they have suggested and have not missed one. Engine recall I was never warned about until I tow my car in. 2.5 months later after sitting before getting a new engine I bring it home and it has several other issues. Mind you none of them were happening when I paid $700 for the 60k mile maintenance or when the car was towed in. Now they want me to pay $160 for their tech to take a look at my vehicle and $800 for them to fix these issues. No thanks! I will find a honest service place.

I couldnt have more contempt for a buisness if you can call this dealership a buisness. Called made a service appointment quick and easy. After that everything went downhill from the 5 1/2 weeks of having to call to get updates on a service they had the replacement parts after 3 days. To getting the run around every time I called. Not once were my emails answered. Having to spend a LOT of the little money my wife and I have just to get to and from work. And to top it all off after 1 day. 1 DAY!!!!! THE PROBLEM CAME BACK!!!! With me to only assume that the clutch they replaced was never fixed just given back. I would rather walk for the rest of my life than to deal with Foundation again. Ill freely tell anyone looking to buy or service a hyundai to avoid with all honesty

I’ve been looking for a Nissan High top commercial van for 6 months or so and these guys had one in stock. Tyler was the one that helped us out with the purchase and the service he provided was exceptional! We live in Windsor (about an hour away from this store) and Tyler offered to deliver the van a few days later as they still needed to detail the van. I almost gave a 3 star rating because the first service advisor I was working with when I checked in my vehicle was not very friendly she came across like She was doing me favor to get greet me and get my vehicle checked in for service. However things changed when I was I checking out after my vehicle was done. The second adviser was a young man with a beard. He was great he answered all my questions he went out out of his way to show me things on my vehicle very friendly and very respectful.

Honestly, one of the rudest experiences Ive had at a dealership. I went in for a test drive of the Tucson Hybrid, which was great. What was not great however, was the way the sales people talked down to me saying how I couldnt afford the car. What they fail to disclose (unless you ask) is the $5k markup they add to the MSRP of the car, which therefore makes it out of my price range. They also charge a $600 DNH fee, be careful of those. I asked multiple times how to place an order for the future as I dont NEED a car right now, was just trying to figure out if I liked the model first. They acted like I was pulling teeth and didnt explain the order process at all. I ended up finding a better dealer with NO markups to MSRP and NO DNH fees. Kaylee was actually great and very personable, but somehow the only girl working at this dealership. Dont waste your time here. For reference I worked with William. I have no qualms about displaying names. Shameful.

I went to AutoNation Hyundai because I’ve always had my car serviced at this dealership. I was a little disappointed when Esteban, who I had an appointment with was too busy and I felt passed off to another salesman. Andrew was very respectful and attentive and I felt that he took care of us as quickly as he can. The wait time seemed long but I just felt that was usual for a dealership on a Saturday afternoon on a day we were expecting a storm, which is why I was there. My son and husband assured me that Hyundai was the place to buy because they offer the best warranty on new vehicles. I absolutely love my new Palisade and glad that I bought it from them. Kevin I’m finance was phenomenal and the manager, Bob came out to meet and greet us as we packed our things in our new car. Andrew was great and he got the car I wanted delivered on a Saturday so I could bring it home that day. Very Frustrating going here to have recall on my Sante Fe dealt with. I had a small leak in my radiator and had not replaced it yet but did not want to miss my recall appointment so I drove it there to have the recall fixed. The Service folks were nice but did not inform me it would take as long as it did.I told them if it was going to take much longer than 60 minutes I would need to come back and drop off at later time. She then asked if I wanted the Free courtesy inspection? Bad Mistake when I said Sure why not.Nearly 3 hours later they finally said it was all set to go. Well I was glad at least I would not have to come back. Service Tech Was Jordan and he listed everything checked out great except for an oil leak that needed immediate attention due to oil All over engine. I knew it had a small valve cover leaking and had used almost 1/4 quart in the last 18 months, so no biggie. What I needed was a new radiator which BTW Jordan checked off the Core was good and all fluids were fine. I then drove off and was going to get an e-test but wanted to see how bad the radiator leak was so stopped to check under the hood. It was still leaking but now was flowing out the overflow tank which was now missing the Cap! I knew the cap was on there before my dealership visit because I checked the fluid level right before I pulled into the service center. As I looked all over my extremely clean engine bay which was just washed due to radiator leaking I could not find it? I thought Jordan must have set it aside somewhere after checking the fluids. I drove back to Foundation Hyundai and asked Katie to see if Jordan had set it somewhere?Well to my surprise Katie told me that Jordan did not actually touch anything under the hood and was able to check & test all the fluids with out touching anything? I showed Katie where Jordan had checked that the fluid looked nice and green and asked how did he know that? She said from the leak spraying out of the perfectly fine core he listed?I KNOW for a FACT the cap was there and Jordan had just forgot to put it back on but they would not help so I then said well I need the parts dept now the and buy a new one. After checking the Vin and selling me a $5 cap it did not fit right? Lucky for me I had my friend with me that said try switching with the power steering cap which fit great? Same cap size? It was the rubber in the top of cap that made it fit right. Back to the parts dept again and had to ask him if there was a separate part for the cap?He checked again and then said he did not see it does have a rubber piece for an additional $3+ bucks Ouch! Well for $8 bucks I now have they same cap I had when I got there and they have a very upset never customer again that will tell ten friends to tell ten friends ect...To Katie I hope the $8 was worth a bad review and to Jordan I Know You know it was just a simple mistake no big deal.Long Story Short..! Foundation Hyundai does not respect customer service, Please tell your friends to go somewhere else.

