Deep had wonderful customer service! He was the only one in there this morning and there was five of us . I couldn’t believe, he delegated wonderfully. We all had time constraints and he was so professional and got us all new phones so quickly! If I need to return to a Verizon in SF and I will return to the spot.

DELLA is an absolute queen!!! I came into this verizon location today and my life was in shambles. The screen on my phone had stopped responding and I did not know my apple id information. Della was extremely compassionate, patient, and helpful. I am so impressed at her ability to multitask with different customers while remaining poised and professional the entire time, even though I noticed other customers were not being particularly pleasant towards her. I have a new phone being sent to me with all of my content being transferred over. Literally all of my problems were solved by Della. If there werent a pandemic I would have given her a huge hug at the end! I will continue to come to this location for all of my phone needs as well as recommend this location to my community! Do not waste your time. I placed an online order for pickup here through Verizon, I was supposed to be able to pick it up the next day. Showed up during business hours to see the store closed and a be back in 10min sign on the door. Waited for over an hour while trying to contact the store and the main Victra customer service number. Finally, one of the employees showed up for their shift and informed us that no one had showed up this morning and that it has been an ongoing problem. When he finally was able to look up my order, he was able to see it but was not able to finish the transaction without a manager (mind you, I had already paid online and had the receipt). I then proceeded to call the store over the course of two days to figure out what the problem was. No one answered the phone. Now Im wasting even more time on the phone with Verizon just trying to get the order cancelled and reordered. If I could give them a zero I would. Their only redeeming quality was the guy who actually did show up to work was a nice kid.

I’ve never felt taken care of at a standard cellular provider store. But at Victra, specifically being taken care of by Branden, I felt so supported...and delighted. He made the process so easy, he followed up and checked in, he was extremely professional, and he made me feel important. Branden’s level of customer service is unlike any I’ve seen. Truly. We became pals even! Victra and Verizon couldn’t be luckier to have him. I’m a Victra customer for life - at this point I won’t go to anyone else. Thanks for everything!

I ordered an iPhone from the Verizon website for pick-up. The app said dont come in until the store sends you a message to pick it up. Five days later, Verizon sends me a notification that they canceled the order since no one picked it up. I spoke to Verizon support, and they said that the store canceled my order for reasons unknown and never updated the app. Unfortunately, I could not give my daughter the phone for Christmas. It ended up costing us about $500 more to get the same phone again because the transaction was reversed, and the promotion is no longer available. OH-YEAH, and 2 hours on the phone with Verizon. Thats hella shady. Thanks, Victra - I never had much faith in your stores in the first place, but you better believe I wont ever do business with your chain now.I wish that I had looked at your reviews before selecting this location as a pick-up spot. Cant help but think that the reason they canceled the order was to sell the phone to a walk-in customer for a higher spiff payout.How a third-party retailer can void a transaction that I made with Verizon and decide that nope, youre not buying this at all from Verizon is beyond me.

Given the necessary safety measures due to COVID-19, there was only one person working at the store. He was really working hard to make sure every customer had their questions thoroughly answered and products purchased as quickly as possible. Despite the long wait (which wasn’t his fault), I and many other customers left very happy because of Branden.I will definitely return for anything I need with my phone... but I doubt that will happen for a while since he set me up for success!

I went into the Geary location yesterday and a guy named Krishneil(sorry if spelled wrong) helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the phones and seevice and seemed genuinely happy to help me. It appeared that way with the customer in front of me too. Hes a great asset to the company.I usually go to the main store on Market street where everyone acts like robots and not friendly at all, so this was a pleasant surprise.

DO NOT GO THERE! its not authorized dealer! Zero stars straight, disrespectful staff, first refused to talk and answer any questions, rude to customers whatsoever, there was old couple waiting in the line for 2 hours just to pay the bill, staff refused to talk bcz they were old & couldnt explain their problem in english, and they were waiting outside not knowing what to do!!! Store manager said that he is the boss and he doesnt care, if we dont want to wait for HOURS we can go to corporate hq at market st. or to Lombard st office. Is this place a joke? (My line was suspended due to the glitch/bug in the Verizon app, when I tried to suspend different line, so I couldnt use any cellular network and data, otherwise I could call customer service and ask to restore my line)

The customer service I received from Krisneil and Brandon deserve more than five stars. They were an outstanding group of kind and humorous guys. I arrived on a Friday, 30 minutes before closing, and instead of turning out, they welcomed me with open arms and a smile. Krisneil hooked me up with an upgrade, after six years with the same phone-- an iPhone 6s. Also, Krisneil was very polite, kind, and picked out all the best options for my phone and accessories, making my experience exceptional. I like to thank the guys (Krisneil, Brandon, and Michael) for their fun, lively, and thoughtful help. It was one of a kind party in the USA!!

I was very stressed about my glitchy iPhone. Krishneil was able to assess the problem and offered me several options to fix the situation. I ultimately got an upgraded phone, but ended up paying a few dollars less a month. He helped me transfer the data and walked me through the initial set up and got me to register my pure gear screen protector before I left the store. It was really great customer service and I so appreciated all the support. I will definitely be referring friends to this store.

