Bc near my place, I had to visit them a few times, but every time I experienced Very POOR customer service! The worst service and manner! Finally I had to drive faster to other stores to ask for help.

I havent written a review in years, but I was amazed at how helpful Johnny was today. I called about getting a new SIM card, and not only did he stay open a few minutes longer to wait for me, he cut my existing card to size instead of selling me a new one (which I was ready to buy, not aware that cutting was possible), and then refused to take any money as a thank-you. It felt like he cared about helping me and made my day better. Thanks Johnny!

The worst mobile network ever. They lie about unlimited plans. In fact the plan is not unlimited and Internet speed is decreased later. Map of coverage is fake, there is no availability of network in many green areas. Liars.

This place is busy! Dont expect fast service here as there are a lot of folks lined up asking questions, etc. This is definitely a smaller Cricket store catered to the folks who live in Chinatown.One thing I dont like (and maybe this goes for Cricket in general) is that you cannot check/try and device before buying. Basically, you will have no idea about the device you are buying, if it works well, fast, good, etc. You will have to pay for the device and service before evening checking. They only have fake plastic units and do not have any workable demo units in the store. I would check elsewhere if you need to get a good idea about the software and usability of any device. Come here only if you already know what you need.