$996.00 to replace the 6 spark plugs in my 2009 V-6 Sonata - over $1,000.00 to replace both valve cover gaskets. $75.00 to reprogram my key fob after the battery was replaced. I didnt pay any of this, or will I at this dealership. I purchased the 2009 Sonata new in November 2008 at this same dealership and the car has performed nicely. I put about 3,000 miles PER YEAR on the vehicle since I have retired and am planning on keeping it for as long as I can for as long as I continue to drive. Im now 72 years old. I have used this dealership many times in the past for oil changes and minor things. Oil changes range from about $45.00 on up depending on what they up-sell you for. Had a few arguments with the (out of her league) service writer and had to wait about a month to get the appointment that I had yesterday (April 29, 2021). Asked when the next service date would be available and the service writer told me they were booking in August 2021 at this point. With the pandemic going on and lots of folks out of work, this can only mean that they have very few service techs or there are literally thousands of people scrambling for service appointments at this specific Hyundai dealership. Im sure there is a vast reservoir of out of work and financially struggling folks just waiting to spend money at this place. I went back to this dealership yesterday to get rear disc brake pads replaced and wanted factory rated pads and a good target if something went wrong with the brakes. I did get 116,650 miles out of the original brake disc pads on the rear wheels. Since I only get the cars oil changed once a year, I decided that I could afford to have the dealership also do the oil change, replace the engine air filter, cabin air filter and the windshield wiper blades at the same. Total that I paid was $480.48. Seems like a lot to me, but the cars maintenance is only once a year. Will I be going back for anything relative to the upkeep of my 2009 Hyundai Sonata? I think not. Too rich for my retired blood.

I came in for a recall on my Hyundai Tucson. Kate was very attentive and helpful. Everyone was very friendly while I waited to be checked in. When I came back to pick it up, one of the service techs drove my car back to the service area so I didnt have to walk to pick it up. I am handicapped, so this was very helpful and much appreciated! Kate recognized me and asked how my day was. Overall, it was a great experience! I will definitely be back for any future oil changes or other issues!

Called because my starter wasnt working and they said my 5 year warranty on my 2 year old car didnt cover it because it was bought pre-owned, which was false. The guy on the phone went from perky to noticeably rude and annoyed, presumably because a warranty-covered repair isnt profitable for him. Called Boulder Hyundai a minute later and it was night and day, they were incredibly friendly and helpful and are now fixing my car. Hope this review will be helpful for customers in my situation.

