Excellent chocolate!!! My favorites are the bittersweet cocoa nib bar and toffee coffee dark milk chocolate bar. But I have loved every Charles chocolate bar I have tried. I ordered a bunch when I could no longer find them anywhere near by. The speed and quality of shipping was great, especially at the flat rate. Even though I ordered the chocolate in the summer, they arrived in perfect shape.

My wife Andrea loves chocolate and believes Charles chocolate covered almonds are the best she has ever had. I ordered 5 packages of them and they were melted in the Phoenix sun. I called their customer service and was blown away with their response. They resolved it above and beyond our expectations. With all the big companies around these days, organizations like Charles Chocolates, who deliver personalized service combined with great value, are few and far between. We will be lifelong customers and tell everyone we meet where to find the best chocolate combined with the best company.

I have been a loyal fan of Charles Chocolates since 2019. Their chocolate are always of high quality, smooth and at the appropriate sweetness. I absolutely love their products and also often buy their chocolate (e.g., Gianduja blocks) as gifts for family and friends.One thing that I want to highlight is their excellent customer service. I have recently ordered some of the chocolates online and later had some concerns of the delivery. I emailed their office manager – Destine Karamehmet – about my concerns and Destine responded very quickly with care and clear explanation. I was very impressed with their professional customer service and also their great products.

Super pricey but very cool chocolate shop and factory. Would have liked to try their afternoon tea but only stopped by on a Monday. Bought the travel smores which is perfect for popping under the grill - a cute gift!

We have a fantastic and unique deli in Michigans most famous college town - Ann Arbor - GO BLUE!  Zingermans Deli finds all of the best treats and food around the globe!  They carried Charles Toffee Chocolate Macadamias until I either bought them all out, or the weather became too hot to ship.In a nutshell (pardon the pun) Charles Toffee Macadamias are life changing incredible! Im not actually a macadamia fan - give me pistachios or almonds any day - which is why I initially ordered only one package from Zingermans.  I opened them, 3...2...1...gone, and called Zings back to order 10 more packages.  Then, they were sold out, so I had to locate the actual shop in San Fran (my favorite city in the U.S.)!In addition to FANTASTIC customer service, by the inimitable and amazing Destine, all of the products are beyond delicious!  And the icing on the cake?  They only charged $5 shipping to Michigan, including a refrigerator pack and ice packs to protect the chocolate!  So, of course I stocked up, then ordered again for my sisters, who are now seriously indebted to me, even though THEY went to the other Michigan university...ugh!The Mendiants and other bars are equally tantalizing.  I imagine that all of their products have the same pristine quality and are absolutely delectable!  Please give Charles Chocolates a try - you are nuts if you dont!

These chocolates will satisfy even the most discerning chocolaholic. My personal favorite (Im also a coffee fiend), is the coffee toffee dark chocolate bar. You can taste the coffee at first bite and all the way through. And the toffee is handmade. Only the best ingredients are used in all the products. Chuck is a really nice guy, too, eager to talk about anything to do with his business.

They make amazing chocolate goodies, its makes it own chocolate for all candies. Variety of different treats, that taste like heaven.

Came here with a couple friends for some afternoon tea and enjoyed the experience. The paired board of food has a nice balance of sweet and savory items. If you end up eating, get the tea instead of the hot chocolate to avoid a sweet overload.

Came here for afternoon tea. Its one of the best tea services Ive had. $36 bucks per person (tax included). You have to buy tickets ahead of time on their website.Every item that came were made from top notch ingredients. Samovar teas, 4505 meats, Tartine bread, etc. I just wish it came with a small fruit salad in addition to what we had.The staff there are super nice but not exactly attentive. We had to get up and go ask for things a few times.Great baked goods and chocolates. Would be back very soon.

I went for a chocolate tour a few years ago and enjoyed learning about their chocolate making process. Their salted caramels are very delicious.

The chocolates and baked goods are decadent and very rich, and a bit pricey. There is a big, dog friendly area outside with picnic tables. The owner is really nice.

Best hot chocolate in town even if it is $5. Its thick and sweet with marshmallows on top if thats your jam.

Chuck makes the best chocolates on the planet. Period. He uses the top ingredients in everything he makes. Weve bought a dozen different items at least. Our favorite is the chocolates in a chocolate box. How can you lose?

Salted caramel! You can walk in and sometimes you can get a tour. Its small but cute to see behind the curtain.

I highly recommend the salted caramel chocolates. I know, I know, youve had them, blah blah blah, BUT(!) you get two kinds in the gift box: the regular kind, and ones where the caramel has been infused with bitter chocolate. Sooooo gooooood.... Also, the gift box is pretty fancy with the magnetic flap to open and close. Great gift idea!

They are no longer retail here only factory. They should update the listing before sad people walk all the way here the day before Valentines day...

I first tried their smores and hot chocolate at Outside Lands. Im so glad theyre back. The triple chocolate almonds are a great snack. My friends and I usually have a religious experience when eating their chocolate.

Really good place for gourmet chocolate lovers...I like the hazelnut and almond flavors.

The brunch here was delicious although it was a bit cold outside and the heaters werent all working.
