Nice and kind staff with great 👌 customer service

Well, after rushing to this location from 3 miles away with groceries in hand on a Sunday in which Google informed was my best choice in distance and in timing; I arrive at this supposedly Metro by T-mobile location (btw it still advertises as a MetroPCS) only to find its gates shut and locked. Also, it isnt even a Metro by T-mobile store from the looks of it. It is JVD Global Inc which has a Western Union and a Metro authorized dealer inside of it along with electronic accessories. Google, you really dropped the ball on this one for me!

I took the bus from California and Presidio on a Tuesday or Wednesday. When I got there, at 4:00, it was locked up.

No longer a metro store

They hung up on me an then never answered.. All i was trying to do was turn my stolen phone off ........ They suck dont go here