We decided we were ready to purchase a Santa Fe. I called to make sure they had the style vehicle I wanted. The gentleman I spoke to said they did. My husband and I went straight there. I let the salesman that greeted us know that we were there to purchase the Blue Santa Fe I had called about. He looked everywhere and couldnt find the car, but had the key. He said he didnt know where it was. He ended up finding out that it had been lent out. I asked when it would be back and he said he didnt know, but he could call me when it came in. I asked if we could still get the 4th of July weekend incentives if we purchased it later in the week when it returned and the salesman said no. I then told him I was going to go somewhere else, becasue we were ready to purchase and if they couldnt offer the incentives later in the week, then I was going to go somewhere else. He said ok, sorry we couldnt help. I was very disapointed that he didnt try and talk to us about another Santa Fe, ask about extending the incentives for us since we were told the car was there and it wasnt or even try to keep us as a customer. The staff was very nice, but I dont feel there was any interest in selling me a car.

I had an oil change on 3/20/21. There was no waiting. I waited in the customer waiting room, and the work was finished in the time expected. The young man that handled my visit was wonderful. The low tire light had come on in my car, and he assured me they would take care of it. At the end of the visit he explained the vehicle review sheet.It is time for the chairs in the waiting room to be replaced. The worn edges are unsettling to see, and it created a small feeling of lack of confidence.

I made an internet enquiry about a new Hyundai. The e-commerce manager, Zee, contacted me almost immediately, followed up on every question and information request, and always stayed in touch. Even his sales manager, Sean ODonnell, personally reached out to help me understand the deal they could offer and answer questions. No pressure, transparent, and a pleasure to deal with. Though I decided not to buy now because the car I really want will not be available until later this year, I will call Zee first when the time comes.

I stopped in to have the oil changed in my wife’s Kona. I asked if they could also wash the car after it was done and that I’d even pay extra for it. The service writer said no problem we’ll get it hand washed for you.When I came to pick up the car I was a little surprised that it hadn’t been washed. I thought to myself, was the oil change done yet? I know it’s not a huge deal but it makes you think what else wasn’t completed.It’s cool I’ll wash it myself.

Everyone at Hyundai 104 was super polite and helpful! Everyone was well spaced out and were following the current CDC guidelines. They also sanitize the building twice a day. Due to the pandemic, they let you test drive the car for 30 mins by yourself.Ryan was super helpful and recommended certain packages that fit our needs. Before coming in to see the car, he followed up with me multiple times about what I was looking for in a car and was insightful.

These people DO NOT have it together. Multiple salespeople gave me conflicting information about pricing and Im being completely ignored by the manager after leaving several messages.I was looking for a new vehicle coming in and was told by multiple salespeople that there would be no addendums (i.e. upcharge over MSRP) on the car after specifically asking about it. I rushed up to Westminster to go test drive a similar version of the car to be certain I wanted to pre-purchase or reserve it. When I called first thing the next morning to pre-purchase, I was told by a new salesperson that they were up-charging for it. When I explained the conflicting information I was given, they said the manager would call me back. Well its been 2 days and I havent heard anything after calling and leaving 2 messages for him. This market is very competitive right now with the limited inventory, and its beyond frustrating to get so close to purchasing, get a bait and switch on pricing, and then be completely ignored.If youre looking for a new vehicle in this tough market, dont bother with these people unless you absolutely have to.

I went into the dealership for a simple anti-lock brake controller recall service. I allowed them to do a complimentary inspection. They told me I needed a new battery. I asked if driving 8miles in 2deg weather would have degraded the battery temporarily, didn’t get a good answer. Decided this could be an setup so skipped. 10mins later they told another person in the waiting area the same thing. When work was complete the service rep asked if I’d fill in a survey and told me “You must give me a 5-start (top) rating or I could get fired”. I was already a bit frustrated and then to hear him tell me how to rate them really bothered me. I blame the dealership for having this rating policy! Then I get in the SUV and find all my radio stations are gone, as they, without my permission, disconnected my battery. They should have asked me if they could disconnect it for the test. If so, minimally taken 3-pictures of the station screen settings and best service reprogrammed it for me. So for a simple recall that required no actual part replacement I was pretty frustrated. So I’m using the 1-5 rating the way it’s intended and dropping this to 3. Have had better experience here in the past, but still have a trust/price issue and get all my general work done elsewhere.

Employee wiped down common public areas many times while Iwas waiting for my car. Employees were polite and wore masks. Employees were positive and you could tell they enjoyed working at Hyundai.

