I was in Fashion Valley yesterday where there is a store and after seeing many advertisements on TV I wanted to find out more about this particular bed.When I walked in there were two young women Associates sitting on the couch with their legs folded folded looking at their phones and not paying any attention to me.I stood there and stared and finally one got up.As far as customer service and knowledgeable I didnt find it here.I was asking a lot of questions and was given short answers where I had to ask more in-depth questions to get more information.Just a heads up my background in physiology was not really convinced.I did lie down on a couple of different beds and the prices range from $1300 to over $3,000.I asked the associate to tell me the difference between the prices of these beds.She explained a little bit and said that the $1,300 one was for students as they didnt care what they slept on.Really? For $1,300?She talked about the other beds and that they were good for people that like to sleep on their side and had arthritis.I dont know whos running the show over there regarding training for their employees.I do wish you the best!

Amazing service! Peter is such a nice person! My boyfriend and I went there to try the harmony pillows before we moved to NJ. We said that since the pillow is heavy we wont buy there, but we still received a high-quality service. We tried the harmony pillows with the very very soft pillow case (feel much cleaner and safer with the individual pillowcase offered, especially during this pandemic). The experience was the primary reason that I bought two harmony pillows and a set of sheets and pillowcases later. Now we have used those for a month and we love them! Please note that the tall version of harmony pillow is only available on Purples website. And I definitely recommend to try first in this store (you will fall in love with the sheets and pillowcases, too).

My husband and I came into the store today to see what all the hype was about over these purple mattresses. Right when we walked in Jada greeted us and answered all of our questions and showed us all our options. She was AMAZING!! We ordered a mattress and picked up 4 pillows because they were so comfy. Peter was also very friendly to talk to while we checked out. Great experience and would recommend this store to anyone :)

Simple and easy if you are on the market for buying or searching for new mattresses. I always saw ads online but never had a chance to touch it or feel it until now. The showroom was opened about a month ago and finally everybody can test it out. Michael the showroom manager was explaining everything and I was able to test it out all three models and compared it all. Almost fell a sleep. If you are looking to buy a new mattress and have a $1000 for the queen size ? This is it. Take advantage Black friday sale up to $400 off. Definitely worth to stop by and check it out.

Peter was amazing and super helpful in helping me choose right product. Finally found a pillow that doesnt give me a neck ache. When i save up more i plan on getting a matress here.

Expensive, but the online representative helped me however he could, so overall my purchase was worth it! Would recommend trying their seat cushions.

My wife & I we walking through the Fashion Valley Mall when I noticed the Purple mattress store. I was very excited because I had been thinking about ordering a Purple mattress online but wasn’t sure about which one. We were greeted upon walking into the store, and checked out the sample grid pattern.We went into the back testing area where you can lay on the beds, try the pillows, weighted blankets, etc.Each bed and pillow was very clean & extremely comfortable.Cecilia helped us answer any questions we had about their products. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, & a pleasure to work with through our buying process. We ended up going with the Hybrid 3” mattress, two pillows, white bamboo sheets, and the included white glove service at our door.We both couldn’t be happier with the product, store, and friendly staff (Cecilia).

Phenomenal customer service, and even better personalities within this store. I was helped out by a gentlemen named Peter, and his knowledge of the Purple product and enjoyment of just helping those who have questions was refreshing. I am satisfied with my purchase of a purple pillow, and now I must slowly save money to be able to afford one of the wonderful mattresses that I tried out in the store. It was straight forward and nice. I went in to receive a free item I got a card for in the mail and they didnt pressure me into buying anything. Nice experience, and Im more likely to buy since they didnt push

Peter was awesome, his voice was very calm and soothing. he patiently walk us through the few option that were available and made sure my daughter made the best choice even she flip flop her decision a couple of time.
