We came from out of town to see the Friends pop up and we’re super excited to see it. We arrived a few minutes late and they ended up closing the set down. However, Jessy and another young lady there helped us see the Friends set even after they closed it down. They made our trip and they both went above and beyond to make our day! I 100% recommended to go see Jessy for a tour she was super sweet and helpful and even though they closed already she never once made us feel rushed.

It was my first time there at this AT&T flagship location and I loved the experience!!! Im not currently an AT&T customers yet but the staff was very friendly. Randy took time to show me around the store (both levels) then showed me all these amazing interactive experiences (see images). I will 100% go back to visit next time when Im in town. 10/10

Fabian Mejia was extraordinary in tech support today. He is an asset to your store as a leader and as a problem solver. He not only troubleshot what seemed like an impossible problem, that stumped a prior AT&T employee, but he patiently and painstakingly worked through solutions, never giving up, and thinking outside the box. I am grateful for his creative brain and tenacity to get my phone working again. AT&T is lucky to have him.

I visited this flagship location because I was tipped off that they had a new visual experience part of the store, and am I glad I did! I was greeted by very friendly staff who were very helpful throughout my experience in the store. At the front entrance I had informed the staff member at the door I was interested in viewing the experience part of the store and she took my name down and had me take a seat as I waited for someone available to give me a tour. Very quickly I was informed it was my turn to go up stairs to get a tour. I was greeted by Jessy, a very energetic “rockstar” of an employee who seemed eager and excited to give me a tour. She was very outspoken and made the whole experience really fun and exciting! I really appreciated her genuine care for customers and I will definitely be back for another tour as new things are released !

Yesterday I stumbled into this store and I was greeted by a very charming woman named Jesse. She took us on this amazing tour of the second floor. I’m a HUGE friends fan so when I saw it, I cried a little inside. Thank you Jesse for making this experience 1 I’ll never forget !!

My friend and I are huge FRIENDS fans and it was so fun to visit this friends pop up set up. We took are babies and took so many photos! Such an awesome experience, our tour was given by jessy who so nice and gave us so much time to just hang out at Rachel’s and Monica’s apartment 😂 thank you again Jessy for this experience!

Went in to check my options with upgrading my iPhone to the later release (iPhone 13 pro). The friendly staff was super helpful in getting me the best deal within 10 mins & I eventually ended up upgrading my service plan and saving on my monthly bills!And not only that, they explained me the process by which I was going to get my new iPhone 13 pro and the amount of time I had before I could bring back the trade-in handset. Since, everything seemed in my favor, I ended up ordering the phone from their store!Thanks for your help & support!

I knew I was a walk-in for services and told it would be up to an hour until i see a rep. I understood there would be wait so I sat in the lobby until my turn. When I finally was brought to my rep Romero Laster he was getting interrupted by another sales associate the entire process, without apologizing throughout the whole time he was trying to assist me. I said to him if that is more important than what your here to assist me with I can wait for next associate and that is when finally apologized his reasoning was because of the next customer they are trying to assist in which left bad experience with me.

I went to the AT&T store on Powell after an awful encounter, where I had my phone stolen right out of my hand and attempted attacked. The staff member Steven was so extremely helpful. He went above & beyond to fix my situation. It wasn’t easy. It was a huge ordeal and he was so positive, kind and amazing. I was stressed and forgot my apple ID’s. He was so patient and calming, always quick to offer solution after solution. At the end of the day I felt I made a friend. The whole staff and security were also so great! But ask for Steven if you want someone who really listens to what you need and genuinely wants you to be happy when you leave. Give this man a raise and free lunches!! I left so happy!! We both learned a lot!

This was my first time visiting this location to pay a bill, this store is actually better than my previous payment location. This store is more interesting and seems to offer more .

Spacious store; much larger than other stores in the country. Also, well decorated and a good location that is easy to access. They have about 4 people on the floor that can provide help but it is first-come-first-serve which could mean a long wait of about 15-30 minutes.

Horrible service. Should have known when I saw a theater and several other options to sit. Cut back on the ridiculously massive space and hire more representatives. Also, turn on the AC. Hot and stuffy as hell.

My wife and I were in the San Francisco area to celebrate her birthday and decided to stop by AT&T’s Experience Store at 1 Powell St. As soon as we stepped in the space, it was mesmerizing. We had the pleasure of being led through the experiences by Jessica Hernandez. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable - and nicely communicated the story between Warner Media and AT&T that kept us engaged the entire tour. Getting to sit in Sheldon’s apartment from Big Bang Theory was fun and recording a clip on the set of Friends put me right in Hollywood 🤩. Thanks again for showing us around!