7/1/2021- STILL NO RESPONSE TO A SIMPLE QUESTION. Is Hyundai going to cover the engine under its warranty? This car has been in their possession since June 12th, 2021.Reply to business 6/25/2021- My sister got a hold of the service manager after leaving 4 voicemails. The service manager said that they cant even access their voicemails. VERY unprofessional. Still got the same excuse that they just moved and really busy. My sister keeps getting the same runaround. Its such a simple question: Is Hyundai going to fix the car under warranty or not? Why does that take nearly a month to find out? We dropped the car off on the 12th of June and got a phone call, mind you only after my sister called and asked for service records which were provided on that same Friday the 19th. Again, her car just sat there for a week while your service team did nothing. We are getting really sick of hearing the excuse of we just moved and we are really busy. Why make an appointment then? It is now June 25th with no end in sight. Again, AVOID this dealership at all costs. It really is a shame that they were able to take the Auto Nation ratings.Reply to business response- Why would I have to call MEDVED KIA? That phone number is for a dealership in Wheat Ridge. What does that have to do with Foundation or whatever you call yourself now?This review is for the service department.My sister made an appointment to drop off her 2015 Elantra. Her car was smoking and starting to have problems with the engine. This appointment was made for Saturday June 12th, 2021 at 11am. We dropped the car off and heard nothing until we called on Friday June 18th. They said they needed the records of service for the car which was emailed to the service lady on that Friday morning. Again, no word from them. We have tried to call today and only get to their voicemail. When we did talk on Friday, I heard the same excuse from others about them being new and are busy. What does that have to do with my appointment at 11am?So my sisters car has been sitting on their lot for nearly 2 weeks and nothing has been done. These people hardly answer their phone and do not respond to voicemails. All my sister wants to know is if the warranty would cover the engine problems or if she needs to get a new car. Why does that take nearly 2 weeks to figure out?AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

My experience with the sales team and manager was outstanding! I unfortunately Hyundai service determined that my 2015 Sante Fe was a non covered item that required total engine replacement at 95k miles (13k to repair) that made me question my loyalty to the brand, while I “own” a portion of the issue none was considered on their behalf and subject matter was closed resulting me buying out the loan over $12k and a purchase of new car that gave me $1k for trade in (which does not reflect on sales team, yet more of a stand by the Hyundai commitment of quality and empathy on the situation. To date no measures taken for service recovery... extremely disappointing.

After many email exchanges and phone calls, I was told that I needed to follow up with Hyundai myself to see where my part is. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Services were completed faster than I expected. I will not hesitate to return for any additional service issues in the future. Well AutoNation finally fixed the car but had it about a month trying to figure out how to fix it, they did give me a loaner in the mean time which was nice. However after 2 days of picking up my car I found myself in a grocery store parking lot the and the car would not start. Tried starting it for 20 minutes and finally started up. The next day I took the car to Big O Tires and they found that the battery cables were loose and also the ignition starter wiring was also loose, obviously when AutoNation replaced the transmission etc they neglected to make sure everything was nice and tight. Big O Tires was able to tighten them up for me and I have had no problems thus far but still keeping my fingers crossed that I will not have any further problems with this Ford Fusion.

Worst customer service ever. Dropped my car off over a week ago for recal service and they still have not even looked at it. When I spoke to the person today I asked why, she was making excuses, saying that they were getting to many drop offs. When I asked how a drop off today had anything to do with my appointment last week, she got mad at me and hung up. Stay far far away.

Trust me take your car in to get a problem fixed waste 4 hours and the problem comes back the next day. Ive left messages for the service guy a total of fifteen messages to not get a phone call back. Ive left a message for the service manager and a shocking surprise no call back. Tomorrow I will call the general manager and make a complaint of the lack of customer service Ive received. So. word to the wise find a different Hyundai dealership to do your business at. Tell everyone you know to never give business to the so-called dealership.

Went in this past weekend looking for a 2021 limited palisade. Tony helped me and was amazing! I was looking for a specific color and Tony as well as the manager did everything to find that combination. Ultimately, I went with a different color combination that they had on site.
