Loved, loved it!!Had so much to choose from in the heart of Miramar.

It’s easy for a company to earn a 5 star review when everything goes right, but unfortunately that not always happens. When our furniture arrived and it wasn’t perfect Paul assured us he would make everything right, and that’s exactly what he did. Our set was picked up and a replacement set was delivered. The new set is perfect and exactly what we wanted. Thank you Paul.

What a wonderful shopping experience! We worked with Katy today and she was so professional & extremely helpful. We got a beautiful custom sectional that we have been searching for. The experience was phenomenal & effortless! Katy made everything so easy & stress free and the cost was very reasonable! We can’t say enough good things about her & the experience! I would recommend them to anyone!!Update!!! We just took delivery of our new couch and it is beautiful. The delivery men were extremely professional, clean and efficient. Our experience with Greathouse has been nothing but wonderful from start to finish. We will only shop for furniture here from now on!

This is not a bedroom furniture store. There was maybe 2 bed frames. 95% patio furniture store.

I would not shop again and would not recommend anyone to shop at Greathouse. There is no customer service and they do not care about customer satisfaction, even after spending thousands of dollars. We bought custom sofa with Greathouse and within ~2 to 3 weeks we reached out to the store to let them know that back support cushions are sagging and if something can be done. There was zero motivation from rep and the store manager to help us out without spending additional money to fix the cushions. Overall very disappointed in the custermor service, product that was delivered, ends up way too expensive for what you get in the end.

My story started about a year ago when my wife and I purchased a sectional sofa from Greathouse. The general experience was positive and we left happy. However, thats not the story. The story begins after that when we started to have fabric issues with the sofa within the first six months of ownership. To be very clear, this was a manufacturing defect and had nothing to do with Greathouse. Unfortunately, the manufacturer would not take responsibility and was not willing to do the right thing and remedy the problem at their expense. Amazingly, Paul at Greathouse decided to step up and do the right thing even though the manufacturer wouldnt. He had the sofa picked up, recovered with new fabric, and delivered back to me all at his own expense. Now thats what I call five star customer service. With an attitude like that towards the customer and customer service, I know that the next time Im in the market for a piece of furniture, Greathouse will be my first stop. Remarkable!

Sherri Gilmour was absolutely outstanding to work with! She is knowledgeable and had excellent communication and follow-up on my furniture order. She also offered great design advice. When I wanted to make a change to my order, she was extremely accommodating. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in over 10 years! I would highly recommend her!

Really loved working with Corie! She was wonderful, super patient and took all the time to show me all the options. Pricing and timeline for delivery were really competitive and you get just what you want instead of a settling on a color or design. I am pending delivery of my couches but they are ready two weeks earlier than expected which never happens. Cant wait to see them. Would recommend Greathouse and the incredible staff, especially Corie, to anyone!

We moved into our new home in Coronado in December of 2019. Sherri Gilmour our salesperson was terrific She helped me select all bedroom furniture, nightstands, and living room . The living room chairs were a challenge because the fabric had been discontinued.She spent a great amount of time with me making sure everything was perfect..The Greathouse is lucky to have such a friendly, caring, professional and talented employee. I love all the furniture that we selected.Sherri was a pleasure to work with !

We’ve used Greathouse to purchase furniture for our house before. I had looked online and found some things we liked but they weren’t quite the right size so we decided to go to Greathouse. Kevin was able to help us figure out the right size couch/sectional and ottoman and helped us find the right fabric choices for our design. He was so helpful and friendly!

You cannot go wrong with Greathouse! We loved the flexibility of designing our own sofa and loveseat from selecting the fabric as well as the style and accents. Sherri gave us great guidance and shared her valuable experience to help us choose everything. We shopped at other furniture stores but this was a great choice for us and we enjoyed working with Sherrie!

Kevin was awesome! My wife and I had come into Greathouse right before our escrow closed to check out their sale and Kevin was so laid back and helpful that we came back after we got our place to order a custom sofa and chaise. We appreciated his honest opinion and dedication to design. Hes definitely excels at his job. We cant wait to get our new living room in order. Highly recommend .

Two years ago I worked with Kevin at Greathouse and bought a couch and chairs. I enjoyed them so much I came back today to purchase more chairs. The furniture and fabric selections are very good and Kevin is wonderful to work with.

