I worked at a Krispy Kreme when I visited here and it was really fun to visit the largest one in the US. Very pricey but what can you expect from San Fran?

Who likes Donut? If you like donuts this place is the place to go. Amazing donuts and tons of options! The facilities are clean. Staff is helpful even when you go in very early :) definitely check this place out when you’re in Fisherman’s Wharf. Surprisingly the coffee was good too. If you goEarly the place is pretty empty.

Yoooo Krispy Kreme is literally the best in every way. Were talking about donuts perfected to the max!! This is a must for being so close to downtown SF! KK is the best!!!!🍩🍩🍩🍩 And also.. the baristas are SUPER friendly. Please let the manager know that hes picking some good people 👌👌!

How could I describe my visit to the country’s biggest Krispy Kreme in the country? Fantastic! Staff was really nice, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable. One jelly filled donut later with friends and family and everyone had enjoyed their time here. Would highly recommend it to anyone in the Warf area.Luke E

Mmm yummy. I always love some Krispy Kreme doughnuts and this awesome location makes them even better. The best are the glazed doughnuts and if you are looking for something special get the raspberry or lemon filling.

Its Krispy Kreme!!😋 Clean, very, very big place and yummy donuts. What else is there to say. Other than, go have a burger at the In n Out Burger place next to it then have your dessert. It is the largest Krispy Kreme, I think. Go in just for the ambiance.

Great place and very spacious to sit.Quite entertaining watching the donuts being made. Only problem is that my donut was a bit cold, so I’d recommend asking for one out of the fresh batch.The original glaze by far’s the best!

Okay so I decided to get donuts I paid $20 for a dozen of donuts 🍩 that’s COLD AND NOT FRESH!? So I asked the Asian lady that took my order can she warm them in the microwave she laughed and said we don’t have a microwave then I asked can she put them in the oven she laughed again and said the oven don’t work ! So I’m like wow so everyone in front of us got high level service but when it came to me and my friend to get donuts our service level was a McDonald’s service level (IS THAT IT?I thought this would have been a great 👍🏾 experience but it wasn’t

I went to this place last Monday before I go to work. The girl worked at the window handed me a box of freshly made/ still warm donuts with a very big smile- yes I can tell she was smiling even with the mask on! She sure brighten my day- whenever I am working with patients I always recall that beautifulsmile and I try to give a smile to my patients and my colleagues too. With this covid 19 going on, we sure dealing with lots of stress and anxiety. Thankful to the company like Krispy Kreme - add some donuts to sweeten our not so sweet days!!

I grew up with Krispy Kreme. As a young adult I lived seven blocks from their very first donut shop in Atlanta on Ponce De Leon. All the new KK shops in California impress the hell out of me with how clean they are, I have to remind myself that they are not all 50 years old!

Loved our walks to Pier 39-always made it a tradition to grab a half dozen donuts here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

$2.75 for 1 small donut? that’s crazy expensive. No wonder the place was near empty on a Saturday at 1pm.

I get to grab a Krispy Kreme donut anytime that Im in the States. This store did not disappoint. Somebody in line mentioned that is one of the largest stores in the USA. Cool if its true.The donut was great as always. Its fun to check out the colors and designs on the donuts.

This is probably the cleanest Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been in! With touches of San Francisco and the scent of delicious doughnuts, this location is welcoming!Whether you’re craving a traditional glazed doughnut or something fancier, Krispy Kreme has just the right doughnut for you. Their employees are very helpful, too. I will definitely visit this location again the next time I’m in town.

Our kids loved seeing the process of how the donuts were being made. The whole shop was decorated in Christmas still. The only downfall was the donuts were a little stale. The best donut was the strawberry with sprinkles you could actually taste the strawberry which was amazing. They do need to keep up on wiping down the tables we went in during an off hour and it seemed that they struggled to keep the tables cleaned.

Very cool! Walls of donuts. The smells are very tempting. This store has a huge selection of merchandise. Theres even a photo area!!! A giant donut in front of freshly baked Krispy Kreme donuts rolling along a conveyor belt going under the glaze waterfall. 🤣😆

These doughnuts cant be compare because theyre so good, so thats that. But the only thing that surprised me is that they had like a window on the side of the store to order doughnuts. So right now, the inside is closed. There are signs that will direct you to the walk-thru window.

