Verizon was a nightmare. They screw every chance they get with added charges. I switched to T-Mobile and now have a flat charge that is much better than I was paying at Verizon. Customer service is so much better at T-Mobile and I have better reception on my phone.

Juan was extremely helpful answering questions for me. Pointed out some ways to save on my account.

Verizon will be the only phone provider I will ever use, hats off to their Superior service.

How can a Phone store NOT sell you a phone. You need to use the App. or call the 800 number yes that is right I went to a Verizon store to buy a phone and that is what I was told. Ill stay with Sprint at least I can buy a phone at thier store.

Terrible experience for business plan. Lucero didn’t finish my set up, he didn’t finish porting the number, conned me into a plan without fully explaining details to rush in an order for his benefit, and doesn’t execute his work fully. Verizon customer service is terrible.I’m going to try the new phones for a month but return within a month (policy is full refund and no restocking plan) if they aren’t satisfactory.I spent over $2000 dollars there on 3 new devices and many Google Home products. However I still had a terrible experience with their team that doesn’t consider customer experience or is fully trained on how to set up new accounts.

Fast, friendly service. None of the incessant sales pitches and pushing you to purchase accessories. Its everything you need and nothing you dont. Incredible customer service - was in and out to get a new SIM and disable my old phone in under 15 minutes.

Ive been to a lot of Verizon stores, but this location has the best customer service in the city. Ryan will go the extra mile (or several) to make sure your needs are met.

I can safely say this was my best Verizon store experience. I made an appointment w/ the store (3 PM on a Wednesday) and happened to arrive 10 minutes early. I was asked to wait, but after 2 minutes, my customer sales rep (Lee Chua) was on the floor to help me. I explained that I was looking to upgrade my phone and add another line to my plan. Lee explained the variety of phone and data plans and helped me get the best deal, which happened to be much less expensive than I anticipated. He was helpful, patient, and very well informed about the variety of Verizon products and options. I even received a discount on my data plan based on my work place. Ive been w/ Verizon for 13 years and no one has offered a work based discount. Thanks, Lee, for your outstanding help.

Have A small business account from this store. Non existent support there for small businesses. Had to go in 5 or 7 times to get them to tell me about their analysis of why I have been over paying for months, years. No return calls, I had to leave work over and over to find out they never updated my plan!!!!!!! Dont go there for any thing

Surprising enough for myself, recently for past few times, staff in this store are not providing same quality customer service which I used to receive from them. Huge changes are obvious to my eyes even in their greetings and responses to your technical questions. It seems that they dont care to have your business at all, lets just treat customers as a Robot. In addition, the new crew seem not technically professional & knowledgeable enough anymore. I personally welcome Verizon to group of careless companies.

I was switching from another carrier. Was in and out in like 15 minutes. Amazingly fast, skilled and friendly staff. By far the best experience Ive had in any cell carrier store.

The staff was knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful. They directed me to the most logical and cost efficient option immediately -- no games or waylaying me to push an unnecessary product on me to get a better commission. Highly recommended.

They Messed up my service by deactivating my sim card

I feel spoiled by this Verizon because its so close to the office, they greet you the moment you walk into the door every time, there is hardly ever much of a wait and these folks know their stuff. Ive bought all my fun toys from this store and have always been well-cared for.

Terrible experience. Went to get a new phone, was asked to wait for 15 minutes for a salesperson to finish up with a customer, meanwhile, there where several unoccupied salespeople. They then put my screen protector on crooked.The worst part was when they offered me 300$ off my phone, and then billed me for the full price. I want to get the bill fixed and there was nothing they could do even though they agreed it was not (my) fault10/10 would not return.

Missing customer service

Exceptional, staff (Tyler) went over and above call of duty to fix a problem with a Verizon Device that I had purchased at another reseller Walmart, that had stopped functioning. An impressive high level of staff expertise is apparent amongst and across the team here. If I lived in SFO I would def. be using this #Verizon outlet.

I went in to trouble shoot problems with my device. They tried a new SIM card, that didnt work, so they said they would replace my device. Took my delivery address info and said I would receive a confirmation email. Never received confirmation email so I contacted Verizon customer service - they had no record of a replacement device being ordered. I have no been online with them trying to resolve for FOUR HOURS.

Incredibly rude service by the rep. Clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers. My friend and I were buying a new phone and she was visibly annoyed at my questions about the phone plan and the upgrade process.

Horrible completely un-professional

An amazing customer service experience. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was having difficulty activating my iPad hotspot capabilities. They greeted me promptly upon entering the store. After less than a 5 minute wait a staff member named CJ met with me to listen to my problem and easily diagnose it. Not only did CJ put me on the kind of plan that would allow me to activate my iPad hotspot, he also looked at my wifes cell plan with verizon and found a way to save us money by combining the two (and I didnt even ask). Problem solved and money saved in less that 15 minutes total.

I felt like this store is not nearly as helpful as the Mission Street store. I have been going to both for years and once again felt like the Pine Steet store was not nearly as helpful or friendly as my local Mission store.

Walked in with no one else in the store. Someone took my name right away. No one came to help me for 20 minutes. When I asked they said they would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later I walked out.