Jimmy Lee did a superb job of helping two elderly people replace a lost phone, consolidate an AT&T line with a Verizon line, and discontinue service on another device that was no longer being used. It was a very complicated set of transactions that took two hours. Throughout, Jimmy was very clear about what he was doing, and why, and explaining any difficulties he was having along the way. Kudos to a job well done!

I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of customer care I have received here. These guys are the most knowledgeable and patient, will get you the best deals on new phones and warranties, and just a pleasure to do business with.My phone was acting up while I was out of state. Ben was able to spend time to troubleshoot with me on the phone and when that didnt work, he quickly mailed me a new phone. Ben called me the day I got it, walked me through all the steps in getting set up and also erasing my old phone.I didnt even mind being placed on hold because they have beautiful piano music!

All that I need to say is: JIMMYHe is the man. He genuinely wants to help you out as best as possible. Thats it. Im an idiot when it comes to phones, how to update, transfer, data, etc. I have been on a family plan with Sprint forever, and along with switching from a 5s to a 6, I wanted to move to Verizon. I live in Laurel Heights and since I had a Friday off, I just wanted to find the closest location to me so I could walk and not have to head downtown.Long story short, I am so happy I went IN STORE to see Jimmy at Verizon/ClickAway. Jimmy helped me with some really confusing issues with my Apple ID, as well as help me easily move from Sprint to Verizon, and I can already tell there is an improvement in coverage.Jimmy is awesome - I am absolutely going to work with him in the future. He hooked me up with a great deal through the Verizon recycle program, and got me a case and glass protect hookup. Jimmy was awesome: answered ALL of my questions, was a great steward of my data, and helped navigate through the myriad of steps to purchase a new phone, transfer the data form the old phone, and deactivate the old phone. He even helped me package up the old phone to send to my niece. Jimmy made some great calls on upgrades options (some of which I turned down) and provided some great advice as well. Im letting all of my co-workers down the street know that Jimmy is the one to see when its time to get a new phone...

This is the only Verizon shop I go to for help. We have 5 lines with our family plan. This last visit was the best service we have had because of Jimmy. My daughter needed an upgrade and he worked out all the details and mailed the phone to her at college. He made this upgrade easy and seamless. Service is always dependent on the person. Over the past few years, Jimmy has proven to be consistently polite and knowledgable on what is the best approach on billing and upgrades.

Local owner. Walked there in a hurry from the hospital arriving moments before closing time. Walked straight for my item and was served without question. I dad some hassles that turned out to be my cause and Jimmy was patient and honored my expectations. Not sure if this retailer would always favor liberal service levels. Ive been a customer at this store, for at least the past five years. This is a review for Verizon part of the business. Ever since the last manager Jimmy Lee left, this store is a complete disaster. The new guy has no idea what the process is like (I dont know his name), the sales associates are nice people but when they ask him for guidance he just says I dont know and walks away. Ive never seen this at a Verizon store. Such a great store and network, very disappointing that Jimmy left. I hope they figure it out.

I had the worst week ever, nothing but bad events. Long long story short, my phone got into a reset mode that I could not fix. MICHAEL S. Your the man!!!Michael went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely taken care of and 100% satisfied. Google, and Samsung both gave me the run around for days. Michael and Verizon were just aces! Michael did multiple attempts at troubleshooting the phone as well as talking to Samsung and Google to get my situation resolved. All the while (6 hours of time) he multitasked other customers always cheerful, helpful, and giving excellent customer service.I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, Jimmy and Michael gave me the best experience ever and supported me during a very difficult personal day. These guys are super stars. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. ClickAway is my go to for all my mobile needs!

Zack fixed my S7 phone in minutes, even though it had a black screen! You cant even power it off and on, because it requires an on-screen confirmation! He brought it back to life! Every time I have to come in to this place, its because I messed up somehow and broke my phone beyond all reasonable repair (I swear not even dumbledore himself could have fixed the damage I did to this last one), and well, anyway, the guys that work at this store have saved the day like shining nights, one carrying two coconut halves and the other speaking of african swallows. Jimmy is king, for real. I am the princess of screen demolishing and thank god for him, I ended up getting the you suck at not breaking your phone all the damn time plan, and so recently when I broke my phone, I only had a mild coronary! He also made sure I had a loaner phone while mine was being fixed and threw on some lane bumpers since he knows Imma probably do it again (ok hopefully not, but Im a realist, and apple is capitolism). AWEFUL! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! my husband had been waiting to get his upgrade with the black Friday promotion sale for the xperia z3. not only did they say they didnt have it in stock but they checked other stores and said no one had it except a store across the bay. then they said the instant rebate would only be available online. assuming this was the truth my husband went and placed an order for the phone with a mail in rebate. we found out later that another Verizon store did have this phone in stock and the instant rebate was not online only. we went and was told nothing could be due to the line being frozen while the order was in progress. fortunatel, my husband stated he could stay there all day until they fix.TLDR: moral of the story they lied, my husband didnt get is phone and never go to a clickaway mobile verizin wireless.FIND A CORPORATE STORE!!!!!
