If you’re a sprint customer don’t go to this store.. you’re just gonna waste 30 minutes of your life, if you’re lucky.. very unprofessional crew.. above all of that there is only meter parking around, so if you’re driving you will lose you’re money too.. I recommend store at Bryant street..

I didnt feel safe inside the store considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. Yes, everyone was wearing face masks but the staff were not 6-feet apart from themselves or the customers. I didnt see them disinfect in between customers at the service stands.Also...when I specifically made my appointment and came to the store to handle and check out one of their new phones, they said that they didnt have that model available to view. I wished they had told me when I was making the appointment so I didnt risk my health to go into their store.They have lost a long time customer through this interaction.

I was switching over to T-Mobile from Verizon Wireless. Irene helped us out with this whole complicated switch over family plan from multiple different networks. She is absolutely AMAZING to say the least. I will absolutely be going back to this location for any questions I have. Thank you, Irene! Youre the best!

Came here to adjust my tmobile plan, and claim tons of free tmobile Tuesday gifts. Never really a long wait here, and the staff is very knowledgable. I bought 2 phones here off contract and also got a sim card replaced.

I was very disappointed with my visit to T-Mobile. I was made to feel inferior because I wasnt spending $1000.00 + on a phone which Ill never do. Furthermore the very young salesperson keep pushing cases after I told him I did not want a case 2 maybe 3 times. I finally left and ordered the phone I wanted online and was not belittled for spending $600.00 and not $1000.00+. Ill never go back to that particular Mobile store.

We had a roller coaster experience last night. Husband wants to change his plan from business to a magenta plus and the phone representative that handled us for the first time messed it up (big time) waited there for like 3 hours (normally will take you 30mins to finish the processing and all) because apparently they dont know exactly what theyre doing. Anyway, were very thankful to Kristine M.??? (Sorry babe i forgot ur name 😪) for handling the problem in a calm and nicest way ever. We really commend you for that ❤ (you deserve a raise/promotion!!!) 😆Good thing we went there on Tuesday so we got a little freebies when we purchased phones. Long live T-Mobile Tuesdays 🤩😇

We went to the store and tried to get some assistance in migrating an iPhone to a later model.Jeannie was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us out and giving us advice.We made an enquiry earlier with Forrester and he was equally pleasant and helpful.We are very satisfied and impressed with their services.The store is very clean and comfortable too.

Goldy is arrogant, interruptive and condescending. He did not know much about any of the devices that I asked about, He admits, they just tell us the basics When I walked in, it took a Solid minute before they acknowledged me, even then, he was in his phone and mumbled a greeting. Have a problem with your device and dont want it, he will be happy to charge you a Restocking fee, smile and all. How can a Company Charge you a restocking fee if the device is broken and they cannot resell it? I simply do not want the device because it bugs out too much, return it within 14 days for no charge... pretty easy, not with T-Mobile.

The store itself is clean, and projects are well placed. The staff was very helpful to setup a new line, including porting a number from ATT, and to answer any questions we had regarding International roaming. Staff was well informed of their service. They dont honor any web deals, so if you see any deals on the Tmobile website, you should get it from there instead.

Michael, Forest, Cros, Apollo and the entire staff have always been eager to assist us. We most recently upgraded our smartphones. Michael as always is patient, knowledgeable and personable. The best time for any of ones needs is early afternoons. Thank you Erin for having a very compassionate staff !!!

Super nice staff, they tolerated my two toddler-aged kids and even gave them a t-mobile bracelet while they helped us. parking is an issue because 9th is really busy, FYI. they didnt try and upsell us either (which I cant stand) - they just assisted us with getting a new sim card and we were on our way!

I didnt have to try hard to explain what I needed, which is what I had seen online (the $60 unlimited / 2.5GB monthly plan, bring-your-own-phone). Apollo was super helpful, polite, no upsell and no complexity when checking out. Even stayed well after closing without any sense of rush. Yay.

Went in not knowing what to expect, as I needed a smaller SIM card for an old grandfathered pre-pay plan that was no longer offered. Goldie (Im sorry if i misspelled his name!) was super helpful, clipped my larger SIM down for free and clued me in on a deal where if I bought 100$ in minutes for my plan (I had 80c left, lol) they would give me a free smartphone.I had expected to pay for a 25 sim kit, and 50 in minutes, but walked out with more minutes, a free sim, and phone. It was most excellent.He said I would get better reception and I am, which is why I needed the new sim to begin with.Shame on them for rewarding my procrastination in buying minutes ^u^;Its also helpful to note that this store is corporate and not franchise, so they have more options and deals available, and tend to have better customer service. HIGHLY recommended!Theyre also close to Gordo, which makes excellent carnitas!
