🎊💥 Motorola G7 power connector needed to be replaced. Power outlets that are out of the country can be old and not support newer phone chargers. Gary was very nice explaining this to me.The repair had to be soldered painstakingly to each prong. Which takes time and patience. Be prepared to wait for quality work!! 💯👍

Never open and they never answer their phone. So glad I didnt go here because I would of had no way to get my phone back. Completely unreliable! Its definitely a shady business dont take the chance of not getting your phone back.

My phone battery was dying, so I was looking for a place that could get it fixed quickly. Tech repaired my Nexus 6P while I waited and it was faster than any other place I had called because he already had the correct battery in stock. Of course, he did a great job on the repair too. Highly recommended.

I hardly ever write reviews but the service here was SO fast and courteous. I waited over six months to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed because the bay area repair services where Im located are far too expensive. $60 for a screen repair is half the price! Works and looks phenomenal. Glad I waited. Thank you!

True story: I was ghosted by this repair shop. I brought in a device for service, they took me money, kept the device, and never returned my calls or messages. I eventually had to reach out to a corporate office for a refund and apology. The shop literally never got back to me. Hope you catch them on a good day. Buyer beware.

He also gives you a great price, no BS, and exactly what he can and cant do for you. The downside is his office feels like one of the doors in the Matrix 2 that leads to a broom closet instead of the Oracle, BUT Im not taking any stars off for that! No way! They had to order the part but they got it done much faster than I had expected.

Broke my phone and they waited after hours till I got there so I could get my phone fixed same day (was on vacation). They kept the girl I was with entertained and gave her great spots for us to try on vacation while I delivered liver sized stools to the local bathroom due to GI distress. They were very nice and performed the work fast and for a very reasonable price.

I had them replace the broken screen on my Pixel 2XL. It was ready early, but when I got home one of the pixels was stuck on (there was a small cyan dot in the screen). I took it back a couple days later, and they replaced the screen again, this time for free and with an apology, even faster than the first time. Its been great ever since.

I would highly recommend DE iPhone Repair if you need your iPhone fixed. I went there for a cracked screen replacement and received outstanding customer service and a great price. I called right as they were closing and Gary agreed to stay open late and fixed my phone that evening. Couldnt be happier with their service and work.

DE iPhone is wonderful! They are so fast and efficient, super friendly and totally understanding. Took less than an our for my shattered iphone screen to be completely replaced, works better than new, definitely fair prices at $79 for the repair. They ROCK!

This place is awesome. I shattered the front of my iPhone and came across DE on Yelp. I called and was open. I walked 2 blocks, and got it fixed within 40 minutes of the crack happening. And this on a Saturday afternoon. Gary was a really nice guy and gave great customer service. Even walked me out of the building after.Its an office building so on weekends make sure to call him so he can open the door for you.

Don’t. I went in right after (curse my impatience) cracking my phone because of a skateboard fall. And then they fixed my phone, I paid for the real apple screen. It starts glitching out after a few hours, and I can’t go back cause I live all the way from Hayward. I go to a different phone repair shop in Hayward, they told me they gave me a cheap chinese screen. Ripped me off, called them, told me I couldn’t get a refund since I took the screen off, and I said I could come in a week, “no.” He finally agreed after, but it’s too far, and I said I would send photos of the cheap screen, and the guy on the phone still refused. Not worth the time. Don’t.

Cracked my iPhone 7 screen over the weekend and came in here in-between appointments last night to get a replacement. Initially a pretty positive experience - they had it done in 30 minutes for $129. Not cheap, but hey, it’s an expensive part.The big negative is that the quality of the screen they replaced is terrible - it’s not an actual OEM part and instead a cheap ripoff. The main issue (which I didn’t realize last night as it was early evening when I left the shop) is that you cannot see the screen when wearing polarized sunglasses — an issue that I didn’t have at all with the original screen!After a bit of research online I deduced that the cause of this is in the poor quality replacement that you can buy from China for $10! I understand that this isn’t the Apple store, but it feels like a bait and switch - especially at $129 for a repair.I’d avoid these guys and use a legitimate, authorized repair facility instead.

I have been trying to call since March with no success. The store is now closed with my repair still in progress. Do not give money to this business.

Easily the most inexpensive place in the city, and does fast excellent work. Every other store I went to wanted to charge me $20-$40 more. Highly recommend!

Was told over the phone they knew exactly the issue and the repair would be no problem. Drove all the way across town to get to the store, workers were extremely rude to me and had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they were doing or talking about. Chose to have my phone repaired elsewhere. Not gonna support a business rude employees or risk having my phone repaired incorrectly by these inexperienced baboons. Thanks for wasting my time.

Shattered my phone this past weekend. Gave him a call to see if he could replace my screen. In a few hours, he was at my door and 20 mins later I had a new screen. Excellent service and such a respectful person! Recommend it for anyone that comes across this issue.

Do not go here if your phone is under warranty. Any non authorized replacement (they are not authorized) will screw you out of a warranty. I had to learn the hardway since they dont warn you. Otherwise it is a good bet.

I took my Samsung S8 with a broken camera, they replaced the entire back and a week later it started coming out.WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

Horrible service. Wouldnt refund me after Gary said he would in multiple emails. Lied. I feel taken advantage of after doing business here.Beware! I came here for a very routine iPhone cracked screen fix. After repair the touch feature didnt work and my iPhone was useless. I called and emailed the store but got no response. All I wanted was either a refund or for them to actually fix my iPhone.Finally after pushing 3 unanswered emails through and threatened legal action I finally got an email from Gary. Gary told me that if I would go get the screen fixed and send him the receipt and send him back the old screen (which he had originally put on my phone) he would transfer me my refund.I did just as he asked in a very timely fashion too. He was quite rude and questioned the details of the receipt, which I dont understand why. After 2 additional reminder to pay me emails Gary said he was in China but could pay me on the 16th or 17th of June. I still got not payment or reply by the 20th so I wrote him an additional email which I still have got no reply.These are bad businessman! Crooks. Liars. They do not keep to their word. These are exactly the type of people I avoid when doing even the smallest business. Do not give them your money!!

Q was working the counter today. $99 repair for cracked screen on iPhone 5. Great customer service. He was quick and courteous. Dont let the small shop fool you, they are pros. Learned they also have a free parking spot #10 somewhere around there. This was for a Director, he could not have been more pleased to get his phone back with the pastic membrane still on it. :)

This place is awesome, I shattered my screen on my I phone 6 and broke the LCD and I took it in and they were able to fix it in under an hour and only cost $100 . When I came to pick it up he said the camera was cracked and he replaced it free of charge, fast great service !

Had my iPad glass replaced by DE iPhone Repairs at 359 Pine street - while the job was done, there are fingerprints left on the back side of the glass. Also the top side of the glass is not properly glued leaving some space between the glass and the aluminium case. Some small movement of the glass can be observed on the top when pushed with the fingers.

I visit far too often. Always great service & screens done well.

Terrible! This is a complete divorce! Diluted to replace the battery and screen. The screen was whole and fully working upon arrival home at the service center they put it back everything works. At first they didnt want to give up the screen. Likely destroyed (it is clear why) then found and given. When replacing the screen, we broke the case, we said we will not accept the work, they tried to restore it HAPPY. But after persistent remarks, they agreed to replace it. They said to come the next day at 12 oclock, in the end we waited for them until 15 oclock, not a single phone answered. We thought that we would not be in time and would fly away without a phone. We walked around the neighbors, when they were looking for, they constantly complain about them. Positive reviews are not real for the rating, look carefully to understand everything. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE DECEPED.