Greathouse has so many fantastic high quality options for a really reasonable price. We ended up ordering a gorgeous sofa and bench. Les was very helpful! We met with him both times we were in the store. He was thorough and patient with all of our many questions. We cant wait to receive our new furniture. Great house is amazing!! We dealt with David who was beyond amazing. He knows everything about patterns, colors, accents, and more! He was so fond and friendly! Everything that we got was custom made by us. I have never been to a furniture shop where you can choose any color or texture that you want. I get the greatest compliments on my backyard because of the beautiful items I have purchased over the years. Their sales are amazing and they always have what I need in stock. Wide selection of indoor and outdoor furniture on the showroom floor. The items are mid to high range and competitively priced. One drawback is that the building itself is not temperature regulated so it was on the hot side both days we were there. We worked with David through our purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery is going to take 4-6 weeks but that’s the supplier, not Greathouse. Overall we are happy with the experience. We’ll be back and I would recommend.

Weve purchased several pieces of patio furniture from Kevin at Greathouse. They have a large selection of furniture, and it seems to be pretty high quality. The furniture they carry is definitely NOT cheap, but weve managed to get everything that weve purchased there on sale. Like most furniture stores, they seem to have sales around the time of most holidays. Kevin is great to work with, and he gladly walked us all over the store to show us his inventory. He also has tons of catalogs filled with additional items that they can order if you dont find what you want in their showroom. I would definitely recommend Greathouse (especially Kevin) if youre looking for some higher end patio furniture.

The key word here is designer!!! We stopped by here to check out what they had in the store, and was surprised by the price tags (supposedly a great discount already!!!) Definitely way higher than our budget!

This is the second time I have purchased from Greathouse and had a very good experience both times. I called the Miramarbstote today because I got an email with rick bottom prices and I needed a new sectional. I spoke with David on the phone and wanted to know if the sofa was still there. He said he would call me right back and check and get the dimensions for me. He did that and more! He called me within 5 minutes and texted to tell me the dimensions and that it was available. He also took a picture of the fabric so I could see the color. I decided to purchase over the phone which he handled for me. It was easy from start to finish. And David went above and beyond. And it’s Memorial Day and I k ow they are doing crazy business today. Thanks to David we will have our new sofa soon!!!

My husband and I go to Greathouse whenever we need new furniture. The prices for the quality and huge selection can’t be beat. We usually take advantage of their Memorial Day sale when we need anything big. 25% off plus taco lunch! Paul helped us yesterday and gave us the info we needed but also let us browse forever. They can make any of the couches in any configuration or size with any fabric you select. They also have great designers who are always available. Kevin provided a keen eye, great recommendations and spectacular comic relief yesterday.

Looking over the reviews I was not surprised a high percentage is a year or more with high ratings and nothing closer for current buyers. I am VERY disappointed in the management, customer service and the false promises made by the sales persons to close sales. I was still waiting for my complete order to arrive after constant calls after several months delays, to include being put on hold due to not a single person could answer simple questions. I will say the delivery team is very professional, quick and clean when they arrive and are extremely helpful on placement of products.I cancelled almost half my order due to customer service, wrong products being delivered partly by manufacturer wrong product and the greathouse poor customer service and inadequate caring toward their customers spending thousands at there stores.

We ordered patio furniture there...were told 3-4 weeks for delivery.After 3 weeks we called and asked for an update. They said the one person able to check was out, and theyd have to call back. No call back.Finally got the furniture after 7 weeks, and a runaround.And beware when they deliver...they demand a credit card OVER THE PHONE for final payment!Wont shop there again.

Annoyingly pushy sales staff. Todd, or Thomas, or something with a T bothered me 3 times in 3 minutes, and each time I told him Im fine and just looking. I just left at that point. If you dont respect my request to be left alone to browse youre not getting a commission from me.

Dont ever give them your contact information. They will spam you with emails and even robocalls to your cell phone. My advice is to just stay away.

No customer service, does not work well with designers or contractors even after spending $12k on a project with them, overall very disappointed in the whole process with them, it was way too expensive for what you get in the end, beware buyers.