The guys at the at&t store in San Francisco on Powell at are excellent. Friendly and very very efficient, they made me feel as if I was receiving a gift from a family member instead of buying a phone or a plan from some uncaring sales rep. I would suggest this store to anyone looking to get a new plan or to buy a phone. Cinema style layout roomy and friendly, couldnt have asked for more.....well maybe a free phone☺️👌🏿❤️

For those considering switching their wireless plan to AT&T at this location: Beware! I came in to this store a few months ago - I very clearly said I wanted to switch my cell phone plan to AT&T.Well, I was given a business account even though I never ever EVER asked for that. I just wanted a regular consumer account! To make it worse - the AT&T rep never told me that he was giving me a business account! The entire process was super rushed and not once did he go over my account with me, nor did he have me sign anything! I thought it was strange but this was during COVID so I attributed it to that. I didn’t notice this error until a few days later when I set up my online account. When I went back into the store, the rep (a different person) made few attempts to help. All I got was “Oh, that’s weird. I don’t know how that happened.” He was somewhat friendly but said he couldn’t help because my account was too new to make changes to it.Oh yeah, and after examining my first bill, I come to find out that an additional number was added to my account - without my consent! I have no idea where the number came from, and I only purchased one phone! It is incredibly concerning to me that this AT&T employee tried to get away with these two insane lies. Months later, I am still dealing with the mess that was made out of my account.I honestly can not wait to go back to Verizon. I am counting down the days until I can leave AT&T. In the almost 10 years I was with Verizon, I never had any issues! The only reason I switched to AT&T is because they were essentially giving away a free iPhone 12 with a trade in but I can say that I truly regret it now. The amount of lies and deceit and terrible customer service I received at this AT&T location was certainly not worth the free phone.

Worth visiting for the exhibits alone. The sales staff and walking cashier make for an awkward experience. But you get used to it.

We went to the store to check out the Looney Toons exhibit and we were fortunate to be able to tour all of them. They had several different booths, one which allowed you to pose or say a phrase in one of the booths and then the computer renacted a scene that contained your words and pose, this was my favorite booths. Keep it up At&t with the cool events.

Addy was great. She helped me pair my fossil smart watch to my new note 20. I wouldnt have been able to do it on my own, and I appreciate she helped!! No other rep would help me with this at other stores.

Wendy showed us the Wonder Women tour & we were really surprised they had a set of Friends and Big Bang Theory. It’s really also experiencing to do in San Francisco. She was awesome and very friendly. I will definitely come back

Sembar manager of the AT&T store at 1 Powell st in San Francisco went out of her way to help me. My husband and I had a difficult situation dealing with death switching over phones paying bills taking care of different things she went out of her way along with Randy to make sure that we were comfortable make sure there was anything she could do to take care of our situation thank you so much for being so considerate and caring

24.99 + tax is too much for a charger. Check Amazon, Wal-Mart, Groupon, and others for better deals. The Customer service was great. At this particular store theres a self-checkout you can use if youre purchasing accessories

I recently visited AT&T Flagship store in SF and the customer service here was exemplary! Randy and Matt took care of me with my new phone and trade in with no issues. They were prompt and efficient, ask for them by name when you stop in.

I came into the store 5min before the store closed, they stayed after probably more than an hour to try and make sure that my need were met. Unfortunately there was a technical issue that prevented them from finishing that day but I came in first thing in the morning and DANIEL got me everything I wanted and more. THANK YOU TEAM POWELL!!!! The service team far outshines the Monster Jam displays as Im sure the testimonials all say.

Made the switch from Verizon to AT&T but wanted to keep my original phone number. The process seemed very complicated but Joe Martinez at AT&T helped me and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he took care of the whole thing. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Very happy with the overall customer service!

Went to the flagship store in downtown San Francisco to get my mom a new phone. The sales associate Randy was extremely helpful and patient. He was super knowledgeable and laid out every option available to us at the time. Really appreciate his thoroughness and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Great overall experience and would definitely be coming back.

I was in desperate need of a new phone after experiencing multiple crashes and fails on my 5 year old 6splus. Came to this AT&T store uncertain of what my options would be. Randy Arceo provided outstanding assistance. He provided options and compared pros and cons of equipment and service. He patiently explained everything, answering all questions. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me and made sure I walked away with a fully functioning phone, a great service plan and the promise of support if needed. I left completely satisfied. Randy is so well versed in all the products and service options of AT&T and able to customize a plan to meet specific needs. Randy had excellent customer service and helped answer all of my questions and concerns. He was friendly and a great communicator.

I came into the AT&T store yesterday to upgrade to a new phone, cancel my old number, and add a new phone line. Wendy was INCREDIBLY helpful in guiding me through this process, and also allowing me to keep my old number and add dual lines to my phone. My physical phone has been hacked, and I was under a ton of stress and anxiety walking through all the options to ensure the security of my phone. Wendy sat with me for over 1.5 hours explaining in detail, and very patiently, walked me through each scenario, plan, and upgrade options. Ivis was also very helpful. I appreciate their customer service, which was very refreshing!! Thank you, wendy!!

They sold us pre paid sim cards that dont work, and tried to make us pay more to get them work.When we found out in the store that the sim cards dont work, they wouldnt refund our money.Wasted over 100$ and 3 hours in this store.My recommendation is to stay as far as you can.
