The drinks were delicious! I definitely recommend the brown sugar milk tea with oat milk substitution. You can make modifications to drinks and add a lot of different stuff to them. Awesome place to stop for a sweet treat and we got pizza from the place next door.

This place was really tasty! PLENTY of bubbles. If you dont like your tea too sweet, make sure to opt for 50% sweetness, as when I got 75% it was still too much. Contactless ordering is a breeze.Lovely packaging design and quick service. Outdoor seating is a nice touch, but wish there was a trash can nearby. Definitely coming back here again.

They have outdoor sitting now. We ended up here after our tour in Golden Gate Park. And we find it so delicious! Their boba is small and little. Their black sugar milk tea is so sweet. We have to order two for both of us. And we had some pizzas next to it. Its a great combo. The huge boba outside the shop is funny. Its eye-catching. You cant miss it. Love ya.

I always order the Iron Buddha milk tea, with whole milk and 75% sweet, it is just amazing with a strong tea flavor and not too strong on sweetness level. Always quick and efficient, one of my favorite boba spots in the city!! Definitely come try it out and support local business during the pandemic

I happened to find this place near me and we decided to give it a try. We ordered through the website. We ordered a white gourd milk tea, red bean milk slush, and two of their egg waffles. When I ordered through the website, it seems there are some discrepancies, since they called and said that the milk we chose wasnt possible. It wasnt a big deal. The two drinks were pretty good not overly sweet. We were impressed by the quality of the cups. The boba was pretty good too, cooked just right. Unfortunately, the egg waffles were disappointing. They werent really filled well and were cold by the time we got them, even though it was only shortly after ordering.

Good bubble tea spot, its a bit far out of town but worth the drive. Had their Mountain high milktea with less sweet sugar level and loved it! The milktea is rich with nice aroma of the tea. Also additional points for the service, I unintendedly left my shopping bags there and realized quite late, the staff helped keep the items for me.

Loved it. They actually use quality mid-grade loose tea tea instead of powder. Like so many places in the Bay Area- you can adjust sweetness level.. would someplace in LA please start doing this! All the salty cheese. They do a good job of keeping the salt subtle. Shake it before you start drinking so the cheese can mix in. Salty cheese sounds so gross, needs a more suitable name.

I love their teas and their drinks. One thing I didnt like it that their stamp card for a free drink is not for a free drink...... its for MAX $4 off. Prices are good. Selection is wide. Food is okay. I usually go here to hang out with friends, not for food. Service is hit or miss with who you have and where youre sitting. If you speak Chinese, it helps you out a lot. But if you dont, its a bit harder. You can also get hot pot up here, which I love. Every time Im here just for dessert, I get a whiff of the hot pot broth and my mouth waters. Sometimes they had a special where they have a box of ping pong balls with various deals on them, and you pick them out blindly before you pay your bill. Not sure if they do this anymore but it was cute. I had 50% off my bill once. Great place to hang with friends. I keep going back because its open late and is cheap.

Literally the only good boba place in the city. Never been disappointed.Drawbacks is that theres a long line usually because they make each drink to order. If you try ordering ahead with yelp, chances are they wont see it and will start on your drink once you get there and ask for it. My love for boba has made me do crazy things. I would drive miles and miles for a good boba place or I would pay crazy amount of money for boba.Today I paid the most I ever paid for boba, $6.85 for a tie kuan yin milk tea with boba and egg pudding 75% sweetness and regular ice. I like it a lot, it reminds me of TP tea in Cupertino, they have the same exact flavor. Super creamy and good tea flavor. But I dont know how I feel about paying almost $7 for a cup of boba... the time will eventually come where boba prices be close to $10 and Im not ready for it.Theres very limited metered parking, you can order take out on yelp and park in red zone and run like hell inside and pick it up. Thats what I did.

Still my go-to boba tea shop in SF and probably the Bay area for having the strongest and most bitter tea flavor in milk tea drinks. Their boba is just the right amount of chewiness not too soft and tough enough. Ill say it again their teas here are STRONG so for some people who prefer more diluted sugary teas they might not like LS milk teas. I strongly prefer a bitter tea taste but thats my preference.Located right on Geary so its in a high traffic area. Parking is challenging coming here so I recommend Muni or expect to circle around a while to find parking. Just a block away from Clement and all the restaurants there so great place to swing by after eating a meal nearby.Prices have gone up a bit recently and they did away with their stamp card rewards. I still come here when Im craving a strong and authentic milk tea.

Ive lived and worked in HK and Taiwan for almost two decades and so am hard to please when it comes to tea. I had hot roasted oolong milk tea 25% sweetness with boba and it was not bad. The boba was slightly on the soft side and the tea could have been hotter. But, as others attest, the tea has good robust flavour. The staff take care in preparing the tea so please be patient in your wait. Upon a return visit, I found the tea not as good as my first visit. So, consistency might be an issue. And the tea is still not hot enough.