Very cool location! Seeing fresh donuts come off the presses is really cool.Wish employees warned us to wait a little before eating a very fresh, original donut because its basically a warm oil exterior for about 20 minutes... then its amazing.

Probably my favorite Krispy Kreme location. The store is beautiful inside and out and has hints of the Bay Area influence. There is a ton of merch, as well as donuts, and theyre always fresh and eye pleasing. There are a fair number of seats and tables indoors as well, which makes it great for a pit stop if youre not on the go.#donuts

Nice coffe shop to visit, youll find donuts of every flavour and shape you would imagine. When the weather is cold this would be a good place to visit and have a break after a long walk around the city.

This is by far the cleanest donut shop I’ve ever been to! If you want hot and ready, this shop is cranking it out! It’s a great place for families and big kids alike. You can see the donut making process start to finish! They also have clean restrooms and outlets to charge your electronics.

I missed these donuts SO much while we were living overseas! Theyre such a treat. I love the classic glazed and the chocolate glaze. We were disappointed that the factory wasnt running, though. But they validate parking!

Krispy Kreme used to be in local markets. Now I have found their dedicated retail outlet. I got a half dozen of their basic glazed doughnuts and a souvenir carry bag from their gift shop. Its a good stop if you are near Anchorage Square in Fishermans wharf.

They charged us for four donuts and didnt even tell us there was a deal if we buy 3 or 6! The donuts were still good as usual, but I wish the cashier had said something...

Dont go thinking you are always going to hot donuts. Not the case. If they are hot, they are just ok.

Donuts were soft sugary and delicious! An asian male ( I think he mightve been manager?) helped me and a friend of mine with some problems we were having with our rewards app. It was really nice of him. They offer different souvenirs and other beverages, making this place a must go in Fisherman’s Ward! The selection of donuts is something that you will desire to have in your local one.

Clean shop with 24hr walk-up window in the heart of fisherman wharf. This location was home to past tenant Hooters and Dicks Last Resort. Employees are quick and knowledgeable will get your order under three minutes top. This location has the iconic GGB in background as well as back wall city of SF theme. Kids will have fun going in and out of bronze donut on display. All-around partition glass for that close up view of production assembly. I personally like the cafe section were you can wash donuts down with traditional handcrafted beverages. Dont forget to grab a folding paper hat as souvenir.

Im on vacation in San Francisco, without realizing forget my wallet with credit cards, id, etc. in this place. I was aware of what happened one hour later when I went to pay to another place. It scares me a lot because without my id I could not take my plane back. When I return to the store, the manager handed me my wallet with the money and IDs. Saved my life. Thank you very much for your honesty and for the service.

Based in fishermans walf in San Francisco. A very large sized krispy Kreme. Extremely clean. Tons of space to eat inside and a takeout kiosk makes this one of the fastest service krispy Kreme. Service excellent. Staff are great and the product. Well their products is know internationally.

Theres usually a long wait. Cashiers tend to ignore people waiting in line even though there are multiple cashiers available. People at the front of the line are indecisive and there is no initiative on behalf of the staff to manage the line or situation. Maybe they havent been provided the tools to do so by management. Donuts often taste stale. The glaze is more like goop. Not the quality Im used to with Krispy Kreme.

Disappointing! I had some expectations that it would be like the one in Daly City. Nope! Wow, a full 20 bucks for a dozen glazed donuts. Way too much. I would expect $15 but $20. I could go to a small mom and pop donut shop and get a dozen for less than $10.They only had regular coffee or decaf. I wanted either a latte or mocha. They could of had someone make them.At the time I went, their bathroom was being fixed. One of the employees told me there was one outside, but I could not find it.The only time probably to come here is to get a couple of donuts after going to the burger joint next door.Ughhhh!

It is the paradise of doughnuts. Whatever flavor, whatever design. If you purchase a pack of 6, you get a box free the next time you buy another pack of six. This time you get to choose from the production line. If you wanna indulge, this is the place to come. I love the hats too. Cool way to get a picture when youre feasting on the doughnuts. You can grab coffee too if you want to.
